Purchased an Apollo RZF 125 for my son. Upon delivery, which was fast, there were a couple broken plastic pieces. No big deal, aside from it being brand new and damaged. The kick starter was stripped and I had to tap for a larger bolt. I called and emailed photographs of the damage and the request for a replacement kick starter. Crickets! After a half dozen phone calls where I could ONLY LEAVE A MESSAGE and as many emails, I gave up. Maybe its the current Covid 19 pandemic, but their voicemail should indicate this. With an hour ride time the seal in the crankcase blew and leaked oil. It was an easy fix after a YouTube tutorial. Kid loves the bike. I don't like the carburetor. It actually came fairly quickly but after I took the outer cardboard off I could see that it had been damaged in shipping. I have not been able to get anyone to pick up the phone and I have not heard a word back about the online request for replacement parts I sent in. Ordered this ATV (ATV-W027) for my son back in June for his birthday and it showed up late. We put it together and it ran for about 15 minutes before spitting motor oil everywhere! The motor was pre-assembled to the frame so it had nothing to do with our assembly. Reached out to the company with no help from them at all. I asked for the item to be replaced, they refused and stated all sales are final with no returns. I was told that they would send me parts to fix it and still haven't seen those. After multiple phone calls I asked for someone with some authority to call me and was told they were busy and still haven't heard from anyone. Had a mechanic look at it, stopped the oil leak and now it won't start. He called them about getting a new carburetor and they are out of stock with no availability date. (So much for having a wide range of parts in stock) Worst experience ever and even worse customer service. I would stay far away from this company. We were communicated with during all points during the process, notified when the order would ship, when it would deliver etc. The package arrived without issue and assembled easily. After some tweaks it started and ran smoothly. Reviewers say their customer experience was poor, I have not experienced that, I have called to ask a question and it was answered. If you write a bad review because of quality, you are buying a knock off product, it will not be as good as going to a dealership for the motorcycle so don't expect the same. Were it possible I would actually give this company fewer than 1 star. I ordered a motorbike in May 2019. Immediately had trouble with it. Customer service was dismissive at best. They did eventually replace the speedometer but the fuel tank was never replaced despite repeated promises to do so. I was forced to sue them in December. After no word for a couple of weeks we contacted again. Again we were promised the part. Two months later still no part and we could not get through to them any longer. Purchased an Apollo 125cc RFZ DB-X16 for my son for Christmas. Rode the bike 4 times, no more than 15 minutes each time, and no more than 15 miles per hours (to begin the break in process) on flat paved surface. After four rides, oil began to leak from behind the flywheel. Called Powersportsmax and could not get through. Emailed Powersportsmax about the problem and I have had difficulty with receiving an answer on how to proceed with the problem. Disappointed at this time. Does not answer there support line on any level. Paid for rushed shipping which claims it processes orders within 1 day....they did it in 5...then took 3 week which missed my sons Birthday party. THEN...we discovered it was damaged which we noted on shipping invoice. Engine cover had a gash in it, the forks were damaged which compromised the safety of the bike, gear shifter was broken off. When I emailed them they ignored my issue with rush shipping and wouldn't refund as stated in website. Then offered me $15 reimbursement for the damages. What a joke...we bought a new bike...not used or refurbished. I have emailed them again requesting new parts and money reimbursed for the cost to have parts installed. I bought a dirt bike from them in august 2022. It arrived with some missing parts, screws bolts etc. in addition I had ordered one with headlight and electric starter, which was important to me as I had recently had a hip replacement and the kick start was going to be very difficult and hurt to utilize. The headlight doesn't work which isn't a big deal but the electric start also doesn't work. I have been trying to get help from Powersports max for two weeks without any help. I've had to work with Lowes to figure out both the correct screws and bolts to finish installing parts on the bike but I only get double talk on help the light and starter from Powersportsmax on email only as they refuse to give me a phone number for help. Finally they stopped communicating with me altogether. If I had to ship it back under warranty it would be on me and I'm not sure they would even replace it as they won't tell me. "Buyer beware" for this company. Looks like I'll have to take it to a local dealer as it's a Chinese make and there are no dealers to utilize the warranty in Florida. read more

After further investigation with my cc company it appears that the company ran the cc one day and credited back the following most likely due to product unavailability. I rarely yelp but felt compelled so others aren't frustrated and out of money. We ordered 2 quads, 1 was running okay, the other was missing several bolts, would ride for a bit then stop. We parked them in the garage as we couldn't get assistance. We woke up in the morning and it had leaked all of the gas onto our garage floor. You can barely go in our garage from the horrible gas smell. I tried to get help from a technician but you just get the run around. They just want pictures, that they do nothing with! I am still waiting for bolts from November. I wouldn't buy another thing from this place, we actually took them to our offroad mechanic who is trying to fix the issues for us! We sent them photos of 27 damaged parts including the frame and steering. They told us the steering components are unavailable and completely ignored the damaged frame. I ordered three 125cc four wheelers for my kids - seemed painless, I paid extra to have them assembled and tested so I