She was super friendly, and patient with all of my questions etc., her customer service is top notch. I also appreciated speaking with the head mechanic, Max, he also was very personable!! I appreciated his honesty on what needed to get done now on the cars, and what could wait. The price on both cars was very fair, and appreciated!! i was hesitant to return to Hill n Dale due to the recent change over, but I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received! I had my car towed there after speaking with them last week about potentially doing the brake job (my fault completely for letting it go so long) and I called on my way from the tow trunk; they were so kind, I arrived by 11:30 and they had my brakes and rotators fixed/replaced by 3pm! They also offered me a military discount when they saw the plates on the car of the family member who dropped me off (retired marine). They turned a really awful day into a win and for under 1k with quality parts and service. I will never get brakes and rotor service anywhere else. Really well priced too. They've definitely earned a new customer for my future needs and were a silver lining in a scary day. Todays lesson- don't let car stuff go! I got lucky but almost didn't!

My first stop was a Volvo dealer who assured me they had the truck I wanted. Fifteen minutes later, after actually driving there, I was told it had been "sold yesterday." Not a great start. Then I called Auto Kingdom -- and the contrast could not have been sharper. Right from the first phone call, everyone I spoke with was friendly, relaxed, and -- importantly -- straightforward about the condition of the Honda Ridgeline I had my eye on. No games, no mysterious "just sold," no pressure. When I arrived, Michael met me and immediately struck me as someone who genuinely enjoys people. Knowledgeable, yes -- but also friendly in a way you don't see much in this business. The whole process was refreshingly simple. We talked, I looked over the truck, and maybe 20 minutes later the paperwork was done. No drama, no surprises, no last-minute upsell. Driving the truck all the way back to Maine, it performed flawlessly the entire trip -- though frankly, it's a Honda Ridgeline, so I wasn't expecting anything less. All in all, Auto Kingdom made the experience easy, honest, and surprisingly enjoyable. I'd absolutely buy from them again... As for my Thanksgiving? Great -- but more complicated with family drama. I was referred to T Rex Audio by my mechanics, Mike and Jared Cappriotti at C&C Automobiles, who told me that they referred all of their car audio customers to Manny at T Rex, because he did such a terrific job. I went to see Manny this past Friday morning, and was so pleasantly surprised to find out that he would be able to install my new speakers that same day!
