I'm not one to write reviews, but I just have to. I wanted to acknowledge and recognize Tim Ethridge for an AMAZING work he did by helping me. My TV broke and I was freaking out and I called Precision Television, Tim was very helpful with me over the phone and really tried to help me and the situation. He gave me an honest answer between Precision Television & Besty Buy, and even though I could have chosen Best Buy, Tim did not pressure me in choosing Best Buy, instead, he reassured me that Precision Television was certified and would do a great job- which they did! He also helped me in picking a time frame, and the next day he even called me back to check-up to see that the technician came and everything was okay. Bottom line, Tim really helped my stress go down, and even though we only talked over the phone he managed to help my situation and put a smile on my face. I'm beyond frustrated with this company. They were forced upon me by Pacific Sales Extended Warranty Company, who scheduled the initial appointment. Two minutes later, I received a text from Precision Television who cancelled the appointment and said they would not come to the house until I texted them a picture of my washer w/the serial number and my warranty information. I left work, took the photos and then got a text for an appointment that is four days later than the first one made. I'm livid. read more

My Warranty Insurance Co. gave me this company Precision Services to repair my LG washer/dryer combo. Precision Services sent me a text message of a scheduled maintenance with a 4 hour window and the technician will call me 30 minutes before arriving at my house. I didn't get the call nor a technician showing up at the house. In other words, my unit was never repaired. I lost half a day waiting for nothing and this company never bothered giving me a call just to say nobody's coming. I'll call the Warranty Insurance Co. to remove this company from their referral list so not to give aggravations to other customers. Never call this company for any repairs. read more

I am sorry folks have had issue with Precision but I have had nothing but good times with them. I called samsung and had an issue with my set so they set me up with Precision so I called them up and set up the service call for the tech for the very next day since I lived in Concord tech came out and was gone in less than 15 minutes. He checked out the set and found that it was not even my TV it was my satelite dish he reset something showmed me in case it happened again what to do and he was gone. The techs name was Shawn and the young lady who assisted me there was KJ both were awesome as was all the other agents I spoke to. I wanted to share my experience with this company. I purchases a Samsung Dryer from Best Buy Pacific Sales. I reached out to Pacific Sales multiple times to get my dryer fixed as I purchased extended 5-year warranty. The warranty company scheduled me with Precision Services. This company pushed out my repair date multiple times. As soon as I called to complain about the date pushback, they were eager to cancel the appointment. Very unprofessional with no solutions to help. I filed a claim with my warranty company, and once again they set up an appointment. Precision Services pushed this date again two weeks later! When they came out, they refused to work on the dryer because it was a stackable unit. They asked me to unstack the dryer 30 minutes prior to the appointment via text message. With a busted arm, and only person at home, I couldn't unstack this unit on my own. They left without assisting. To this day they haven't repaired my unit. Terrible, terrible, and unprofessional company. Save yourself the headaches and frustration. read more

My warranty company was slow in sending my parts so I wasn't able to confirm my appointment for this afternoon. But when I called, Jasmyne S. worked hard to get me squeezed in anyway. Minimal hold time and very pleasant and provided great information...thank you Jasmyne! On the other end, Dennis called me 20 minutes before he would arrive at my house (in Las Vegas) to tell me he was on his way from his previous appointment. He arrived right when he said he would and let me know what he needed right away. We got my TV off the mount and he went straight to work. He was very professional and entertained all my questions (that must be very boring to him as he gets asked them all the time). After he made the repair, he stayed to make sure the TV connected to the internet and updated properly. 5 stars for both Jasmyne and Dennis - they were very professional and provided great customer service - I would recommend Precision to others in the future. read more