wouldn't have to rush before Christmas to do it myself and they all said they came with FREE goggles, gloves, and foam grips (extra awesome)! Ordering was easy, until they called to verify my information. Returning a phone call to this company takes hours of repeatedly dialing the number. Horrible customer service availability. Shipping was quick, and the carrier was easy to work with on delivery and patiently waited while I inspected and noted all of the damage to each and every one of the four wheelers. I took pictures of everything including the broken brake lever (which was not in the packaging, so I can only assume it was broken before they started shipping) and immediately went inside to start contacting the company. I amazingly got through to someone on only the 13th phone dial (record accomplishment), and told her all of the issues and she proceeded to hang up on me. Tried calling back repeatedly - couldn't get through. I emailed, listing out the issues and sent all the pictures, accidentally leaving one out. Their initial response only said they wanted a picture of the damage to the blue one. Absolutely no acknowledgment to the others. Still to this day, the only responses I get are one sentence emails, that provide no information to how they will replace the damage. Aside from shitty customer service and busted up looking atvs before my kids even got a hold of them, they were easy to get up and running and my kids love them. I put the oldest on the one with the broken brake since she's a bit more mindful... We shall see. Oh, and my "FREE" items, were not in the shipment. And for the people leaving 5 start reviews and "can't understand all these negative reviews", this companies customer service SUCKS! I've bought 4 total ATV's from Powersports max and have had nothing but great luck! No problems at all with our coolster 110's for my girls. As of recently, we just got the last two for the wife and I. My first Coolster 3150DX2 arrived and I found it was missing a seat. An email and some pictures of box damage and the atv with no seat later, they said they'd send one out. About a week later, UPS dropped off a new seat for me. I ordered a second one exact same but different color for my wife. On this one, the headlight switch got damaged in shipping somehow. I sent an email with a picture of the switch, and a new switch was sent to me in a timely manner. You can't beat the pricing here, even with shipping, my units were 800$ cheaper than the closest dealer an hour away. Terrible doesn't begin to describe this company. I ordered a 125cc boomcat motorcycle. When it arrived the muffler was deeply scratched from the front tire rubbing against it in shipping. The front brake handle had a chunk out of it. the left rear blinker was broken, the kick start didnt work, the shock squeak when even the slightest of weight is applied to the bike, and the front wheel is bent to the point that the bike shakes and bounces at speeds over 10mph. Their customer service is an absolute joke. The remedy they offered for all of the above was $30 refund. I let them know with pictures of all of the damage just hours after unboxing and their response to all replacement part request was "the parts not in stock, check locally." I bought a Tao Tao Zummer 50cc from them in the middle September which arrive in about two weeks. Before I go any further let me fill you in when you purchased something on thier website they send you a letter pretty much telling you DO NOT send it back. They imply it's fixable so anything and everything are fixable. Well, when I recived my moped it had a gas tank sensor or horn that doesnt work at all. Purchasing through the website was smooth unfortunately no assembly instructions were sent with the min-ATV. Once assembled the tires lasted 6 days before one popped. When I asked about a warranty I was told i used them on cement. I realized concrete would be tougher than dirt on tires but 6 days seems a little too short. When asked about free replacements since they lasted that short I was told to buy new tires that were the same as the ones I tore through in 6 days. To ship it back would have cost quite a bit so I had to pay another $160 to get new tires installed a week after taking ownership. read more

After doing research on little kid quads (obviously I didnt check reviews of the companies first, smh), I finally settled on ordering from Powersports Max. $199 for shipping plus $4 for insurance. Prices for the size I was looking for were about the same whether you had to pay for shipping or walk into a store, so that shouldn't have even come into consideration, but of course during this time, I let that lead my way rather than how a business treats its customers. For $200, the quad was supposed to be delivered yesterday, 5/7/20 & I changed my plans & waited, tracking the delivery, checking for any updates. Not until 7pm did I see a change. The date of delivery was changed to the next day, Friday by end of the day again, which is 8pm. Wth? So Friday morning, I check the status again, and again it says on the truck out for delivery. SO I send my husband & daughter on their way to where we were supposed to be by Thursday night & I would meet up with them after its delivered because it required a signature. They left & something told me to call FedEx & speak with someone. Good thing I did because I was told by a person, the automated kept saying it was out for delivery, but the person told me that there was some damage & that they took it back to be held for an inspection. WHAT? And if deemed there was too much damage then they could send it back to Powersports. WHAT?? $200 to not just be late, but never delivered & not even given the chance to reject it myself or not? I was angry. So I call the 855-256-8969 on the page for "customer" service. When I tell you that I got anything BUT any kind of service other than lip service, I am not exaggerating. This young girl was the rudest & most incompetent representative that I have dealt with in a long time. No empathy, no apology, no let me give them a call & see what's going on. Nope. I got they didnt send us an email, so until then I dont know what to tell you as I pointed out that they are the customer to FedEx in this instance & they should be just as mad as I am because it wasnt delivered by the date the business said it would be.
