He was very responsive and very detail oriented. Within hours of first contact regarding the bike, the deal was done. I felt no pressure to buy the bike unlike other dealerships that harass you, my experience here was quite the opposite. The staff at the dealership were very personable and professional, I can't recommend doing business with them enough. If you ever consider purchasing a motorcycle I recommend seeking out Horen, it's nice to do business with someone who is honest and very knowledgeable. Shout out to Horen, Brian, Andrew and Mike. It was nice meeting you all and thank you for helping me out with this bike!

STAY AWAY -- Worst Experience Ever (Ask for Anyone But Brian)…read moreRating: 1/5 stars If you are considering buying a car or managing a warranty at BMW of Burbank, do yourself a favor and avoid Brian like the plague. Calling him a salesman is a stretch--he is nothing more than a glorified paperwork pusher with zero customer service skills and zero integrity. Here is a summary of my nightmare experience with him: * Shady Sales Tactics: When I bought my vehicle on a 0% APR deal, Brian rushed me through the paperwork as fast as humanly possible because he was not making a fat commission on the financing. He even flat-out refused to let me add accessories at closing just so he could hurry and finalize the deal. * Disrespectful & Dismissive: Fast forward three years: the dealership specifically reached out to me about renewing my extended warranty. When I spoke with Brian, he could not even bother to address me properly or treat me with basic professional respect. * Refusing to Honor Coverage & Making Excuses: Out of nowhere, he claimed the dealership would not honor the extended warranty--and then tried to gaslight me by claiming he "recalled telling me this 3 years ago." Why reach out to a customer to renew a warranty if you are going to refuse to honor it and act completely dismissive? Brian represents the absolute worst of the classic car-dealership stereotype. Save yourself the headache, the disrespect, and the terrible service. Take your business to a dealership that actually values its customers, and stay far away from Brian.

My Badlander seat looks slick…read moreon my Harley Heritage Softail, but while it's uncomfortable for me after a couple of hours, it is excruciatingly painful for my girlfriend. On long rides, we'd have to stop every 45-minutes to give her a break. We had an unexpected ride from Vegas to LA come up, so I called Le Pera with 4 days' notice, hoping they would have a seat in stock for my bike that they could overnight to me. I was transferred to Ashley R., who sympathized with my situation. Unfortunately, they didn't have a seat in stock but Ashley jumped into action and talked the shop into making me one the next day. Three days later, I received my beautiful -- and extremely comfortable -- Maverick Daddy Long Legs edition (I'm 6'2") in black with black diamond pattern stitching. And I didn't pay a penny more for the rush order. The following morning, my girlfriend and I took off to LA. What a HUGE difference the Maverick seat made! It was like riding on a sofa. It's gorgeous, steak, and extraordinarily comfortable for rider and passenger. Installation is brain dead simple. The rear fender hardware fit but was slightly short, so I had to nudge the seat back to attach the screw. I called Ashley up and she offered to get me a longer bracket. So, once in LA, I stopped by their N. Hollywood shop to pick one up. Of course, she gave me the bracket for free. Such great customer service. I can't recommend Le Pera enough. I will only ever buy Le Pera seats from now on.

The sales people were not pushy and allowed us to browse the motorcycles. Unfortunately, we did not see the bike that was listed on their website and went straight to the parts shop. The guy helping us at the helmet section (I forget his name but it could be Xavier?) was easy going and let me browse the selection without breathing down my neck and was able to answer my questions when asked. So, where did it go wrong? When his coworker (some young, white kid) decided to jump in to help and then talked back to my partner regarding a display item vs open box item, which was uncalled for and completely rude as hell. We still ended up purchasing a helmet since I really needed one for some plans later in the day. I made sure I spoke to Xavier (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong but I'm pretty sure that's the name that came up when I was paying at the front) about the item I wanted in case he gets some sort of credit for helping out. And kid, there IS a difference between a display item and an open box item. I'm not sure how my partner's question triggered him to answer with such attitude lol. Like it isn't stressful enough to decide which helmet to purchase??