Im a little irritated that once again you DID NOT DO WHAT YOU SAID YOU WERE GOING TO DO!!!! Your manager told me he was going to reimburse $100.00 to my credit card for not following thru with calling me when my TV was done! This was supposed to be done last tuesday 11/19 and it was not done.... He told me that the guy that does this was not going to be in till then... I find this to be B.S. anybody can do this! At times there is only one word you can use to describe any business...UNPROFESSIONAL. Precision Television is absolutely the worst service company I have dealt with in years. Customer service is so important and this company has no idea what it's all about. I bought a television from Fry's in Burbank in February of 2015. After having it for only 3 months the sound went out. I called Fry's because I had the extended warranty and they told me that the service company they dealt with would call me back. Four days later I get a call from Precision. They told me that the model of my t.v. had this problem and they would order the part and come out in a week. They did so and fixed my t.v. Didn't like the service even this time but decided to let it go. The service technician was not to my liking. No uniform and seemed pissed off with his job. In February of this year the t.v. went out again. Went through the same steps and had to wait a week again for them to come out. They schedule by giving you a day and telling you that the technician will call you the night before. The technician actually called me at 8 p.m. and left me a message of when he would be out. Well a lot of things can change in a week and I wasn't able to be there. I tried to call back but the number was blocked. Called in the morning and had to reschedule for a few days later. The technician this time was fine. Forward to this past weekend. Television goes out again. Called Fry's and they said that I'd get a call in a few days. Got a call from Precision this afternoon at about 4 p.m. Again they are saying they can't be out until next Thursday. Who in this day and age is behind a week in service calls?! I tried to explain I needed the service to be done earlier and the girl I spoke with, Christina, said it was the best they could do. She was totally unprofessional on the phone. Actually responded to one of my questions by saying it was above her pay grade to fix the problem. What?! My goodness if I had an employee who said that to a customer I'd be livid. Also told me that I had a condescending tone to my voice. Of course I did! This is 2016 and you don't have a program that can schedule customer appointments any better than calling them the night before at 8 p.m.? She explained that their techs work until really late. Oh well then call me between appointments. Who the heck calls customers at 8 p.m. to schedule an appointment for the next day. What company nowadays makes customers keep their entire day open just so a technician can come out for 20 minutes?! What company nowadays makes customers wait over a week for service? I seriously haven't dealt with anything like this in years. I've decided that there really is nothing I can do now but wait for them to come out and fix my t.v. I do feel that Fry's corporate offices should know about how horrible this company is and that it reflects on their corporation. I don't think I'd buy a t.v. again from Fry's knowing that their repair contractor is Precision. So disappointed with this company. They should realize that people do turn to yelp to make decisions about companies before calling them and strive to do a better job. read more

I don't normally write reviews, but I am very unhappy with the service provided from Precision Television for my television. They replaced a HP chip for my Mitsubishi Television and the picture quality just wasn't the same after. The picture has glassy patches that wasn't there prior to the replacement of the chip. I made an appointment for a Technician to return cause for all I know it could be a faulty chip or wasn't put in correctly. When the Technician looked at it, all he could say was he didn't see anything wrong. I told him you don't see that? It's pretty obvious, I do and so does my family. He acted like he was in a hurry to move onto the next appointment. He showed no interest. Today I called again to see if I could have a Technician come out again, cause I'm not happy with the what they did to my TV. They told me to call Mitsubishi. My Samsung HDTV went on the blink in mid-December due to a bulb issue. I purchased the TV through Best Buy in early 2008 and bought a 4 year extended warranty at the time. I first contacted Best Buy and they transferred me to Precision TV to fix my TV under warranty. After talking with Precision TV three separate times prior to a technician coming out, I explained to them that my TV colors are very bluish and seems to be missing a color. They said they would order a part and schedule a technician to come out to fix it. The technical called me the nigh prior and gave me a 3 hour window. He showed up and asked what was wrong with the TV. I told him his claim ticket should explain what is wrong after talking with Precision TV three times prior to him coming out. I turned on the TV and showed him what was wrong and he said he would have to order a red LED module to fix it. This really irritated me since I expected him to have the part and to fix it that day. It made me feel like my three previous conversations with them was just a waste of time. So a week passes and I finally get a call from Precision TV on Wed. They scheduled the same technician to come out on Sat 1/7 to fix my TV and said he would call me the night before to schedule a time. I never received a call on Friday night. On Saturday, I assumed they would still come out to fix my TV since their website showed my claim number had a scheduled repair date of 1/7. I tried calling their offices to confirm and they were closed and I left them a message. I then called the technician directly at around 3:30pm since I had his number from the previous week and left him a message asking if he was still planning on coming out today. I didn't get a call back. I then called the technician again at 5pm and he answered the phone. I asked if he was coming out to fix my TV and he was very defensive and said they don't fix TVs on Saturdays. I then asked him why Precision TV would schedule him to come out and fix it today if they knew full well they weren't going to do it today and I expressed my displeasure of Precision TV wasting my time. The technician basically hung up on me. i then called Precision TV again leaving them a nasty message about wasting my time and asked them to call me first thing Monday morning. I also plan to call Best Buy on Monday and let them know I WILL NEVER buy another TV from them if they continue to use Precision TV as their warranty partner. Precision TV is a perfect example on how NOT to run a company...pathetic! read more

