Professional, exceptional workmanship. I was in an accident that required a replacement front bumper for my 2013 Subaru Outback. Mike haggled with the insurance adjuster, who wanted to go with a used bumper, and got them to agree to a new bumper. I dropped the car off on Tuesday morning and had it back by Friday afternoon. Not only did it look like the accident had never happened--my car was washed and polished to perfection. I paid $0 to the shop as the other party was ruled at fault, and it was a relatively small repair (~$1,000). Precise dealt directly with the insurance and all along I felt I was in great hands. I drove off a sidewalk curb and dislocated my wheel cover panel while lost in LA. Took it in the Precise and they fixed it in 2 minutes flat including installing a wheel panel clip at no charge. I came here today because I got into a car accident last week and the other driver's insurance recommended coming here to get my car repaired. Unfortunately, since the guy got himself a lawyer and still hasn't made a statement, his insurance hasn't accepted liability yet and I've been stuck without a car for a week. Since I couldn't afford to keep renting a car, I took it in anyway to see if there was anything they could do so I could at least drive it. The repairs were going to be 2k out of pocket, and I just couldn't afford that. As soon as I got there, Mike came over and took a look and said he could try to bend the plastic over my tire back in shape so it wouldn't scrape against the tire (the reason I couldn't drive it). He was already working on something at the time, but since I had to leave by the time he'd be done, he took care of me right away. Ten minutes later, he had put the plastic back in shape and put bolts in to keep the outer part back in place. And he didn't charge me a thing! He referred me to the tire place they use just a few blocks away so I could buy a new tire and bam - I can drive my car again! I'm so glad I was referred here, they are such nice people and have amazing customer service (and I wasn't even technically a customer...)! I will definitely come back in the future. read more

Where do i even begin with Precise....I got into an accident and my car was pretty bad, insurance gave me a couple of places to choose from, many close to my house but all the reviews were horrible, they mentioned Precise, I of course Yelped it and was convinced. BEST choice ever! I am super happy with them. I took in my car on April 20th, and got it on May 8th, even soon than expected and the car looks like nothing ever happened. Their customer service is on point and perfect. They actually value and care for every customers needs. Every week i would get an update on what was happening with my car. These guys are great! I was unfortunately in a car accident and needed to get my car repaired. They let me drop off my car at 7:30am so I could get to work, even though I think they technically don't open until 8am. They gave me an estimate on my car and didn't go a penny over. I was expecting them to have my car for 9 or 10 days but they got it done in about a week. They also emailed me how much the repairs were going to cost to confirm I was ok with it which I really appreciated. I dropped off a junker and picked up a brand new car! I was rear ended and brought the car in just to replace my bumper. When I come to pick up my car I see they also pulled out a ding in the side door, washed the whole thing spotless, and even replaced my headlight just because! The work they did on my black Prius was superb. It looked like new and black is the most difficult color. They had to replace my front bumper and repair dents in the DS front side panel and door from two different incidents. I had to go back to let them know that one part of the bumper was not flush because it kept popping out and they took care of it right then and there in 10 minutes, no waiting and it stopped being an issue. I also asked Mike if he could order new interior light covers for me even though it was not part of the job. They sent the wrong ones so he gave me the ones out of his own car (we have the same car) and didn't even charge me! He even had the guys buff out another unrelated scratch on my rear bumper and polish up my headlights to look like new. He went above and beyond. I want to share with everyone that Precise Auto Body mechanic, Harry, came to pick me up using my car from my residence September to take me to their office to release my car to me. Right when I entered the car on the passenger side, I noticed a 4 inch crack on the top, right of windshield. THEY MISSED TO CHANGE THE WINDSHIELD! I took the ride back to Precise Auto Body to show the manager, Mike K. I asked for the car to stay in their shop but he said they do not attach windshields in their facility so I would have to take the car and they would arrange for someone to replace it at my home or wherever I work When I went back on the next business day, Mike told me the plastic part near the rear left tire probably got damaged from the towing and said they didn't have to fix it because it was not from the accident and that the other side was loose too so it was normal. WHAT THE HECK! Any loose part in a car would mean it's broken! duh! An older, shorter man tried to explain to me some weird comment. "For example, you are working and then you don't see something, so you don't do it!" was his explanation why the car is not fully fixed. He was getting upset with me for complaining so I got upset. He was talking to me as if it was my fault they they didn't completely do their job. They did not know all the multiple problems I pointed out. Then he said, "THE NEXT TIME YOU GET INTO AN ACCIDENT, DON'T COME HERE!!!" Funny thing is it was Chris, the owner, who pushed me to have my car fixed there. Now I regret it. read more

