I have needed my air ducts cleaned and of course during these unprecedented times I was concerned about the company that I was using. I received a reminder text the day before as well as estimated time that they would arrive the morning of the service. Upon arrival Tommy greeted me professionally masked and with a business card. He was informative about the service that was needed and should me a picture of what we were breathing in through our air ducts. As a mother I felt so bad that I have not done this more often and because I have not the service was going to cost more. Tommy was more than willing to help me and we agreed on an affordable price that I could afford although my kids health is priceless. The service was completed in a timely manner and Tommy was extremely personable and respectful. We're breathing better already, air conditioning is cooling better and I am extremely practicular about the smell of my house...it smells AMAZING! I'm going to save money on electricity We're going to be breathing healthier air during times when air is questionable to breathe. Purchased a voucher from Groupon, I understood in the beginning that the voucher is a coupon to help me save money. Customer Service was very thorough on explaining extras. As far as the extras, they are pretty cut and dry. Of course there will be extra vents and returns to pay for, depending on the size of the house, and then accessing the inside of the system, (Ports) and if they find Mold and Mildew. Thankfully I didn't have any of that to worry about. Technicians performed an inspection just like the customer service rep said they would, and went over everything that needed to be done. After setting the appointment up with Premier, I was curious is any other companies would take the time to go over everything. I called two different companies in the area and neither told me a thing, and if I asked a specific question, the rep said the techs would go over it during the inspection, very rushed phone calls, they just wanted me to make the appointment where they could get in my home. Premier Air Duct's CSR's and techs are very polite and professional, I am relieved I found a company that is up front about everything, and does a great job. Thanks read more

Apparently this con artist was run out of TN and is now operating under a name of Thomas "Tommy" Wick with a fake company named Air Purity Specialists. I bought the $49 Groupon and he showed up and tried to scam us with the same mold BS. Listened to my better judgment and told him I can't drop $1300 on the spot without even a second opinion so I called a more reputable provider in the area and after a few minutes of explaining everything I had enough to lean towards this being a scam. A few minutes into my call and he bolted. He has a very nice new F-150 truck model I've never even seen before that tells me he's still scamming people with the veteran BS. He should be in prison with all the money he's stolen from people in at least two states. You can find an address for this "Wick" character in whitepages and its in the Houston area but I wouldn't be surprised if he pulled a bit of identity theft. read more

We had a Groupon and he came out stating we had black mold. Cost us $2100 and nothing done. Won't respond to phone calls. We did send the money via pay pal to a Jenna Haggart who is apparently married and is part of this scam. I have called her and left a couple of messages. Filed something with the Attorney General here in Texas and will be filing a suit against him since I do have their address and phone number. I would suggest to each and every person he has done frauded (note this is a felony) to file a claim with the attorney general and get an attorney and sue both him Robert Cross aka Tommy Ray and his wife Jenna Ray aka Jenna McMaster Ray aka Jenna Haggart. They made an appointment with me 2 weeks out, and then sent me a text 2 hours before arrival saying they would be there an hour early. I told them I planned to be there at the appointment time, then they rudely asked me why I expected them to wait an hour for me to arrive, and I said i couldn't do anything about it because i had tenants who also expected a certain time...they didn't reply. I ended up being able to arrive early, and I think I saw them driving away. When i texted them to say that i was early, they didn't reply. I waited 45 minutes. Scam artist! He will come into your home feeding you a bunch of lies, then convince you that you have black mold in your vents. He will turn a $40 service into $650 by telling you to protect your family from the black mold he found. It was all a lie, and one big scam. He even brings his "son" with him. My ducts have been cleaned for the holidays! Family is coming to my house this year and have been wanting this done for awhile and boy do I wish I would've done it sooner. The guy that came to do it also asked when my dryer vent was cleaned last and I don't think we had ever had it done. Technicians were very polite and friendly and made sure I saw and understood everything that was being done.
