I was excited to give this place a try but ended up leaving very disappointed. I received an oil change & new wiper blades. Luckily, I was there to watch them & when they told me my car was ready, I reminded them of items that weren't done like my windshield wipers, air in my tires, etc. They handled it but only after I had to mention it. My fiancé also took his car at the same time, he did the synthetic oil change package through groupon. We decided to come back to pick it up, when we returned about 2 hours later his car was parked unlocked & windows down in the parking lot near the street. This is a high traffic area & he had a bag in his car, not sure why they wouldn't make sure it's secure. He goes in& is charged extra as the groupon only covers a specific amount of oil. This is very misleading & should have been mentioned prior. I decided to call the manager at the store to let him know my experience so it could be resolved for others. He was unreceptive and made excuses for everything. He was very dismissive& rude towards me. Disappointing experience & we won't be back. read more

Randi was very friendly and super helpful. She didn't try to upsell, but instead, encouraged the package that she felt was in my best interest. My oil change was done quickly. Randi even asked questions in regards to oil that she found to be fresh (said oil is still a mystery) out of concern which was great, because who wouldn't like to know about things discovered in/on their vehicle you may be unaware of? Don't take it to this shop ....you can go get one thing fix and then something else gets broken...I had to pay 2500 for a new engine because they said that's the reason my cold air wasn't working then my front Hood won't pop then they slide door to my van broke to in their care and also my engine overheated alot more after it got fixed ...I payed almost $4000 to get stuff fixed when I wanted my car to run cold air ...I recommend don't take it to this shop read more

I was excited to see this place finally come to Houston. I used to take all of my cars to Precision in Dallas. For as my experience I have taken my BMW 5 series here and drives better than when I bought it. Very patient and honest. From day one I have had a good experience. My mother took her Altima there prior to selling it and the lady that bought it has no issues and that has been since August. Also, with the Infiniti everything is working as expected. I can't complain about service or prices. Also, for those who use the Groupon remember an Extra fee for synthetic, semi-synthetic, 5W20 oils, and canister filters still applies. I have come to this place several times now since they opened and have always been impressed with the service. They don't try to charge for unnecessary parts or labor but will even bring you back to look at the car and point out what they are seeing and recommending. Their prices are reasonable for the service they provide, and on top of that everyone that I have worked with has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I feel like there are many auto shops out there that intentionally try to deceive people or charge extra, but this does not seem to be one of those places. Overall I recommend it, as it has been my new go-to spot for car repairs and tune ups. read more

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I am not a customer and would never be. I am so disturbed by an employees actions and behaviors towards me as a bystander who had nothing to do with them or their business. I was parked in front of this awesome snow cone booth that shares the same parking lot as this auto shop. I was unaware I was in any wrong place, considering this was my second time at the snow cone booth, and had parked in the same spot before. As I was getting ready to drive away, I noticed a man pull almost in front of me, but stop. I was under the impression he was going to park but saw that I was about to drive away and was being courteous to see if I was going to pull through or back out. Initially I was going to pull through to leave but since he pulled up I was going to back out instead. I figured he was going to take the spot I was parked in. As I put my car in gear, I noticed the driver get out of his truck and start waving his hands around in the air and pointing my direction and a few other directions. He appeared to be yelling my direction. My passenger and me both were very confused and began looking around us to see who he was talking to. I rolled down my window to try to hear what he was saying. He could see that we were confused and not responding so He points at me and yells out "I'm talking to you!"in a very aggressive tone. Me thinking maybe he was trying to tell me something important, I stepped out of my vehicle to ask him what was he talking about and if there was a problem I didn't know about. I should have just let him be and drive away. He proceeded to yell across the lot at me before I could even express to him that I was arguing in anyway, but simply trying to understand what he was trying to say. I was completely shocked that he was yelling at me and I couldnt get two words in. He yelled that I was in his way and I needed to move my car. I again tried to inform him that I was actually just getting ready to drive off and he begins yelling louder that he has customers to service and If I don't move he will have me towed. I was still very confused seeing there was plenty of room for him to drive by and I wasnt aware I was in his way. He said that where I was at was his shops property. I told him I was actually just getting ready to pull off but he was flailing around and yelling at me so I stopped to ask what was going on. He walked around the truck he was driving to the passenger side and started yelling "Fine, if you don't want to move I will call HPD, and I'm going to have your car towed." as if I was trying to argue with him or be non-compliant. Once again, I was completely mind blown at how loud, upset and aggressive this man seemed to be towards me, and I had literally been blindsided by his anger. As I started to understand he was simply an employee needing to drive by me, which like I say there was plenty of room for him to get by, I also realized he had no regard or interest in productively and respectfully considering this as an apparent misunderstanding. I finally gave up trying to understand what was happening and said "Oh so you work here?" and I asked him for the manager. He yelled that he is the manager. Another employee stepped around the corner of the building and I actually thought he was going to tell his coworker to calm down, but he instead just wanted to see who he was yelling at, and he just laughed and went back to where he was at. I got back into my car to leave and at the same time another customer pulled up to get a snow cone with her young child who unfortunately had to witness this man causing a scene. I'm grateful that I didn't have any children in my car, because this would have surely scared them. I went ahead and got in my car to leave the lot. Of course everything about the situation was unnecessary and inappropriate. I was completely offended by this random incident and really cant think of another time I felt so belittled and disrespected. I still dont really know what happened or why He was so upset towards me, but I DO KNOW that there are several different ways it could have been handled. I have seen a lot of rudeness and lack of professionalism, but this was by far the worst, seeing I wasnt even a customer to them. Very Sad if he actually is management there. read more

Been here for Vehicle Inspection. Staff was quick to see me while parking, walked towards me and offered his help. I was next, he requested to sit inside and immediately took my car for inspection. Hardly took 10 mins from giving car keys till payment. Quick quality service and friendly staff. If around give a try by visiting this location. Highly recommended read more

Just moved to Houston and I was looking for a place I could take my fiancé's car to get serviced. The environment was great! She has a brand new 2016 Honda Accord and it took a specific type of oil. It was a little bit more expensive and I didn't know that. I can appreciate him telling me before the work was actually done to make sure the price was ok. He was very professional and even the workers outside were also. It's great to have awesome customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone!
