I purchased a refurbished one off of eBay. When I called Audio916 to ask them if they could install the unit, Sean was very upfront with me. Gave me very accurate pricing for the job. He also told me that he could install the unit, no problem. But that with these newer vehicles, there is chance that the unit itself might need to be coded and that the dealership would have to do that. He told me he would do everything he could, but that ultimately I may have to have the dealership code it. I took my chances and not only did they do an outstanding job, but his head installer found that the unit I purchased had a defective button. So rather than just leave it, they went above and beyond and fixed that defective button to make the unit perfect! And Sean called me to communicate the issue in real time. I was absolutely ecstatic! They made me feel very well taken care of. And I didn't have to go to the dealership afterall. They did an amazing job!
