The technician/installer was on time as well. 3) They quoted a fair price for the replacement spring system, the upgraded springs, and had no issues with the install or service. I REALLY appreciated they only installed one spring for my garage door since they said it was more than enough rather than trying to upsell with two springs. My only critical feedback was when I asked the technicians if they offered upgraded high-cycle springs, they couldn't tell me how many cycles the upgraded spring is rated at. They had to do some calculations, which was around 22,000 cycles.

After a few days, I had an issue of my last roller popping out of the track, and he came back and added some spacers to fix the problem at no charge since it's a temporary fix.
