Everyone was professional, the massages were amazing and our skin was so soft (even now) a month afterwards. I went to Prana Spa last week for a facial while on vacation in Key West and it did not disappoint. It is located in a cute house (near the Hemmingway house). Jennifer did a great job and the hour was so relaxing. I especially loved that she did not push products to sell when I was leaving, as I have experienced in so many other places. Instead, she spoke a little about the importance of clean beauty, which I also believe is very important. One tip: There is no lot and the street parking is a pain in the neck around the area, unless you want to pay $20 for the lot across the street. Absolutely incredible facial by Lisa. Such a gentle and calming atmosphere. Instantly got along with the two ladies up front. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this spa. I scheduled a Rejuvenation Facial with Jennifer during my trip down to Key West. The spa is absolutely fantastic--clean and tranquil and perfect for a little relaxation time during a busy vacation! I'm not really a conversationalist when I do things like this, but Jennifer was very easy to talk to and made me super comfortable. The actual facial was AMAZING! She spent a good bit of time extracting and it was a little uncomfortable but not painful. I used to get facials fairly regularly before Covid but I've never had an aesthetician be so attentive to extracting and getting the blackheads/blemished areas cleaned up. When I mentioned to her that the muscle in my hip was hurting, she knew exactly what to do - surprisingly, when she finished with a few stretches, it didn't hurt anymore. I was thrilled. So, I always look for a local establishment, since they are usually more affordable, and the massage is typically better than what you can get at a hotel. The spa is in a funky little house on the road that runs parallel to Duval, but once inside, it is a lovely space that they have done a great job with. The atmosphere is tropical, with eastern influences...very relaxing! We both had a 60 minute deep tissue massage, and we were both pleased with our treatments. Absolutely fantastic and relaxing! My sweet, kind husband booked an appointment for me. He had heard me mention the Raj as I was pointing out some things for our upcoming trip to Key West. I am so glad he booked this for me. My therapist Marie was phenomenal. She was professional and very kind. She explained what she was going to do and made me feel comfortable right away. She started out with a full body scrub that was glorious. My skin felt clean and soft. After that, I hopped in the shower to rinse off, then back for my full body massage. I told her to use more pressure and she adjusted quickly. It was my first massage with her, so I knew I had to tell her what I wanted. She was great and listened to me. The massage was wonderful. Next was a mini facial that was relaxing and exfoliating. And the pièce de resistance - the shirodhara oil pour! This was absolutely amazing. The hot oil pours over your third eye and hair and is just luxurious. I want to do this once a week! Marie massaged my scalp and I was so relaxed. I did not want to leave! I highly recommend Prana. It is totally different from any other spa I've been to throughout the years. It truly is a zen space where you can let all of your stresses melt away.
