Whether it be the African locations, in Toronto, or this Addison location, Nando's never disappoints. The service is always consistent and good. The ambiance is great with great music filling the room. And the food is wonderful. We got the family platter which comes with juicy chicken, delicious kebobs, and sides - we chose peri peri fries, Mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes. You can't go wrong with any of these, but the Brussels sprouts are fire - highly recommend them.

Last I had Nando's was almost a decade ago in DC. So I was stoked to see this store in Addison. It…read morewas a gorgeous location, full of colors. Both indoor and outdoor seats were available. When I went on weekday dinner time, the place was packed. I was lucky to get one of the last tables. It was a semi self serve, I put in the order via website, got my utensils and water, but the staff brought the drinks and dishes to the table. I was looking forward to trying the chicken liver, but they were out of stock. That was a bummer! But I ordered the quarter dark meat chicken with mango lime sauce. I was glad the chicken still tasted so good, topped with really flavorful grilled skin. The coleslaw and fries were decent side. Prices were good for most of the items. The staff members were nice. The shift manager apologized for not having the chicken liver and processed the refund right away. They also checked with us multiple times if we got all our items. All the sauces, utensils, water bottles were constantly refilled in the condiment area. I enjoyed the peri peri experience here after such a long and also regretted at the same time that they don't have any location in NYC/North NJ.

There were plenty of tables and window side seats for indoor dining. The condiment area had two soda dispensers, ketchup, utensils and teas. After researching online and learning my lessons from previous disappointing experience at INOB, I ordered the animal style double cheeseburger and animal style fries with soda. Took them about 5-6 minutes prepare the meal. Loved the way the burger was wrapped in paper. I definitely liked the taste of animal style sauce on both the burger and fries. I wish they had toasted/grilled the buns a bit. The soda from the dispenser was bleh, didn't have much fizz in the drink. Also for some reason between all Coca Cola brands (regular, diet, cherry), they had 7up instead of Sprite, it was weird for a soda geek like!!!! I don't like the crossover of Coca-cola and Pepsi universes :p. Imagine seeing Batman teaming up with Avengers, iykyk lol! The staff members in the store were very friendly. The staff that took my order at the register was patient and kind, as she explained me their types of burgers and the secret menu that had animal style items. Overall I liked the INOB a lot more here than my previous experience at a Vegas location almost a decade ago. P.S: After the meal, I concluded Shack Shake burgers are still slightly better than INOB to me.
