One of my favorite places in Denver -- absolutely love the atmosphere. One of the times I went they gave free champagne because they were 10 minutes late seating our reservation. Not a big deal at all, but I appreciate the service! I also went on my birthday and they offered me a free dessert which was delicious. The food is always incredible, and I love how easily the bruschetta boards can be shared and I think they're reasonably priced. There's options for everyone, and for anyone with an allergy they have the option to make all their breads gluten free. The wine and champagne menu is large enough that you feel like you have options but not too large that it's overwhelming. Staff is friendly and servers will check in on each others tables when they're busy so you're never left waiting too long for service. read more

I'm a regular at the Postino LoHi location but wanted to give the Broadway one a try! Definitely a different vibe, but I like it. Park at one of the meters on the street (not too bad during happy hour) and stroll into the busy restaurant. With only two of us, my friend and I managed to get a booth right away. Sometimes the wait at Postino is insane. I got a glass of Chardonnay, and we collectively ordered a charcuterie plate, bruschetta, and creme brulee for dessert. What a treat for both of us. The pesto salmon bruschetta has always been my favorite. I'll usually get a variety of other options to try the specials and rotate between a few other usual suspects. I wasn't too keen on the flavors of the charcuterie plate, though. Overall Postino Broadway contributes to the great reputation of eateries on this street. Stop by for wine (wide selection) and bruschetta and check out any happy hour or board specials they have going on. Like all Postino locations, the comfort is very good, but this Monday, April 28th, at the Koche I had a bad experience at this location. When I asked for a shot of Don Julio, the waiter shamelessly brought me a shot of 1942 (the most expensive Don Julio), without asking me, after I complained to him for not asking me, he got so offended that I had to go to the service bar to get my own plate of food, and the waiter sat in front of my plate getting cold, disappointing!!! read more

Zoe was absolutely wonderful! So kind as we navigated our first visit in. The food was delicious - highly recommend the seasonal white chicken chili! We also had the French Dip and Prosciutto and Fig paninis which were amazing! Plus you can't beat their happy hour drinks deals! Will def be back!! read more

