I can't say enough good things about Precise Auto Body. I brought my car in for repairs to my back bumper after a small accident. Once I decided on them with my insurance company (after reviewing yelp reviews), they called me within minutes to schedule a time for me to come in. They coordinated with Enterprise rental (paid by my insurance company), and arranged for them to pick me up at the time of my appointment. They understand the meaning of customer service. They made it so easy. Both Angie and Mike were as nice as can be, and gave me confidence I was at the right place. But the best part is that they had my car fixed in less than a week, they did a great job, and the cost was much lower than I expected. One of my friends who saw the damage was also amazed at the cost - an honest repair shop, wow! And on top of that, they fixed some other scratches on my bumper at their cost. I am so impressed by the generosity and honesty of Precise Auto Body. I popped out part of the front bumper of my Civic trying to fit into my narrow garage spot at my apartment and when I went to another place for an estimate, they told me I would need to have the bumper replaced. The total cost would be close to $700 with an aftermarket piece and would take 3 days. I decided to go to Precise Auto Body for a second estimate because of their great reviews on Yelp and was incredibly pleased with my experience. I called around noon to see if I could come in for an estimate that day after work. Angie said it was no problem and they allowed me to come in at the last minute of their work day. Everyone was very friendly, and it turned out the bumper could actually just be popped back in (contrary to my first estimate). They also popped my back bumper in where the corner had jutted out and buffed out the scratch. All of this was completely free! The kind gesture may not have been a big deal to the folks at Precise Auto Body, but it meant a lot to me. If I ever need repairs in the future, I know exactly where to go. My homie smashed up my car something fierce a couple weeks back and her insurance sent me to these guys; I had no experience with them before. Mike broke down the damages and the timeline to me, and the front end lady (Angie I think?) kept in touch. I had to wait through a backorder for some part or the other, but I was kept updated on that. Considering they replaced what appeared to be the entire back half of my car, I was pretty impressed! Car came back better than it was pre-accident. Neat, washed, all personal items I accidentally left in the car were still there. Great great great place to take ur vehicle to get worked on after an accident. They are fast and extremely helpful. The only downside, during my experience, was that there was paint residue on some of the areas that weren't touched. My theory is, while paining the car some residue might have gone to the side that was not touched making it feel rough and a little off. Other than that, I was 100% satisfied with the service. My car was sideswiped and I chose Precise to repair my new Camaro because of the convenient location and the courtesy of the staff. I was completely overwhelmed by the immaculate job that they did and in finishing the job 2 days ahead of schedule. Mike took out a small dent that was not in the estimate as courtesy. This kind of service and kindness is so unusual in Hollywood that I had to give it up to these people. Mike and staff,you are the most awesome, and my car is just so-o-o-o- pretty. I was in a car accident and Infinity gave me a list of body shops to choose from. I was going to pick the one closest to me till a cousin of mine recommended to check the raitings on Yelp. I'm so happy i did and ended up at Precise Auto Body. They were great from the moment they picked up my car. I was really stressed out about the accident and leaving my car at first. Mike made the experience a lot less stressful. He would always pick up my calls and return calls as promised. The damage on my car was about $9, 000. They did an amazing job fixing it and they did it fast. When i got there i couldn't find the shop. I called and Chris answered. He picked me up from where the bus dropped me off and took me to the shop, they went above and beyond my expectations. It looks so great now that i almost cried when i saw it. When they picked up my car it was dirty from the outside and the inside, but when i picked it up it was super clean inside and out. One night as I was acting as the d.d. and driving my friends home, I was stopped at a light where someone rear ended me. It was a very light hit, but a strong jolt throughout the car. She proceeded to drive off as if nothing happened so I chased her, took a picture of her car and made a police report. As soon as I got home, it was about 4 in the morning and I made a claim. That same day I was directed to Precise, where they took pictures of my car and did a whole inspection. Through the police report and the picture of her car and her plate, we contacted their insurance company, in which we were directed back to Precise, as they also have a claim office in the same building, and went through the same thing again. After the inspection, the claims guy cut me a check on the spot. I also asked the Precise guys about a couple of body parts that I was planning on switching to aftermarket or a factory model, they were honest and told me it would be a waste of money to have Precise do it, and to go aftermarket. They gave me a comparison to what I would be saving if I went aftermarket as opposed to if I had Precise go through the process of ordering the part, painting the part and installing the part - 1200 vs 575. This place is the best. I got side-swiped and after getting a couple quotes, went to Precise because they had the fairest quote. Mike is a really friendly guy and did great, very quick work doing a spot repair on my bumper. The car looks brand new. I had gone to another auto body shop where they told me they would need to take off the entire bumper because "you can't do a spot repair on a silver colored car" but that was clearly not true because Mike's work looked flawless. I was very pleased and if I have the misfortune of having to return to an auto body shop ever again, it will be to Precise! read more

