The service and professionalism here are excellent. I came in for an oil change and was in and out in about 30 minutes. They also honored their promotion (5th oil change free after 4 paid ones) so this one was free! The only drawback is the location itself. The parking lot is small and has a number of potholes. The waiting area is decent, but outdated and could use an update. The Austell Road location has closed down, and customers are being redirected to this location. Personally, I preferred the Austell Road location. It had a larger parking lot and the waiting area was more comfortable. Went in for a routine oil change and check engine light. I did have to get a unexpected issue corrected. But it was well worth it. The next day my check engine light came on and I called the shop. Luke was very professional and asked me to bring it in. A minor issue caused the light to come back on. They were honest and fixed it and didn't try to force me to spend more money on the issue. My family and I have been coming here for over 5 years. I highly recommend this shop. The staff was friendly and nice. They offer coupons and discounts if you work for public safety. read more

Be careful with bringing your car to this place. I brought my vehicle here to have an alternator installed and after the alternator installation, the lady stated that brakes needed to be installed. She said they could not test the alternator out to make sure the vehicle was running properly with the new alternator because of the bad brakes. Therefore, I was forced to have them install new brake pads on my vehicle. It was already a lot of money to have the alternator installed. Now I am being forced to put brake pads on the truck. This lady is married to the owner and has a bad attitude. She should be grateful that anyone brings their vehicle here and she shouldn't be deceiving customers and forcing services due to her greed. read more

The lobby always has an odor. The lady at the desk(Luke's wife) is very unprofessional. Shes very snappy and doesn't greet you coming in the door. When u ask questions about certain things, she snaps. The mechanics trys to get wrench hours. 2 different ones came out and told me and 3 other people our engines needed to be flushed. How can 4 different makes and models all have the same problem? Something's not right. I would only deal with Luke. The rest of the staff is a waste of time and money. read more

Oil Changes are what I go here for. Normally I have a coupon, but there a guy that works here and he says the coupon doesn't give you a full service oil change. The coupons is for a basic oil change, and he likes to up-sell the one that gives you a fluid check on all your vital fluid, tire pressure etc..and topping off any fluids if you need more. I've never had a bad experience, and most times I'm out in less than 20 minutes. They did give me a quote once before to get my power steering repaired. Seemed competitive at best. read more

Hey, it's an auto garage. Yes, it's dirty and the crowd is kinda rough but it's what's under the hood that counts, right? Oil changes are super-fast and inexpensive. There's always coupons in the Savvy Shopper for tune-ups and major services. Mechanics are friendly and seem honest. Labor is competitive. As with any place, though, I'm always impressed at the list of items covered on the oil change--check tire pressure, air filter, all fluids, etc., I just wonder whether any of that is actually done! read more

I have dealt with this --current--manager---before at the Precision Tune in Douglasville. Oil changes were not done. Received my vehicle back with oil that was never changed, so---what? --did my car just sit in the back bay with the hood up while other cars were serviced? Recently, this manager moved to the location in Mableton on 04/13/2018 and he did not adjust my brakes after putting them on causing my emergency brake to come all the way up, no secure stop and a lot of sponginess in my brake pedal. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. After a three hour wait, found the tire rotation had not been done because they were waiting for a lift to put the car on. They had done the oil change and then basically parked the car outside (with the keys in the ignition) and forgot about it. I will not be going back. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to go to this place all the time to get just an oil change since they always have coupon deals. So this one particular time, I brought my car, which I must add, was in very good condition. No mechanical issues whatsoever. A Toyota Camry that got regular oil changes and maintenance checks. So I brought my car in for an oil change and leave like usual. Three days later, my car stops on me on the highway out of nowhere. My dad comes to get me and checks my car. He tells me that my car does not have a drop of oil in it. So we get the car towed to Precision and tell them what happened. I asked them how was it possible that I received an oil change three days ago and there's no oil in my car. All I did was drive to work and back, my usual routine. They couldn't explain. As a result of my car having no oil, my engine was shot, unfixable. So due to Precision not properly changing my oil, my engine was destroyed. They took no responsibility for that. After explaining how unacceptable this was, they refunded my money for the oil change. $22 is what I got back, but I still had a shot engine! So yea that's my story smh. read more

If I could give negative review I would ! I took my car in for oil change . Ended up getting a call that inneede Serpentine belts for A/C . Gave permission to go ahead due to i noticed squealing before dropping off. When I picked up. I heard same noise not 2 minuets after pulling out. Drive back and notified. ( mind you I had broken 3 ribs about 3 weeks earlier and notified them of this and asked that everything be taken care of as it was painful for me to have to drive) I had fiancé w me and he dropped me off first time and took me back to pick up car . Now we were going to wait as they said it would only be a few minutes. I asked them to drive the car bc I only noticed this noise when I accelerated . Now I noticed while I waited ( in excruciating pain mind you) that 3 service techs came out , reported issues to customers waiting and asked if they wanted to fix issues or not... ex.. worn tires , bad batteries, etc... we waited over 30 min... I was given keys told all good and left. I noticed that steering wheel was " misaligned " but was in so much pain I just waited to call next day not thinking it was Saturday. I didn't drive car again until Tuesday. It felt like I was driving in sand , on a flat tire and the steering wheel was at least at a 30degree left tilt. I called explained ... they said nothing happened on their end or they would've reported it... well, the car wasn't like that when I brought in, no one came to discuss the OBVIOUS ISSUE, and no one would call me back. Now I took to a WONDERFUL COMPANY here in Austell. They fixed at a great price but I was still out almost $1300 for an issue PRECISION TUNE CAUSED! I should sue but I'm so engrossed in medical issues I can't right now... but once I'm better I'm calling any news outfit that will listen and FB, TWITTER!!! I went here today and when I saw the mechanic pull my car out and throw keys to someone, I was really hoping that they were not mine. Why? Because I had just spent almost $200 replacing my remote. Well guess what my new key fob is cracked now, and of course no one would fess up to it. Just say I blame myself for taking my new car there even though my husband and I have come to this location for years to get oil changes, I should have just went to the dealership. No one offered to compensate me but I did let them know that they may want to stop throwing customers keys if they don't won't to be held liable. This used to be my spot for my car, good people, good work and reasonable prices. However lately the prices have been pretty steep in comparison to other places. I got my car fixed for half the price just recently. Charging me almost $500 I paid a smidge over $200. Another issue I have is back about 9 months ago my husband told me he was going to get the lifetime brakes, I said go for it it's worth it. Called to get our pads replaced and they say they don't do lifetime brakes. There is a coupon on the website it for it and a mail coupon I have that says valid at the mableton location only. The price the mailer coupon Says is what we paid for them. When I called they said its advertising, advertising what? A service you don't offer? Because that makes loads of sense. Surely corporate would know you don't offer lifetime brakes and wouldn't send a coupon for that. I recommend Ricky Jordan down the road near Thornton and veterans memorial-they shop around for the best part price and are honest.
