So I figured it all out myself and if they had just walked around the house, they would've noticed a previous DIRECTV install bracket (already bolted into the house) that they could've used. I sent them a picture of it and they said they couldn't use it. But I'm literally writing this review from StarLink that I set up myself. For free! ! I've now got the entire thing setup by myself, and simply have to go to Home Depot in the morning and buy a few small things to make everything look neat. Most simple install ever. They did not research the project or even look at the height of my home. Super disappointing ! It's like any other business. When they get really busy, you' really find out how good they are at managing things.

Called spectrum customer solutions and had it cancelled right away. It has been escalated for review. The rep notified me it is common for them to slam these packages to meet store quotas.

So if you cancel your service on the 29th and the billing cycle began on the 28th, the day before, you will still be charged the full month's amount regardless of usage. Hopefully this saves someone a needless payment in the future. In the same spirit, when service is interrupted by outages, you're also charged the same amount. Greedy corporation.

Background On Visit: Came to the shop to return my old modem instead of returning through UPS. The reason for that was because I wanted to know for sure that I returned it. Ambiance/Decor: Ambiance is nice with limited amount of seats Service: Service was snail place when I last went to the shop last week. They were understaffed where there would be 2 - 3 reps working at one time when there is a total of 5 workstations. Recommendations: It would be nice if they had a express line for pickup and drop off of equipment. Something simple like that shouldn't take two hours to return.

On my most recent visit, it's nice to see that they renovated this place to match the look and feel of other Spectrum stores. May have been awhile ago but it's clean. It's nice that Spectrum offers walk in stores but this location will get a lot more older customers that need more assistance making it harder to get in and out without an appointment. But, sadly, Spectrum has been a local monopoly for too long and people feel like they have to use them.