I wish I could give this company a negative rating.......one star is simply too high..... I first called them, per LG referral, in mid-September - the heating element in my double oven stopped working. They came, they looked and said that they needed to order a part and return. Several days later they advised that the part arrived and scheduled an appointment. They replaced the heating element but this did not solve the problem. They decided that the problem was in the computer board - they ordered a part and many days later scheduled another appointment. They replaced a part in the computer board but this did not solve the problem. At this point they decided that it must be the thermostat. The technician went to his truck, brought a thermostat, replaced the old one and......you guessed it, this did not solve the problem. Few days later they made another appointment with a different technician. He came, he looked, he had no new parts to replace said that a new thermostat was needed and that there will be another appointment with two men to move the oven out of its cabinet. I still don't understand why this technician came. Got a call today (Dec 6, Tuesday) and was told that the part (????) has arrived and that they will come next Tuesday to install it. I called back asking for an earlier appointment given that I've been trying to get this resolved since September. This time I was told that the oven must be moved out of the cabinet prior to the technician's arrival (something new to me) and that they will absolutely not address any issue that might require that the oven be slid out of the cabinet, even though their technician had previously moved the stove out of the cabinet to install a thermostat that did not solve the problem. I'm so upset and frustrated with this company. I told them that we were done and that I want my original deposit returned. Since they said it is not refundable I will have to take them to small claim court I will see if I can get this case on one of the TV judges shows so that millions of viewers can be made aware of how bad such service (or lack of it) can be. I will not let them keep my money for not fixing the problem over a three month's timeframe, numerous service calls and considerable waste of my time. It's now December. Since September I do not have a working oven. When the technician moved the oven out of its cabinet he did not return it to its original position so it's sticking out. Also, on prior visits the technician unscrewed cover from the heating element and it is now at the bottom of the oven with loose screws. When you have 2 kids and full time jobs, the last thing you need is a broken dryer... When my 6 year old LG broke 3 weeks ago I called Home Depot where I bought it, they had me call LG, who gave the the number for their local recommendation. Here is where the mess started. I gave Precision TV the details of the issue (no heat was coming out, everything else worked) they made an appointment for that Thursday. The technician arrived and diagnosed it needed a new thermostat, but didn't have one, it would have to be ordered... This is a BASIC repair item that they should have had available. I called immediately and after being on hold for 15 minutes got to someone where I said I was disappointed that they didn't have the item available, but order it and I'd like an appointment for the next week to have it installed. By the following Tuesday we hadn't received a call to confirm the appointment so I called. It turned out they hadn't even ordered the part! They wouldn't have it until at least Thursday. I talked to the manager who apologized for the miss and said the person I talked to no longer worked for the company and that is how it was missed, he gave me a $30 discount (on a $350 repair). We were scheduled for that Friday. A different repair man arrived on Friday and installed the part. After he left, my husband washed a load of clothes, put it in the dryer, and it didn't spin... This was never the problem, hey had broken my dryer!!! It was 4:00 at this point, my husband called to tell me and I immediately called the office. I sat on hold for 40 minutes, the office closed at 5, I knew this was a bad sign.. I hung up, and called the repair man who had installed the part. I told him we could not go into the weekend with a broken dryer. He said he would call us back and did not. I also called the office again and chose a different selection than before. I got the apparently the only woman left in the office who said she would call her manager who would call me back, he did not.... Needless to say, on Monday morning I started calling again, asked for a manager immediately and that was when I got to Alvin. He gave me his direct number (so I could call without sitting on a lengthy hold). I sent him video of the dryer that didn't spin, and he stayed in contact with me. At this point I just wanted my money back, but I wanted to know what the issue was. Alvin scheduled the original technician to come back out, it turned out that they guy who replaced the thermostat put the belt back on backwards, really???? Low quality work... Alvin gave me another $75 dollars off the $350 dollar invoice and I think he is the only quality person this company employees. Alvin said they are working hard to improve their customer experience... For me, it took two and a half weeks, three visits, many hours on the phone, and $245 to have a simple fix made to my dryer... read more

