Took our car in after my daughter was hit while a car turned in front of her turning across three lanes of traffic. We took the car here and were greeted nicely at the front desk. Caliber did a walk around and took the car in Monday evening, text me Tuesday (you can opt in for this) they were working on it. Received a call Wednesday that the car was fixed and ready for pickup. When I picked up the car with a new bumper and license plate bracket the car was cleaned and vacuumed inside, all windows cleaned inside and out as well as the tires being cleaned. Very pleased at the service and extra care taken and presented for pickup. Price was right also. read more

Terrible service. Paid a large amount of money to get my car fixed and not even a month later had to return for the same problem I originally came in for. When they test drove my vehicle they peeled off like it was a race car. Also there was a gay couple and over heard the employees making homophobic comments and how they hated those kind of people. I don't recommend this business to anyone. Derek is the worst of them all. read more

Thanks to the ongoing construction around Central, debris flattened my front tire in 100 degree weather at rush hour. The tire was so damaged that it was impossible to see whether there was extra damage to the car. Leo at Caliber sent over a great young guy who changed my tire while Leo located a permanent replacement. I was on my way before either Mercedes or USAA Roadside could get a tow to me. I have no idea whether the price was good or bad, but I do know that Leo was a life saver to this old lady. read more

Eric and staff at caliber collision went far and above when performing the repair my car. There was much more damage that I could see initially when I brought the car there. They took care of what I could see and what I could not see. I was very impressed with the results and the Outlook of the vehicle overall. Even though the vehicle had to be moved to another location from Plano to richardson, the car was able to be completed within 7 days from start to finish. I highly recommend this place. Fake follow up. They replied to my post, I emailed them like the asked and they never responded after they asked for the location I had work done at. I guess the poor management comes from the top to the bottom. I am so busy and I still have to eventually drop my car off because of poor work. That is after they had my car for 2 weeks and over 6k. Josh and Abiel were the greatest. Josh always courteous and nice. Abiel took great care of our vehicle and us! Constantly updating us via text about the progress of our car and went out of his way to make sure we got all of our questions answered. The body work was top notch and they cleaned the vehicle. Insurance referred me here, however, this could not have been more of a mistake. It took almost 3 weeks to get my car the first time, and when I came to pick up my car, they managed to wreck the vehicle on the way out thus damaging the part they literally just fixed. Finally got the car another week later, only to find out they had thrown out the front license along with the bumper. Never experienced incompetence this intense before. read more

This was by far the worst body shop I have ever dealt with. I chose this location because they told me they could get my vehicle in immediately. From then on the nightmare began. They told me there was additional damage from a prior repair and had me get my old insurance involved for that damage. After finally getting them out it was found there was not prior damage and it was all from the current accident as well as some corrosion due to the age of the vehicle. They had my vehicle for a month and 2 weeks and didn't get started on it until about a month in. They consistently gave me one story and my insurance another. When I finally got my vehicle back there were chips in the paint where they repainted, there was clouding in the clear coat, and there were gaps all over the front. It did not drive the same even from after the accident to after the repairs and I ended up selling the vehicle altogether because it was not the same. Save yourself the time, money, stress, and nightmare and stay away from this show at all costs. read more

I went to Caliber Collision for a repair on my Jeep Wrangler. I had some damage on my bumper from someone rear ending me. The person totaled their car on my bumper. Needless to say there was significant damage to the bumper. I dealt with Nathan at Caliber Collision in Richardson and I'll just say it was top notch professionalism! My car was damaged in a collision that wasnt my fault, so I put a claim on the insured driver. Caliber Collision was near me, and I hadnt used them before. Caliber called within a couple hours of the claim being accepted and set up an appointment. I dropped off my car, and they have a relationship with Enterprise a few doors down, so getting the rental was easy. My car was in their shop for 1 week, which is as fast as Ive ever experienced with repairs like these. The whole time it was in, Blake, my 'service advisor' sent me texts telling me what phase of the process it was in. When they called me to come get it, I couldn't leave work that Friday to get it. I got a text Saturday morning (today) from Paul up at the shop telling me he was working on Saturday, and I could pick it up. I just got it back a few minutes ago. The repairs are perfect - looks new. They even repaired some damage to the wheel that I didn't see before. I dropped the keys off for the rental, and Paul sent me on my way, very easy. 10/10 would use them again in a heartbeat. read more
