My spouse and I just traded a 2017 Honda Fit with less than 60 thousand miles for a much larger hybrid 2014 CRV with 30 thousand miles. I consider this nothing short of a miracle because when I met your online sales associate -- Jeffery Taylor-- I told him I really liked that FIT and only the perfect car would get me out of it. It was probably meant to be though. What are the chances of meeting a sales associate with the same name? But It was more than a name. He joined with us, did just enough sharing to connect (not too much, not too little). He listened to what was important to us-- to what would get me out of that FIT. And then he ran cars by us. He was totally upbeat, rolled with my objections. And just when I was ready to settle back into my existing ride, he came up with the perfect car. Right color; right year (23 and 24 are the best years for the CRV hybrid according to the net) right package; right price. It fit in our budget and our garage (Jeffery drove over with my spouse to make sure). And we just slid into the deal. It's a miracle because I was totally not going to do that. Jeffery is a very good sales associate. And he appears to be an even better human being. I think you folks are lucky too have him. Finally, I should mention the other folks who helped this become a yes. Honda's rebate letter worked. The "blue book plus 5" got the conversation going. Texting you folks also helped. Your parts and service teams answered questions and provided accessories you had on hand. Though we didn't buy products from her (we never buy warranties for things) your finance officer was friendly and very efficient. She is a good sales associate with the right client. Because of the efforts of these folks we continue to drive Honda. It's been that way for about 14 years and will probably be that way until we stop driving. read more

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I worked most with Scott and Randy. These two worked so incredibly hard to get me the best rate, and keep my monthly payments where I wanted. I came in about an hour before closing without realizing, and instead of turning me away they stayed late to work with me. We went home and they worked the next morning and most of the afternoon to get us the best possible financing, then called us back to the dealer when papers were ready to review and sign. There was a little bit of wait to sign papers once we got there because it was such a busy day, so Scott hung out with us and even put a show on the TV to keep my four year old son entertained. That speaks volumes my son is Incredibly shy and doesn't talk much to new people but he warmed right up to Scott. I also got a chance to sit down and talk to Nate and David and they were wonderful. Everyone at this dealership was so kind, and not pushy at all like car dealers can often be. they took time to show me features on my new car even though it meant they had to stay after closing again on the second day. I appreciate these guys so much and would definitely recommend buying here. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!! I recently bought a Honda CRV from Jordan Snyder. I initially made contact with Jordan over the phone as I was in Hawaii and in explaining my needs Jordan gave me excellent feedback about what might work for me. I made an appointment to come in when I returned--everything went smoothly, as I filled out the paper work, he helped me set up the phone, and I drove home with my new car!! It was not a crazy, stressful, car buying experience Jordan is the type of car sales man that is essential on any team. He is knowledgeable, to the point, caring, understanding, and the most important thing: he is not PUSHY !! The last Honda Odyssey I owned, I bought because a) the salesman was not PUSHY and b) could say the name Honda the correct way. It is important in this diverse country to say and pronounce words in the correct way as we expect non English speakers to do we must also pronounce accurately other languages. On a trip from Seattle to CA, a strange beep started in my Honda CRV. I stopped at one Honda dealership in Salem, but ironically the beep didn't occur during the test drive - which I had to convince them to try. They were not customer oriented. Then I stopped at POWER Honda in Albany and had a completely different experience. Lance, the service manager was very nice and listened to my concerns. The beep did occur this time on the test drive but it was still a mystery. He had an experienced technician look at the car and they quickly determined the problem - it was related to a piece that was in the engine from a previous Verizon phone - absolutely NOTHING to do with the car. But I was extremely impressed by their great level of service and they were truly concerned about getting it resolved. If this is any example of the type of service they provide on the cars, I would not HESITATE to go to them again and again. I visited another dealership one that I've used for service for years. Unfortunately when I began looking for a car their sales department was very different. My husband and I decided to look online and I saw Power Honda. I left an email address and was contacted by Jacob Mitchell. Jacob was polite and easy to communicate with. He sent me several photos of the type of car I was looking for and invited me to contact him if I was interested. Yesterday my husband and I visited Power Honda. We saw a car we liked and were invited to take a test drive. We were never pressured. We decided to move forward with the sale and Jacob helped us through all the paperwork. He patiently explained all the different warranty plans that we're offered and once we purchased the car took time to help us set up the blue tooth radio and phone and explained other necessary details. Where do I even start.... Power Honda is where you should go if you want a great deal and want to be treated like family. My husband and I had been to 3 other dealerships and were treated so poorly that we walked off of the lot! Not at Power! My husband communicated via phone with Jordan for a couple of days about a 2013 Toyota Highlander and Jordan made sure that the car was on the lot and available so that we could test drive it when we were available. Then when we got to the dealership Scott furthered that amazing treatment by working for us to get our deal done in an expedited manor for the price point that we were comfortable with. Joe closed our deal with signing and he treated us like royalty. We will never buy at another lot and if you want to be treated well and have a dealership work for you then neither will you. We ended up leaving the lot with a 2013 Toyota Highlander and a 2016 Honda Fit EX and our deal was done in an hour and a half and that included test drives... I originally scheduled my Toyota 4-Runner to have its oil changed at a local Toyota dealership, but I had an incredibly poor experience with their customer service inattentiveness, the unimpressive appearance of the service facility and the disorder of checking in! So, I decided to venture to the nearby Honda dealership (Power Honda) where my wife's car was purchased 12 years ago, and where we've always had a good experience! I was very much impressed with how update and clean, accommodating and organized their check-in facility was, and how cordial and expediate their staff was. And it was amazing that they were able to accommodate my Honda on such short notice, especially with a virtually full parking lot and a fairly full waiting area! And the most amazing part was, they were some 40% less expensive, which included a car wash, which turned out to be much superior to the wash I usually get nearer to my home! Decided on a random Thursday that it was time to look into getting a newer vehicle. I was driving a paid off 2016 Chevy Equinox. I went online and found Power Honda. Found a beautiful 2024 Chevy Equinox as well as a 2023 Subaru Forester. Jeffrey gave me a call and was so nice. I went to Power Honda, because they were the only car dealership that had the new 2017 Honda Civic Sport. I have never owned a Honda so was apprehensive. Scott Goodman was my sales associate, and he was very helpful. I didn't feel pressure to buy, but felt that he was available if I had any questions, which yes I was one of those people who had questions. The process was smooth, and finance manager was great. I also found Lance to be fantastic in the service department. I ordered floor mats and after market heated seats. He help me with both installments, and I left with a clean car every time.