Had a friend visiting with his dog (driving through Denver on a road trip from KC to LA) so my other friend and I wanted to find a dog-friendly spot to catch up. The patio at Postino was just perfect and other dogs arrived during our visit too. Each dog was offered a bowl of water by staff and it felt very welcoming. We came on a Saturday morning so the waitress offered us a DIY mimosa offer where we could buy a bottle of champagne and carafe of orange juice and pour our own drinks. This was perfect as we were able to 1) save money and 2) determine our own alcohol intake. All three of us ordered off the brunch menu and the food was great but servings were small. The focaccia was delicious but I definitely wished there was more of it!! We all cleaned our plates (not a crumb left) so I feel like my friends probably felt the same! We ordered different dishes yet they all looked the same with the same garnishes so they could use a little more creativity as far as creation and plating. We shared an order of the ricotta fritters (donut holes) that came with three sauces (raspberry, caramel, and one more). These were not too sweet! But overall just alright and I definitely wished we had went with something else as a shared/small plate! Walked in on a Friday night put our name down for a table. We were told it would be 45 minutes. No problem and went to the bar. Great service friendly staff, drinks were great. One hour and 45 minutes goes by and we inquire about our table. There was an apology from hostess. about 10 to 15 minutes later we were seated at our table. 10 more minutes goes by and still no menus. We flagged someone down and we are given menus. 10 more minutes go by and we flag someone else down and ask if we can put in an appetizer. Now granted not one person has come over and told us they would be taking care of us. I Had no idea who our server was 10 more minutes goes by and we flagged down someone else and say hey this is an issue. We've been here well over two hours and we would like to put our order in and get a drink. We were told "that's the theme of the night. " It was not that busy. Ok. We have been very understanding and very patient up until this point. A sincere apology or identify a server would've been great. But we were told this is a team approach. Well there's a lot of holes in that team approach because we waited another 10 minutes to put in an order from a different person that came over. 2.5 hours and we got paninis. Food was good. I've driven by this place a few times and wondered if it got business. Came on a Thursday and wow, this place is happening!! They have this huge back open bar/ patio space in the back. Oh, Postino's. I went into a Yelp event but wasn't expecting to find a new favorite Denver restaurant. I love the setting, and was able to enjoy their outdoor dining area since it was a warm day. Our server was fantastic and bonus points for not getting annoyed with the length of time it took to order (catching up with a friend will do that!). We went during happy hour so my friend got some wine at a great price. I'm not a big drinker, so I selected the Cucumber Honey Lemonade and it was so delicious and refreshing. I'm absolutely making this my signature drink at this establishment. Because I was a first timer, they brought a Sweet N' Spicy Pepper Jam & Goat Cheese bruschetta to the table. Classy move. For the board, I ordered the Brie, Apple & Fig Spread; Burrata, Bacon, Arugala, & Tomato; Mushroom & Mascarpone; and Prosciutto Di Parma, Fig, & Mascarpone. All the bruschetta was excellent, but I loved the Brie, Apple & Fig Spread and Burrata, Bacon, Arugala, & Tomato best. I also ordered the Crunchy Vegetarian on Ciabatta but was so full I could only take a bite before having to pack it up. I ordered it on recommendation of my waiter and didn't regret my decision. Holy postino they have a new menu and it is fire! I have always loved postino, for its atmosphere, delicious wines (discounted before 5) and their well know bruschetta boards. Now, those are always a staple. You can't go wrong with bruschetta. I like the artichoke, fig and goat cheese, salmon and capers and the blt. You can't go wrong. But these new menu items gave me a run for my money. The Maitake mushrooms are a new fave. Mushrooms two ways, sautéed to perfection with herbs, butter and garlic. Classic. And then one is flash fried crispy, you tear of a piece and dip it is labneh. Fantastic! While we are on the subject of labneh, it also comes with the skewers. Marinated beer and chicken skewers ready to dip. YUM. Last but not least, the shrimp scampi. It comes with toasty buttery bread to dip in the juices. It's garlicky goodness and you won't want to kiss anyone after you'll just want to order another to stuff in your face. It's really that good. As always the decor is cute. This place has such great deals and great food quality! The overall happy hour deals are pretty impressive. I came here on a Friday where they had $6 wine glasses before 5 PM. Also ordered the bruschetta board because how could you not if you're at Postino? Loved each piece of bruschetta and would easily reorder all of these options again. The service was also fantastic. Next time, I'd love to try some of their other boards and check out the $25 deal they have on Tuesdays. For now, I would primarily caution future consumers about parking - while Postino does have its own lot, it is rather small and you'd be hard pressed to find one at a busy time. However, there is plenty of meter and residential parking within a couple of blocks from the restaurant! read more

Found out about this place as part of a Yelp Elite event. The menu looked incredible so I couldn't help myself. Normally I would have dined in but with restaurants closed right now, we picked up (they are offering free delivery right now through Jan 15th!). The restaurant was gorgeous, the wine racks make the place and even with chilly weather out, the patio was hopping. We ordered the pretzel platter and the bruschetta (you get a choice of four). The pretzel platter was delicious, the chorizo was mild and packed with flavor, same with the cheese. The pickle assortment packed a punch. Sweet & sour to perfection. And the mustard, so so good! The Spanish corn nuts were nothing to write home about though. For the bruschetta we chose Prosciutto, figs, & Mascarpone; Salami & Pesto; Burrata, Bacon, & Arugula; and Warm Artichoke Spread. I also ordered a single of the salmon. My only complaint is that we didn't get TWO of the four we ordered and there was no more or comment from the staff that they had to replace it. Prosciutto, figs, & Mascarpone - really good, would order again Burrata, Bacon, & Arugula - universal favorite Smoked Salmon Pesto - so, so good. Never would have thought to put pesto with salmon but it was my personal favorite. Salami & Pesto - didn't get Warm Artichoke Spread - didn't get. Sad as I was looking forward to trying this one. Substitutions were: Brie & Apples with fig spread - delicious, would order again Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil - not good at all. Zero flavor or seasoning. Would definitely not order this one again and glad that I couldn't judge this place on this item alone or I sadly wouldn't have gone back. I'm a big fan of their spacious, shaded patio! It adds a nice and relaxing vibe while you're sipping your wine. I tried a sparkling rosé, which was just the flavor profile I was looking for (fruity and not too sweet). I split a bruschetta board with a friend. The prices for the board seemed a little high, but it is a lot of food! I like that you can mix bruschetta flavors. I ended up enjoying the bacon one most -- can't really go wrong with bacon I guess. :) The fig one needed more mascarpone. It's a great spot for a drink, and I'm excited to try their HH (before 5pm) and the weekend brunch. read more
