I have been a customer of Premier Car Wash since 2006 and have watched the business grow over the years. I remember when the window tinting was done under a simple pop-up tent, and now they have a dedicated building just for tint services, which is great to see. My husband and I still bring both of our vehicles in every 2-3 weeks because we've always appreciated the convenience and services they offer. I also like that they now provide smog checks for only $20. That said, I've noticed that the quality of the car wash and cleaning services is not as consistent as it used to be. There are often areas that aren't cleaned thoroughly, which is disappointing when you're paying for a service and expect attention to detail. One thing I always appreciated in the past was seeing the owner actively involved--whether vacuuming cars or helping customers at the cashier. He was always friendly and seemed genuinely invested in the business. I haven't seen him around lately, and I wonder if that may be part of the change I've noticed. First time I went I said $25 is cheap maybe that's why they didn't left it good .. second today I went today to try again I paid $38 plus tip thinking paying more will be better but nope I watch them closely they didn't even soap the jeep on the outside, they scrubbed it with an old brush then rinse it, they honked the jeep was ready and they missed so many spots including simple visible things .. I get home open my back doors and I see the back seats mats dirty completely. These people do not do a good job. I paid for the $38.00 wash and they barely cleaned the inside of my car. My leather backseats weren't even wiped down. They told me the $38.00 car wash did not include wiping the seats. I waited 30 or so minutes looking for my car to go through the wash and asked where was my car. They said they were backed up bc of oil changes. Apparently these guys do oil changes and wipe down the cars. The entire experience was not good. The guys also tried to get away with saying in Spanish they didn't speak English. I went today May 8/26 and purchased the $38.00 full wash. I waited for an half hour along with another lady before my car even came through the car wash. I asked why and was told they had a lot of oil changes and that backed them up. This shouldn't matter. What are these guys doing oil changes and detailing? So my car was parked back there somewhere but idk where. Then when they flagged my car it wasn't wiped down very well. My backseat which is black was dirty all the seats were not wiped down. I asked them to wipe them down. The one guy walked away and another one came over but said he doesn't speak English. I called BS bc I had asked him where my car was prior and he answered me in English. Bottom line he said the $40.00 package does not include seat wiping. That pissed me off. I told him I've been getting my cars washed in Vegas since 1969 and it was $5.00 and the seats got wiped down and now you're saying a $40.00 car was does not include your seats getting wiped down? He said yes go to the office and they'll tell you. I had been told by a friend that they went a got a full detail for over a hundred dollars and it was terrible. Sadly, Premier Auto Wash & Auto Detailing & Window Tinting have sunken to what seems to be a Vegas standard: Crappy service at premium prices. What happened?? This place used to be so "bomb" but, not anymore. If I could have given them less than a one star rating I would be "on it, like a hornet". What makes this so difficult to write is that I was a customer with them for four years and now this!!! First of all, I paid them for a complete cleaning both inside (vacuuming) and the the auto wash/wax. They did not vacuum the inside of the car as they were supposed to. It was not done-period. Then they proceeded to scratch the driver side of my 2012 Volkswagen CC after it came out of their auto wash. Very disappointing to me since the car was given to me as a gift three weeks previously due to a "hit and run" I sustained. When I made mention of the scratches that happened "on their watch", there seemed to be no interest in getting it taken care of. Next, the young man who waxed the vehicle forgot to close the driver side/passenger door when I drove away. Good thing that the car had indicated that the door was still ajar!! That's THREE STRIKES in one visit!! In my book, that means you OUT, Bra! Time to go where my business and my money mean something. I seriously am warning you NOT to frequent this place of business if you want your car coming back to you the same as when you brought it in. I had my smog check done for 20$. My car had a loose port and can be difficult to connect to the smog test equipment. The technician who I believe was the owner took the extra step of removing a panel to hold the port in place while he plugged in the connection. He then replaced the panel when the test was complete. Many places would just send me on my way but this guy made an extra effort to complete the job. read more

Updating my review... I have been coming to Premier Auto Wash for years. They do a pretty good job cleaning the exterior and the price is great ($25-30) for an oil change and car wash. The only thing is that most times it takes an eternity for them to get everything done. I'm not sure if it's because of staffing issues, but I was there last week for over 2 hours! I had to go up to the front desk and ask what was going on because it was taking so long. When they dry the cars, they don't do one at a time which I feel prolongs the process even more. Plus all they play in the waiting area now is Fox News which in my opinion is pretty tacky. If I'm going to be waiting for hours, I'd really rather be watching something other than the news. read more

