Concerned about a potential electrical fire or faulty wiring, I took the precaution of shutting off my breakers, but the noise continued. I called several electricians, but Jay was the only one who responded immediately. He arrived within 10 minutes, which was incredibly impressive. After a thorough investigation, Jay identified the culprit: a motorized toothbrush had malfunctioned inside the cabinet, creating a vibration that sounded exactly like electrical arcing against the wall. While I was a bit embarrassed by the false alarm, Jay was a total professional. He explained that GFCI outlets can actually make that exact buzzing noise when they fail, so my instinct to call was the right one. Time and again they demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge and unique willingness and ability to go above and beyond.
