Great place, great service, they work fast and if you miss something or dont understand ask a question.

I don't have experience with the oil change part of the business but the car wash was not good. The system itself is good, the staff is helpful and professional, but the blower/dryer at the end of the wash is horrible. The carwash was shutdown for several days recently to install new blowers but they're very inefficient, leaving lots of water on the car and windows. Having to stop after the wash and towel dry the car before leaving defeats the purpose of a 'drive thru' car wash in my opinion. Other washes have dryer issues as well but I expected much better performance at Premier with their reputation and the new equipment. read more

Nothing but fast friendly thorough service! And you get to stay in your car. Why wait in some stuffy smelly waiting room with a bunch of other people when you can drive right up, get a complementary drink while you wait for your detailed service to be completed so you can be road ready for where ever you go! Even the little things like tire pressure and lubricating the door hinges. I personally love the drive thru oil changes! Same price as my dealership and I get a few bonuses- they have a point system that racks up free services and products. And thank goodness for the technology as I can't remember the exact date of my last service! Best service ever. I don't leave reviews lightly either. This place makes changing your oil pleasant. I've lived in Hawaii, the east coast, and the west coast and have had much experience with oil changing spots like this one around the country. I've never seen customer service anywhere near this quality. Excellent. This is my second time back with my Lexus (I bring an old firebird here too). Don't listen to the complainers. First time there today for oil change and wash; they were clear about every option they offered and I felt no pressure. If you are offered a service and don't want it.... say "no thanks". It's easy. If a question equals harsh sales tactics you have thin skin. Also, it's a business. The point is to make money. If I wanted to change my own oil it would have cost me about $23. Scrub your own bugs off. No auto car wash clears all bugs, thats common sense. No big deal, there's a brush and soap you can use. read more

I went to premier on a Saturday to get an oil change - knowing it would probably be busy but I had to get it in. The team member Justin went above and beyond!! He was extremely kind, helpful & kept checking in multiple times to see if I wanted a drink (since I declined the first time) while I was waiting for my turn. When they got to the oil change, he also checked all my lights (this was the first time they did this aspect for me!), fluids & even put an air vent in my car to keep it cool while the engine was off! The oil change was quick and they seemed to go through the line pretty fast which was impressive! Honestly the best experience I've had here and I will definitely be returning! read more

A bunch of younger adults standing around talking at the machine to pay, and not at all helpful. The last time I went, the gentleman helped me through the whole process and was very attentive and kind, so this was an extreme disappointment. $45.11 for a toyota prius Pros: convenience, fast, helpful,building is entertaining. Car wash included Cons: to much up selling, a ton of questions asking to increase the cost. Stopped in for a quick oil change. We have a lifted 4x4 van with a rack on top and we fit in the bay with No Problem!! That right there is awesome enough., but then you pair that with amazing, friendly and knowledgeable staff who also took care of our serpentine belt. Fast service and great prices as well!! If you don't want scratches all over your hood, don't come here for a car wash. The first time I took my newly repainted car here, I was horrified to see brush-like scratches all over the hood when I got home. The same thing happened to an older car my husband took through. I Have been here two times now with my ford truck for an oil change. Both times have been a stellar experience! I total recommend this place! Not only do they offer you a ice cold beverage, free of charge, but the customer service is awesome! Plus you get a FREE car wash! Service is always prompt and the friendly, professional staff are definitely something I appreciate! Yes, they up sell....but it is a business people! I brought my car in today for a wash and a much-needed (believe me when I say my car was so dirty on the inside it was embarrassing. I hadn't cleaned the inside for over a year) wash and interior cleaning. I did the full blown interior cleaning plus leather cleaning/dressing. The total was $95 for what amounted to a super stellar interior detail plus a car wash. The guys who did the cleaning hustled so much I was a little shocked. I'll be honest, I haven't seen a guy in their late teens/early 20s work that hard in a really long time. They were nice. They were professional. They didn't shame me for treating my car so horribly their regular every day car wash doesn't come with any interior cleaning, although they offer vacuums for free and you can clean out your car yourself which is included with the price of the wash. I'm hesitant to go back to this place even though my daughter absolutely loves it. I took my Trailblazer in for a simple oil change and $120 later I'm not too sure everything that they did. I noticed they don't have their pricing on their website which I find a little bit disconcerting. Super friendly! But $60 for a basic oil change?? Gulp. I think I'd rather pay $30 somewhere else and skip the door henge spray. I already have their monthly car washes, so the free car wash didn't do anything for me. Not sure how adding a $13 cleaner gets me to $60. There must be a lot of taxes. read more

Very nice place we wait in our car while they do the oil change and they offer complimentary drinks. They check all your fluids and reccomend what needs to be change which is really nice and you get a free car wash! I tried this place because local drama brought it to my attention. I found it to be very professional. I was given an estimate of the price up front ($75) for oil, inspection and car wash. It ended up slightly less. It was raining so I received a rain check on the car wash. The guys seemed to really enjoy their job. They showed me the fluid levels before and after. They offered other services but were quick to add that they were optional. They showed me all of my air filters and made sure I knew that the ones I had replaced last time were not dirty- they were were gray due to the carbon in the filter. They fixed my glove box where the hydraulic line had been left undone last air filter replacement. I was offered coffee or other beverage while I waited. It was quick and I would definitely go back. They showed me things about my car that the car dealership never did. read more

Checked out this new place which looked like kind of a big deal in redding. Its a full drive thru oil,chg meaning u sit in ur car,the whole,time. If,its hot out plan ahead cause u will,have to,shut ur ac off. Whats bizzare and kind of entertaini,g is tbey have a crew of young men who are literally sprinting around nascar pitcrew style and hollering at each other in a sort of military pig latin. It gives u the feeling that they are hustling. They offer u a drink but dont offer gin n tonic. They offfee to change everything on your car but i can easily,decline. Cheers! read more
