I absolutely love potato corner and always try to get fried if I'm in the area. The service is good and you can see the timers to see when your fries will be ready since it's cooked to order. There's not much of an ambiance since it's stationed in the mall. It's just what you expect for a stall. I love making my fries taste like ruffles so I mix the sour cream and cheddar flavor to get a delicious combination. 100/10 would recommend and the price is average compared to getting fries at restaurants. read more

Good variety of choices but the wait time is really long on the weekends. The girl who took my order wrote my name wrong, even when I spelled it out for her! So I actually didn't hear my name being yelled out and waited much longer. I only noticed when people after me were getting their orders 1st! I'm glad they have a location in Sacramento area in the Roseville Galleria Mall on the second floor right by the food court.l across from Shake Shack. They have a location in Great Mall in the bay area and in the Santa Anita Mall in Southern California. The cool thing about Potato Corner is that's it is very customizable. You are able to pick what type of potato you want (I always get original) and what flavor/seasoning you want (I always get Sour Cream and Onions). If you love sour cream and onion lays, then you will love this favor! I They didn't have the round bucket so they gave me this rectangle box instead. It can be pricy as it ranges from $6-8 but since it is only a once in awhile thing I get since I don't live close by to any of the locations, it's worth the splurge for me ! read more

You start by selecting the size of your container: jumbo, mega, or giga. Then select the style of your fries: original, tots, curly, chips, or sweet potatoes. Lastly, pick your seasoning: BBQ, cheddar, sour cream and onion, chili BBQ, cinnamon and sugar, and garlic Parmesan. If you're with friends, go with Giga Fries! Note that if you're getting Giga Fries, you can select up to two flavors so it's perfect for sampling and sharing. Unfortunately, you can only select one style of fries which is the one thing I wish they'd change. Service is typically pretty quick and they're always friendly. Service is very slow. Here on a weekend so it's extra crowded. Waited 15min for tater tots only to have half of them dropped on the floor. Re-review 2021 Edition: I was so excited to find out this place reopened! As I had previously stated in my original review back in 2014, I originally knew about this place because I had it when I went to the Philippines when I was younger (like 12 years old). Management/owner forsaken franchise. This place need to open early on a Sunday. About 1130 people are already lined up and leaving. Other eateries in the food court are already busy. They should also have the original fries available on the weekends. I didn't have a choice we ended up with the curly fries.There's 4 employees in this potato corner but the wait line is crazy. It's also 12pm opening and nothings prepared. I get that they prep the fries fresh, but common.. 4 people doin nothin on a long wait time. If I was the owner I'm bleeding money. I have been coming to Potato Corner since they opened when I was in high school (2014). I have met all of the owners. I went so much to a point where the staff knew my order and my number when they used to do rewards got the order in the system even before I got up to the cash register. I also used to go and would have $5.75 ready cause they would give me some discount that made my order that cheap every time I came. The current owners I am not a fan of (2020). First of all they had a tentative opening time when the restrictions were lifted that they never updated. I came in for once a week for 2 months straight from their original opening date and did not see anyone working on the store (probably just bad timing on my behalf). When I saw the new owner, I asked when they would be open and she said soon and to look at their social media for updates (they don't update their social media). This might just be bad timing but there are a handful of days where I come into the mall mid day and they would be closed. With no set schedule of when they are open it's hard for OG potato corner lovers like myself to come in and support their business. Overall the product they serve is phenomenal. You can't go wrong with ANY of their flavors (I recommend getting a giga half sour cream and onion half chili bbq) but when it comes to the new ownership, she's been the worse so far. Also the reason I've only made a review this late is because i wanted to get some potatoes before I head home, went to the mall and they said they closed. I've had potato corner for the second time now and it doesn't disappoint! I always get the Tots with mixed seasoning. (Cheddar and BBQ) Their tots are always so hot and crispy. I really love how the seasoning compliments it. I also tried their regular french fries with Parmesan seasoning and it was also good but I still think the tots are the best. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the French fries with Parmesan seasoning. The fries were crispy and hot and they added a good amount of Parmesan on the fries that coated each fry really well. The service was fast and friendly. When we came there was only two people working but they got the orders out super quick! I didn't have to wait long for my order.I also bought a soft drink and the refills are only 50 cents! Its been 2 years since my last review and I still give it a 5. My eating habits have changed since then so this is now my guilty pleasure. French Fries are on average 500 calories and it takes me an hour at the gym to work it off so I never eat them elsewhere anymore. The BBQ is my absolute favorite that cannot be duplicated so yes it is worth having it on my cheat day. POTATO CORNER IS MY CHILDHOOD!! I'm so glad that they have expanded their business to the U.S! Every shopping trip in the Philippines is not complete without ordering Potato Corner. It is the perfect snack to walk around the mall in - but make sure to grab napkins because the powder can get messy! The pricing is very different in both countries - I can get a mega fries for almost $2 in the Philippines while it's $5 here. I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for the fries and there's plenty to look at while waiting - phone accessory store, Love Culture, food court, etc. I recommend the original fries with cheddar powder! read more

This review is SOLELY about SHIRENE (the new manager). While we were ordering, she kept rushing us while speaking to us as if we were clueless. We paid this no mind until our fries came out with what looked like a teaspoon of seasoning. I kindly asked her to give me a refund while taking back the fries because it had no flavor whatsoever. When I asked her of this, she said to ask for more seasoning next time. I then told her that I have been coming here for years and it has never been served to me like the way we received it today. She then started talking back while giving a smirk and telling me to never come again. This is when I started getting agitated because of the attitude she was throwing at me.