This place was wonderful to me. I was rear ended by a driver, and the entire back of my car was caved in including the front because the car behind me pushed me into the car a head of me. Not only is my car nicer than it was before the accident, but they were really kind to me. They even did a wonderful paint job which looks beautiful, and it looks like they cleaned the inside too. I first used Precise almost 15 years ago. I was driving a Toyota Tercel at the time and was insured by Allstate. Since Precise was a preferred provider for Allstate, I went there after a set-up accident. Avo and Chris took great care of me then (they even gave me a loaner car, since I didn't have rental insurance). A few years later, the Tercel was broken into and the interior destroyed. By then I was with Mercury Insurance, but Precise was still a preferred provider. I returned to Precise and Avo and Chris fixed my car BETTER than new. Two cars and close to seven years later, I was involved in a fender bender that really bent my front fender. It didn't occur to me to go anywhere but Precise. I walked in and Chris and Avo greeted me like an old friend, reminiscing about my Tercel and my previous visits with them. Now, they might have pulled my file and updated themselves on me, but it doesn't matter. What does matter is that they have excellent customer service and do excellent work as well. Someone keyed the front AND rear door of my brand new Accord (2017). The car was less than two weeks old! I took it to Precise Auto Body because it was recommended by my insurance and it had good reviews on Yelp. At first, it was a bit time-consuming because of all the logistics and paperwork. However, they have a good front desk receptionist and the staff is very good at what they do. They stand by their work and guarantee it. I am very happy with the work they did on my car. read more

I was sent by my insurance company. Could not have had a better experience. Mike dealt with the rental agency and made sure i wasnt charged anymore than the insurance company would cover. He worked with me to have my car, which had substantial damage, done in ten days so i could have it bacl before i left for vacation. Nobody wants to be in an auto body shop. It costs you time and usually money you'd rather spend on something else. But if you gotta be in one then make it PRECISE AUTO BODY. I've had the misfortune of being in an accident twice since I've moved to LA - Tourists! Nothing personal but if you're from another country and intend to get behind the wheel of a car then you had better know the host country's driving laws, and drunk drivers? Don't get me started! But I digress. Angie and Mike at Precise Auto Body are the reason I'm writing this review. It's stressful being without your car. Angie ALWAYS answers the phone pleasantly and professionally and I felt like a priority (unlike my insurance company). Mike is efficient and his team will make your car better than it looked going in. That's why when accident #2 happened I didn't hesitate to go back. The only reason I can't give them stars is a hiccup that happened - but they made it right without question. One last word of advice. I am a very picky guy when it comes to my vehicles, having said that here goes my opinion on this particular body shop. I searched around and chose this body shop based on the reviews I read on yelp. I had a fender bender on the driver side, when I picked up vehicle everything seemed fine at first glance. Being the picky man that I am, soon after bringing car home I started to really inspect the repairs they did.... 1. My powder coded rims where redone with paint instead of powder coding, B.S. 2. When I got under the vehicle to check proper installation of moldings, there was screws missing in the very bottom where u cant see them at first glance, again B.S. need I say more? Being that this was not the first time I went through this, I understand that after an accident, a vehicle is never really the same sometimes, but COME ON!!!!! TALK ABOUT NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL, these were simple repairs. I never expected this based on the reviews on this site, I believe I'm just being real. A very well run auto body shop. They did great body and paint work on my car. Chris provided me with excellent customer service and follow-up. The scratches on my vehicle were minor. However, since I had purchased the car 5 days ago, I wanted a body shop that was top of the line and offered a very reasonable price. Chris came through on all fronts and I was quite pleased with the results. It's nice to know there's a local body shop doing good work in the Hollywood area. I took my vehicle to this shop, for my insurance inspection. After the inspector guy said that my damage was previous damage. I got miffed and incredulous, but thats when the unacceptable happened and he dropped the f-bomb. He said to take my faggot car somewhere else. I was shocked to say the least.
