I'm glad this location is open and a lot closer for me. Fries are made to order and decently priced for the portions. The only confusing part is figuring out which is the line to order and which line are the people waiting for their order. Not necessarily their fault, but a little organization will go a long way and help everyone keep their distance. Overall service was great and for how busy it was (on a Saturday) the wait was not very long. Tried their fries with the chili BBQ and sour cream seasonings and they were really good! The fries were crispy, generously seasoned, and well-portioned. Potato Corner is pure childhood memories of visiting the the Philippines and going to the mall and snacking on the best fries ever!!!! I'm so glad they decided to open one in Great Mall. The Location is near the entrance of Starbucks and Jollibee. Right next to Cream Ice Cream. Also, it Makes me wonder if location was intentional to be near another Pinoy franchise, Jollibee?!? But I could not say anything but greatness about Potato Corner because it gives me all the nostalgic feelings! You Must get BBQ and Sour Cream and Onion! Best flavors and even magical when combine together. Tip: If you get a giga you can get two flavors . Potato Corner is one of my favorites. However, don't go to this location. Not good vibes. It was about closing time. They do not have the seasoning that I really want so I ordered a Giga with two different flavors. I told them I wanted two flavors half and half. When I got the order, they mixed the flavors. I told them I want half and half and and they made me feel like it was my fault that they made my order wrong. They had to remake it for me and skimped me with fries. I got a Jumbo order for the price of Giga. I'm sooo disappointed. Go somewhere else. To pay something with that price and then give u less the amount of food you paid for, that's rip off! At first, when I got into line there was a small family waiting for their owner and just two people in front of me. I thought that my order would take about 15-20 minutes, but it ended up being even longer. The reason was that there were two employees that weren't on their shift. They walked around the back into the kitchen and proceeded to make their own fries, which was a bit annoying because they didn't even wait until everyone else got their orders first. They took up one whole fryer to themselves, and everyone else waited about 10 minutes longer for their order. Comparing this location with the Santa Clara location, they don't add much flavoring on their fries. I ordered the Sour Cream, Cheddar, and BBQ flavor and my fries were barely covered and tasted like what I ordered. I love potato corner! When I visited this location, the lines were long, and it was very busy. Despite this, the employee that was helping me (the guy with glasses) was extremely nice and patient. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I had the best dining experience. I recommend this spot if you ever visit this mall! read more

I love Potato Corner. This is the one close to my house and it was nice but I dont think I would be coming back here. I asked for extra powder and I saw them put 2 scoops for a GIGA size. When I asked if they can add some extra seasoning on top the guy said, that they can only give what they already did. I took my order and just left. Paying for a regular fries with just seasoning, I think I would just order some seasoning powder on Amazon and make myself some at home. Review is based on customer service. I just left and there was no line only one person in front of me. When it was my turn I headed to the register and the girl just looked at me. I wasn't even sure if she was ready to take my order, it was awkward and I just ordered. It was silence and then she finally acknowledged me and was like what's your order again. I paid and got my receipt. The line to wait and or order is nowhere to be found. I was waiting for my order and two people asked me if I was in line and I was no where close to the register. At least put up signs to help us know where to stand and where to wait. I'm definitely not going out of my way to stop by here anytime soon. read more