Purchased a Samsung tv 2.5 years ago, the capacitors went out and lost power to the tv so I called Samsung to fix my problem. They put me in contact with Precision Tv and they set up an appt. within 2 days. The repairman called my the day before to setup a time(9:30-10am) which was what i requested. My doorbell rang at 9:30 and I was greeted by the TV repairman. He came in, immediately started to work and finished repairing my tv within 15 minutes. TV is as good as new. Would never, ever use again or recommend. First of all, they will only come out to repair your TV between the hours of 9-5 Monday thru Fri. Since I work those hours (actually I work 8-5), and could not take the time off work, I had trouble scheduling the appointment. I finally was able to get a friend to be at my house for the repair. They REFUSE to work around the typical 8-5 schedule that most people have. Secondly, the tech repaired an older rear projection TV and left a smudge on the INSIDE of the screen, so it is very visible, especially when a scene has alot of white. They did offer to have the tech come back out and look at it, but we were back to "We only come out weekdays between 9 and 5". Utter BS. read more

I suggest avoiding them if possible. If you need LG service and you live in San Diego, ask LG to send a technician from another city with a different company. They can schedule someone coming from Los Angeles. I have a very long story that will make it short here. Bought a brand new LG TV, it had one issue and that was "White light leaking from the corners when the screen is completely black". This is apparently a very common issue with the new LG smart TVs. Precision TV was assigned to come and fix it. Technician came at the time that I was in the office and my elderly parents were home. First of all he couldn't even see the leaking light issue because he called me and said this TV has no issue. After explaining it over the phone and he looking at it, he said ok I see. I will change the panel for you. He changed the panel and had my over 70 y/o Dad to sign a paper to confirm TV has been fixed. When I came home and turned on the TV, I saw the same issue is on it and on top of that there is also a crack at the top right corner of the TV. So he had replaced it with an even worse panel. Called them again (no need to mention how rude they are over the phone) and technician came for the second time. He claimed TV didn't have crack when he left!!!! It is funny that he couldn't see the crack himself until I showed it to him. How could he or my old Dad who still cannot see the crack, could have seen it at the first place? Anyways he left and promised me to try to get me another panel. No one contacted us until I called them 10 days later to follow up. They simply said, because of the crack your warranty is now voided and LG will not repair anything from this point!!!! So customer service was bad, technician was terrible; people over the phone were super rude. I wish I could put zero star here. Only the branch Manager was a guy that was speaking with respect over the phone. Another lesson is to be there when they fix it and don't trust them (if god forbid you have no other choice in the earth but to use their service) or you can video camera the whole process. Take picture. So they cannot blame on you breaking the screen. I suggest all the others who had bad experience with this company file also a complaint in the business bureau and hope they stop their operations, because LG customers deserve better customer service. Update 1/28/16 Derrick , the business owner has been reaching out to me from last several months to follow up and find out about this issue. I am really hoping that he can change the structure of the company in a way to serve clients better. His persistence to discover the issue, gives me the hope that he is a manager who cares. Just an all around great experience. From the phone call to set up the appointment to Adan the technician showing up on time, detailed and very professional. Big shout out to Darnell Hester, the technicians manager, and Chris Riels, the customer service manager. They brought everything together to make it seem less. Kept me up to date with emails and phone calls regarding timing. They just really care about customer service and the customer and it really showed. Hats off to these gentlemen. We were referred to Precision Television by the warranty company when our 95 year old father's TV failed. After days and days of Precision not scheduling a repair appointment (because they had to "process" the request), the warranty company referred us to a different repair service. Three weeks after we initially called Precision and the repair had been taken away from them by the warranty company, we got a call from Precision, acting as if they were promptly returning our call for service help! We don't usually write such negative reviews but decided to warn others because we've also never had such a bad experience with any business. read more

