The bartenders and/or servers have always been very helpful and courteous. They let me taste some beers before choosing what I want. They give recommendations on beer based on what I like. The service is a lot better than MANY joints (thus far) I've tried in Fort Worth. THE FOOD: ------------------------------ I've ordered Thai Burger, Black Pepper Burger and Tacos. I left here and couldn't breathe. In a good way! The beer selection, which I was hoping was 1 of many for the visit, was wonderful. Unfortunately, I ate too much and couldn't drink another! I love this bar. I really do. I was planning to post up for the entirety of championship college football Saturday, open to close, beers and food all day. Instead when I walk in a group of three dads that were watching the end of the World Cup with their group of toddlers took over the entire seating area and turned the bar into a daycare. Every patron that walked in had to sit at the bar because they had a stroller parked at one table, glasses on another, their foot in the chair of another table. Totally unaware that they were being obnoxious and ruining the experiencing of all the locals trying to watch TCU compete for the B12 title and their bid into the CFP. We closed out after 30 minutes and went down the street to Rogers Roundhouse. Food isn't as good as pouring glory but at least I knew it wouldn't feel like a playground. Disappointed. read more

My first visit to Pouring Glory was on a Sunday, I will say they had a good crowd of people for a Sunday! I was impressed by the cleanliness from the moment we walked in. The amount of beer on draft is impressive! The bartender was very knowledgeable and helpful. We met the owner of the establishment whom was very personable. He takes pride in his draft beer available and the cleanliness of the tanks. If you are aware, it is imperative that the systems are cleaned often and they definitely do take care of that! My brisket nachos were so good, unlike any nachos I've ever had. I would have never thought of switching out tortilla chips for potato fries. I had the Feisty Blond beer, It was smith and flavorful. My kids loved their burgers which were so big they had leftovers. I guess it's true, everything in Texas is bigger. Overall we enjoyed our meal and drinks. I go here often but just now getting to writing a review. I work near by and eat here for lunch and after work happy hours all the time. It's a great atmosphere and the owner Scott is always super nice. We got to talking about kegerators and he invited me back to look at his setup inside his cooler with is 50ish draft beer. He and his crew just go above and beyond. Like I said, lots of draft beer to choose from. Once they know what you like they'll just start pouring some samples for you and also letting you try all their new kegs they got in. All that without even having to ask. and if you do ask to try one they'll gladly oblige. Things I've tried that are great; Fried Bacon Thai Burger, Fried Shrimp Basket, Philly Cheesesteak, and I always go for the tots instead of the fries to take me back to my childhood. They don't have a parking lot but they don't need it. Plenty of free street parking right next to it. They also always have specials going on for food off the menu and drink specials of the week. Parking and neighborhood: driving up, I was thinking we made a big mistake. We came at 9pm on Sunday night (props for being open this late on Sunday AND honoring NFL game day specials this late at night). The neighborhood driving up was kind of creepy, but once we pulled into the legit gated private parking lot, I was super happy. The parking lot looks great and has a nice wall guarding the cars. Service: the lady serving us forgot straws buy was super nice and after we asked for a few. She was professional and able to take our full order without writing anything down. We never felt like we were being ignored all night, but she didn't hover. Overall very happy with service. Ryan the bar manager was super cool and came to chat with us for a minute. I prefer bars where I feel like the bar staff actually cares about me, and I got that vibe here. Food: got chips and queso, and the queso was a little salty and the presentation of the queso was weak. Just a styrofoam cup. Chips were awesome tho and the queso tasted like regular queso. I digged the presentation of the chips in a metal pan, so the lazy styrofoam cup seemed like the guy making all of the other aesthetics decisions checked out for this one. Also ordered 20 wings, half spicy Thai chili and half buffalo wings. They look and smell amazing. Presentation great in one of these metal trays. Comes with blue cheese and celery. Overall very impressed with the look. Tastes even better. Buffalo wings were better than the spicy Thai chili but that may have been preference. Cleanliness: tables all cleared and cleaned promptly, no dirty dishes out. Whole restaurant seems very clean. Atmosphere: love it, good mix of vintage Fort Worth cowboy culture and contemporary decor Beers: I had the $3 special which was the Noble Rey Raspberry Golden Rey. Didn't like it, but at $3 was worth a try. They had 53 beers on tap with reasonable prices. Probably a little higher than at a bigger bar like Flying Saucer, but not by much. Like $5.50-7.00 16oz where I am used to $5. Not a big deal. The selection was solid and varied. I also had the Oakland Highlands Freaky Dealt which was on point. 10/10 would drink again. read more

I called ahead to ask if I could bring my child on a Sunday afternoon because from the pictures online, it looks like a bar. They said it was totally fine. So, I loaded her up and we headed in. I didn't regret my decision one bit. The food here was top notch! I got the poutine, corn fritter bites and the chips and queso. Everything I ate was delicious! I had a rum style punch. Their cocktails are made with wine based spirits. The staff were all super sweet with my daughter. They had a nice coloring book they gave her as soon as we set down. Don't be dismayed by the neighborhood!!! This is my absolute favorite place to hang out at while in FTW. They have an astounding array of beer. I am not a growler girl, but if I was...this would be my place. Their growler game is STRONG. I love the owner and the bartender. The owner, (Scott) showed us the building from it's humble beginnings to the now. He did all of the work himself. It is an absolutely wonderful gem. You can "feel" all of the hardwork and love he has put into the building. The staff is super kind. The cooks, and the bartenders alike...mix and mingle...chat you up. And, you get FREE dessert. On a recent trip to Fort Worth, a stop here resulted in a pleasant surprise. I generally avoid the brewpub because as far as beer goes, I stick to the mass-produced American swill. Most brewpub offerings are too strong/malty/hoppy/bitter....you get the picture. For me, a beer should go down light and easy, not hit you in the face like a 2X4. The bartender recommended the Cedar Creek Patio Pounder, and it was just what I was looking for. I really like fish and chips, and the cod here doesn't disappoint. I like regular fries rather than home slices, but these were plenty good anyway. Great service from a friendly staff and prices well in line with the quality provided. Thumbs up! read more

As soon as I got inside I knew I was going to have trouble navigating my wheelchair to a table, but the employees noticed me pretty quickly and started moving tables/chairs so I could get by. For the food I had 1 korean beef taco, and 1 blackened shrimp taco. The beef was really juicy, but overall both tacos were only okay, and I was disappointed to find that there were only a few small shrimp in the shrimp taco. Also I found myself wishing they came with a side, such as chips and salsa. One of my dining companions ordered the pico chicken sandwich and said the meat was really dry. Two people at the table ordered the fried bacon thai burger and both enjoyed it. I have been wanting to try this place for a while, but the first time I came here, it was really crowded and I was too hungry to wait. My second attempt was successful though. The place itself if kind of small with limited parking unless you want to park in the dirt/grass or you can parallel park on the side, but the surrounding streets have a lot of pot holes. The food itself is pretty good. I had the ahi seared tuna tacos and the Korean beef tacos. The ahi seared tuna was cooked medium well and pretty much tasted like chicken. I really did enjoy the tuna even though I'm not a huge fan of fish. The Korean beef tacos might be an acquired taste for some people though. It's pulled beef marinaded in bulgogi sauce with an asian type slaw on top. The taco tastes sweet so if you don't like sweet meats, this taco is not for you. Overall though, I would definitely come back to this place. It has a fusion of asian and american foods and there are other things on the menu I would like to try. read more