This place did a decent job. They gave me a raincheck after I mentioned the possibility of rain in the next 2 days. Overall, the staff was nice. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of the location. On the east side, people mind their own business but also you will see some homeless people at the end of the street. In my case, as a woman alone, I was stared down by some men and I can't say I felt super safe. Again, service was pretty decent and it appears to be a family business. I had a good experience here. I came in Memorial Day originally and it was BUSY af! So I guess everyone was getting a car wash cause it was a holiday.. the owner said I can come back tomorrow and get a discount and he did give me a discount for coming back. So basically I paid 80$ for a full interior exterior. I'm not going to lie.. it wasn't the best I've seen.. but for 80$ it was a good deal, and they cleaned the major stains off the inside of my car and that's the only thing I really cared about. I got my brakes done in July 2021 when I left they were squeaking a little but I was told by them that it would go away. Well 2 months later it did not go away but it got worse like medal on medal grinding. I took my car back and was told I was within warranty but I would have to pay for labor which was 70$. I've been taking my car here for 6 years but after today I won't be returning. So, I guess it's my fault for having a little higher expectations, after all, you do get what you pay for..... I had my wife's Scion detailed here on 5/9/2015. I got the full interior and exterior detail. First off, personally, I'm not waiting here for 3-4 hours to have the vehicle detailed. The waiting room is small and dingy, and is attached to the "accessory shop" and cashier area. There is only a handful of chairs available. There is an outside patio area for waiting also, but the entrance/exit for this is the same exit/entrance for every customer coming in and out. Basically, it's the only entrance, which makes waiting for a car in the lobby or on the patio, kind of unpleasant. So, in regards to ambiance, a big thumbs down. I actually walked the 2.5 miles home instead of waiting for the car to get done. In regards to the detail. Again, you get what you pay for. My biggest complaints however, I don't think are unjustified. If you pay $130 for a detail, there are certain things that I would expect to be done much better than they were. And I'm talking things that should be done 100% with even the mid level washes. 1. The inside of the windshield was beyond streaky. It looked ok when I picked it up, but when driving into the setting sun, you get a different glare, and the streaks showed up big time. 2. Water spots on the side view mirror glass. Seriously? There shouldn't be water spots on the outside glass anywhere on even the smallest wash, much less the full detail. 3. There was still dust and dirt in the folds of the gear shift and parking brake skirt. Enough that when I ran my finger thru the fold, all of the dust came out on my finger. I don't think this is being overly picky, not when I paid for a full detail. There are other things, but as stated above, you get what you pay for, so in regards to a $130.00 interior/exterior detail, I would be nit-picking, so I'll leave any of that out of this review. And in all fairness, they do a lot for that price (wash/wax exterior, engine power wash, full vacuum, shampoo the carpet and floor mats). But those three items above, I would expect to be better serviced on any interior detail. Will I come back? I don't know. Maybe for a lower level wash. Or if I were to get my truck detailed because I am no where near as picky about the truck. But then, I don't know if I really want to wait the 1/2 hour - 1 hour for a wash here, and even on the truck, I would expect no spots on the outside glass and no streaks on the inside glass. Great place to go for a quality car wash. It's located on the east side and even though the appearance at first could change your mind. Don't be afraid to give this place a chance! You drive up to the side and there's workers ready to help you for whatever you want to get done to your car. They have a big menu posted and you get to choose what service you want. I personally choose the $17.99 value wash which includes vacuuming, polishing, waxing and washing. You head inside afterwards to pay in which the cashier gives you a card with a stamp that will verify the workers outside if you paid or not. The wait time depends on what time you go and if no one is ahead of you. I went recently and had no one there.. Then suddenly 3 minutes afterwards 6 people walked in! I probably waited a total of 10-15 minutes for my car. Some people may think $17.99 is expensive for a car wash. That itself is true, but this does not only include a car wash but vacuuming, polishing and waxing. I think that itself is well worth the $17.99 - plus my friend who introduced me to this place informed me that they do a guarantee re-wash if within a certain amount of days we get rainy weather. The only good thing here is the price. I've been here a few times always expecting the same crap job, but you get what you pay for right? For 6 dollars I get the exterior of the truck "washed". The waiting area is dirty and small. The reason why I come here is to wash off the dust, so when I take it home it's easier for me to clean it. I used to get the interior "cleaned" too lol but that's a joke. They'll vacuum the carpet and that's it. Now the reasons that I give 1 star is 1. They take a long time to dry off the vehicles which causes the dry water marks. 2. When "drying" all they do is drag a towel in large areas. 3. Areas such as front/back bumper, underneath mirrors, lower parts of doors, fenders, around door handles and around decals they won't get towel dried but air dried due to them taking a long time. 4. I stopped for a smog. Guy was talking on phone the whole time. Started smog test, didn't hook up tail pipe thing. Got in and accelerated. Tells me it failed. Said one of my spark plugs was bad. Never gave me the failed slip or charge me. I've never had a problem before! I went somewhere else and had it retested, and it passed no problem. He probably wanted to do repair work.