This has to be the worst repair experience of my life. Heaven forbid you have a warranty repair through LG and you get this company to deal with as their third party repair company, as was my case. Allow me to tell you what to expect. You call their customer service number after being directed by LG with a claim number. When you call, you wait on average 15-20 minutes, sometimes they hang up on you after waiting that long. If they hang up, then call again and way another 15-20 minutes. You finally get a live representative. The representative is very uninterested in taking care of business. Very unfriendly, and apathetic to your needs. Lastly, they are soo booked up, that your repair appointment gets pushed out for three to four weeks. This happened to me. I waited 6 weeks for a repair man to show up with parts. The repair man takes apart my LG OLED 65", takes him exactly one hour. He unboxes the new panel (screen) to replace the dead pixel panel, and then he notices he brought the wrong LG panel. The repair man puts together my screen and tells me its his last day, and that I would need to reschedule a repair after Precision Television calls me. I waited 10 days, still no call from Precision Television. I called them today, waited 15-20 minutes, my call disconnected... as usual, called again, and finally spoke to someone. He said: "Oh, are you calling from San Diego?" (Probably due to my 619 area code). I said yes. "Sorry, as of this week, we no longer service LG in your area. You're going to have to call LG direct." I could not believe it... I feel bad for the person who is about to deal with this terrible company. read more

I would give this company zero (0) stars if I could. I got assigned this company through my tv warrenty. They probably would be out of business if they didn't have warrenty contracts. About 3 weeks ago my TV lamp went out. Precision TV ordered the part and it has never shown up. When I got the tracking number of the part from my warrenty group it said that there was an incorrect address. Meanwhile, precision tv sent me a recorded message saying the part was on back order. DO NOT EVER USE PRECISION TV. They have very poor customer service. Each time I call I am given a different story. They told me that the part was going to be sent to me, then the part was going to be sent to them, then it is not available. WOW. Also they are located in california so you have to call on california time. Oh, did i say DO NOT EVER USE PRECISION TV. read more

After originally giving Precision TV 2 stars I have now added a third star because of the company's response. Within minutes of my post I received a phone call from Derrick B. of Precision TV who apologized for the problems and explained what had happened. They really do seem to be trying to work out any hiccups in their service. If faced with another TV repair I would give them a call. My Vizio LED TV stopped working and I submitted a extended warranty claim with Assurant on 6/17/2015. Assurant made an appointment with Precision TV in Concord to come to my home on the afternoon of June 18th. When no one from Precision TV called or showed up I called Precision TV. I was rather rudely told, by someone with very poor phone manners, that I had no appointment and none were available. After some time I was finally given a afternoon appointment for the next week on June 24th. Sean the repairment showed up early, was a nice and very competent guy who immediately pronounced the panel dead and unrepairable, gave the TV it final rights and submitted his paperwork, saying I would hear from Assurant in a day or so. This is where Precision TV seems to have dropped the ball again. After waiting until late June 29th and not hearing anything I talked with an Assurant rep who assured me that they had not heard a word from Precision TV. So I called Precision TV who assured me that they had emailed my dead TV's status to Assurant, and would do so again. The next afternoon I thought I would check my claim status. It now showed CLOSED. Once again I talked to an Assurant rep and was told that because there had been no status report from Precision TV they had CLOSED the claim. I then told the Assurant rep what Precision TV had told me about emailing the information to them. The lady at Assurant said we have no email inbox, then know they have to call or fax in the info. So she called Precision TV, got the info,settled the claim and issued a check. All of this should have happened much sooner and with a lot less fuss. read more

