Allen runs this Postnet and is very helpful. I know alot of people that starting going to this Postnet just to drop off mail and packages and then eventually just get a box and start shipping everything through him. Had a mailbox here for a year. Alan is great! He always greeted me when I'd come in and even helped out when I had the back of my car filled with packages. Parking to unload a lot of packages was never a problem because Alan made sure spots right in front of his door were reserved. We went in to get a passport photo and had to wait 45 minutes in line while there was only one man at the counter multitasking. The passport photo was of good quality. As we walked in the store there were a plethora of boxes lying around throughout. I find this environment concerning because anyone could simply pick up any box that is on the floor and walk out with it. read more

I came here to get my court papers printed from the owners public computer and then notarized. The owner saw what I was notarized and took the time to make polite talk which I thought was very sweet of him. He sympathized with what I am going through and even gave me a discount on the computer use which he did not have to do. He greeted his regulars by first name as well as the mail pick up workers. This review is long in coming. I mailed a very large package( just under 50 lbs) to Europe for my granddaughter's Birthday. From the tracking numbers it looked like my package didn't leave the Chatsworth post office. Alan offered to pay for the contents, which was a child's ride in car, out of his own pocket!