Let me start by saying that this review does not refer to their work as mechanics. My motorcycle broke down a block away from their shop. Suspecting it was a dead battery, I walked into their shop and asked for a jump. They readily obliged, but noticed that my battery wasn't taking the charge properly. Realizing that I was in a rush that morning the owner offered to give me a ride to the Pep Boys down the street to replace my battery. After purchasing my battery and returning to my bike (still at the business) a technician installed the battery free of charge. When they were done they wished me happy holiday and went back to work. If the mechanics at Precise Auto Body fix cars half as decently as they help out members of their community, then these guys are one of a kind. I just got my car back from these guys and it looks better than new! I got hit about two weeks ago on my front passenger side smashing my headlight in as well as the bumper and fender panel. Now it looks better than the other side that never got hit. Mike, the owner is very friendly and clearly knows his business. He talked me through the estimate and made sure to answer any questions or concerns I had. Throughout the whole process I felt as though he was on my side. (Exactly how you want to feel when the other guy's insurance picked the shop and is paying for everything. I'm a cynic.) The proof is in the pudding I would definitely use these guys again. My bumper needed to be replaced after someone rear ended me. These guys (Mike Keshishian) gave me a great deal. I asked around town and no other body shop could match it. Mike Keshishian was great. And not only did my bumper come out perfect. He fixed this HUGE dent in my front bumper also, for FREE! I would ask for Mike Keshishian, the other guy in the office isn't as nice as Mike. I've had two exceptionally positive experiences with Precise Auto Body over the last couple years. The first was when someone rear-ended my Honda Accord 2 years ago, and Precise Auto Body replaced the entire rear panel of my vehicle. The second was very recently, when someone broke my driver's side mirror in the middle of the night and kept driving. In both cases, Precise Auto Body offered expert, top-quality, fast, and friendly service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Chris is especially accommodating. I couldn't recommend Precise Auto Body more. I hope I don't get into another accident, but if I do, I know where I'll be taking my car for repair. read more

One caveat to this review is that my insurance covered the repairs, so I can't speak to how competitive the pricing is there - it could be amazing, I just don't know. That being said, I HIGHLY recommend Precise. I was rear-ended fairly badly and brought my car to them through Mercury insurance. As soon as I arrived, Angie (I may be misremembering her name, but I think that was it) at the front desk came out and started documenting the damage. Moments later, Chris came out and did the estimate. I was pretty shaken up over the accident, and I wasn't sure whether I should leave the car there or just get the estimate. I asked Chris if he thought the car was safe to drive. He told me (very diplomatically) that he couldn't advise me one way or the other. He didn't pressure me at all to leave the car, but he also wasn't giving off the message "No - I'm sure it's totally safe. You'll be fine." I decided to leave the car there. I went back in and Angie gave me my paperwork and called Enterprise for me. A moment later, Chris came in and told me that the second they opened the trunk of my car, the entire rear panel just fell off. He took me out and showed me the (extensive) damage to the back of the car. He had seen how unsteady I was, and wanted to reassure me that I had made the right decision in leaving the car - it could have been a big mess if the back fell off while I was driving and caused an accident for someone else! I thanked him and went back inside to wait for Enterprise. Angie noticed that I was still waiting and called them again to make sure someone was coming. When another ten minutes or so passed, she apologized and called them again. She told me that they told her someone was on the way and would be there momentarily. She went outside to help another customer, and when she came back in she saw that I was still sitting there! She called Enterprise for me AGAIN and started bawling out the person on the other end. Chris came in and was upset that I was still waiting (It had been almost 45 minutes by now since the first call). He got on the phone with whoever he knows at Enterprise and gave them an earful as well. Five minutes later, the guy arrived. Chris told him it was inexcusable to treat a customer that way, and made the guy promise to give me a really good rate on the rental (which he did). Precise called me two days BEFORE the estimated completion date and told me the car was ready. When I picked it up they had done a beautiful job fixing the back, and had also pushed another panel back that had been damaged long before, gratis. In addition, they had washed my car inside and out. It hasn't been that clean in years! I just want to say thank you to Precise, and Chris and Angie in particular. I was really thrown by the accident, and I left there feeling like I had been taken care of and looked after (as a person, and not just someone whose money they wanted). I have certainly learned not to expect that from most car-related businesses, and it meant a lot to me. Thank you, Precise! read more

Love this place! Today I got in a fight with a parking pole...and it won. So I headed over to Precise Auto Body, because they'd fixed my car back in 2009 when it was sandwiched on the freeway. Both the front and back were crunched in, and they did amazing work. You could never tell my poor Prius once needed $18,000 worth of work. Today, even the General Manager was surprised that it had once required that much work because it looks good as new (well, except where I'd just run into a pole.) So I raced over there today, and even though they were busy, Mike (the general manager) came out immediately. He assessed the damage. He said it would cost $1200 to fix and I almost fell over. It required a lot of work, because there were two 18 inch long scratches down to the metal plus some other bad spots. He said it wasn't worth it. Which was really cool. He didn't try to push work on me. He even offered to buff and clean a bunch of the pole paint off for FREE. Ten minutes later, it already looked 50% better. He sent me down the street to Pep Boys to buy touch-up paint and told me to come back tomorrow, and he'd help me apply it. For free. Come on, how cool is that? So few people just do things to be nice these days. So if you want a honest, good auto body shop, this it! read more

I had a very similar experience to Meghan B - my parked car was hit by another driver causing considerable damage, and my insurance company insisted I use Precise. In spite of my inital annoyance at being told where to go (this is Infinity Insurance and their many terrible policies, but that's a review for another time) Chris @ Precise took incredible care of my car. There was far more damage than infinity had assessed for, and he took care of it with them, without bothering me. He took care of all the little dings on my car and also fixed a mirror casing at no extra charge. He fixed the other door of my car which was not damaged in the accident for free - as a gift. It's very rare to be treated like this today - customer service seems to have gone out the window in most businesses, but Precise do care - my car looks better than new, and in spite of a traumatic and stressful couple of months dealing with Infinity Insurance, I now have a car that is gorgeous.