Never written a review before, and I usually take yelp reviews with a grain of salt because I know most people only write review when they get bad service.... With that said, I feel I must vent. My Samsung tv began to turn off randomly and would no longer turn on without being unplugged for a long time. After looking online and speaking with Samsung customer service I was told the power board was likely damaged and required replacement. It was out of warranty and Samsung recommended Precision as authorized repairers. I called and Rashad was my first rep. He was polite and explained everything. He told me they would diagnose the problem over the phone for a small price that would be deducted from the repair, if I decided to get the tv fixed. The next day I received an estimate for the repair and decided it was a fair price. In the next three days I received multiple calls from different advisors attempting to set up a repair appointment(I was busy with work at the time). I informed them that I would be going on vacation and would set it up on my return. One week later I call, they have a tech come to my house the next day, and the tv is fixed......for 1 day. It goes far down hill from here, I call to inform them that the repair was no longer working and that the tv was having the same problem. The person I spoke to was nice. She stated since I had, "already paid so much" and my TV wasn't fixed it would be a high priority to be repaired. It has now almost been a month since the initial repair and my TV is still not working. I have made multiple calls and each time I have been told that they are working on it, and that they will call me back tomorrow. Those calls never come, and I end up calling back myself. When the new part for my tv was finally ordered I asked the rep if she could call me when it comes in, she replied, "our costumers like to call in themselves to check on their orders." Not to sound like a jerk but when did it become my job to make sure you do your job. Today I called (since no one has called me in 4 days) and the person on the phone tells me she will call me back later, that she has to check if the part came in. I explain to her that I am beginning to become frustrated with the promises of call backs, she reassured me that she would be calling me back later today. I told her that if they can't get it fixed by the end of the week, I would rather have a refund. What gets me the most upset is that never once during any of my repeated phone calls did I hear any empathy for their inability to repair my tv or for the inconvenience of having to constantly call them for updates. I felt like the customer service was great and no mistakes where made when I was a paying customer, but now I'm being treated like a low priority since they already have my money. I'm hoping they will find someway to make it right but as of now the one star solely belongs to Rashad. I had the Samsung "click" problem. Tech came out to my home. Had it fix in no time.

The only reason I am beginning this even with two stars is because the customer service agent that I've spoken to on the phone is pleasant. Although there have been multiple times they have dropped the ball, I'm not sure all of the fault is hers. I purchased a Sharp TV from Best Buy in May 2014. After a few months, we started having problems with the picture skipping (primarily during fast motion sequences/action), therefore the problem would be considered "intermittent". I contacted Sharp who, after making us send in various pictures and video clips to them directly, dispatched Precision TV to come and repair the problem. The technician came out repeated times replacing the same parts (2x for the mother board, 2x for the chip) and yet, the same problem continues. The last time the technician Robert came out, he stated there are no other parts available to order on this model and thus if the problem came back, I would need to contact Sharp and escalate the issue. Before he left, we tried a few channels looking for something with fast motion to ensure the problem was resolved, but I couldn't find anything at that particular time. Without fail, the next day the problem came back while we were watching "American Sniper" on DVD (confirming again the issue is not with the cable, but with the TV itself). I reached out to Sharp who wasted the next two weeks dodging us before finally saying via phone, their notes from Precision indicate the tv was fixed. Therefore in order for them to authorize a replacement, which they are not denying they owe me, they need something in writing stating that I have contacted Precision and informed them the problem has started again and they will proceed. However, I called Precision on Monday, 7/20 and was informed they will contact Sharp on my behalf to follow up and I should be receiving a call later that evening or at the latest the next morning from Precision. Today (7/22), I still hadn't received a call so I called them back to see what happened. The customer service agent promptly took my call and again, read me the notes in my account that I am well aware of, then put me on hold and transferred me to someone that needs more training in customer service. After I briefly explained my situation, his immediate response was " Sharp is giving you the run around, you just need to demand a new TV" While I'm clearly agreeing I need a new TV since there are no more parts to replace and the problem continues, "demanding" anything from Sharp will get me exactly where I am right now...stuck! I repeated the same thing to him at least four times and it was like talking to a wall. He kept insisting there are no other parts they can replace (I KNOW THAT) and read to me the notes from Robert (AGAIN, I KNOW WHAT HE SAID, I WAS HERE). I finally gave up and let him schedule ANOTHER appointment to waste my time and theirs because there is nothing else THEY can replace! On top of that, Robert is a nice guy, but seems to be more interested in complaining about his life issues (back problems and such) as well as promoting his side business than actually helping me fix MY problem. All I want is a TV that works!! Now I'm taking off another day from work to be available on Tuesday for them to come out. I bought a 42" Coby TV from Frye's Electronics 4 years ago and NEVER had a problem. If you have a choice, DON'T choose Best Buy OR Precision TV. Save yourself the headache! read more

A 6 month old Samsung LED tv started randomly turning on and off and back on again; going through Samsung's online service portal was a royal pain.. BUT! Shawn from Precision was awesome. The day after I placed the service request via Samsung's site I was contacted on the phone by a gentleman from Precision (who's name I didn't get but he was very professional) who asked me some simple diagnostic questions and determined that it most likely was the motherboard on the set and they would replace it under warranty. He gave me a date and a time window and then the night before Shawn called me to confirm all the info; he showed up the next day exactly on time and was able to replace the motherboard and power supply cable in a matter of moments; he also showed us some neat things about the set that we didn't even know we could do (such as connecting directly to streaming sites like Netflix and Amazon). All in all he was great, on-time and the repair was very quick. Thanks guys! read more

I am a fan of this place as Robert was able to fix a Flat Screen Mitsubishi TV that no one else could fix. The kicker is that he had it fixed and done within 15 minutes. He has experience working on this brand and model TV and it shows. I have recommended him to friends and family that may need his help. The problem with companies like Robert's is that TV's are getting so cheap that his service might not be needed due to the decreasing cost of disposable TV's. The only reason I called him is that my 65" TV was not cheap and I loved the picture that it gave us. Robert is not the most talkative man I ever met but that is ok because I was paying him for a service which he did very well and professionally. read more

Beware of this company. This company is contracted with Lowes and was scheduled to repair my washing machine. They were supposed to be here last Monday- no one called nor showed up ( day 1 of missed work). I was then scheduled for them to be out on Wednesday, but I was phoned by Lowes on Tuesday saying that this company needed to reschedule. I rescheduled for Friday morning (2nd day of taking off work for this) - another no call/no show. I called Lowes to find out why no one showed up- they don't know, all they could tell me was that Precision accepted the job. I have left several Msgs on Derek's voicemail (He's with Precision), but have yet to receive a call back- and this is since Monday. The soonest I can get another appointment - with ANOTHER company will be next Friday- so that leaves me to now have to take yet another day off work, and now be over two weeks without a washing machine. read more

My entire experience with Precision Television was great. Initially the Netflix App on my smart TV was not working and I had been dealing with Sharp for over a week and felt like I was getting no where. I was finally referred to Precision TV and the woman I spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful and empathetic to my situation. It was easy to schedule an appointment for service and Robert called the night before to confirm the time and was also willing to work with my schedule. Robert showed up exactly when he said he would and began working on the TV right away. I was not instructed to remove the TV from the wall mount ahead of time and Robert had no problem helping me get it off. My TV had a rare problem and it took a little long than I was expecting but Robert was extremely patient, very knowledgeable, and just an overall nice and friendly guy. The Netflix problem was solved after having to replace the entire control board and I couldn't have asked for a better technician. read more
