The service was great and the tech's were very nice! The only thing that kind of irritated me was that they came to my window about 10 times offering products. But hey, I came to them so it wasn't too bad. They even changed my wipers out, which was unexpected but nice, for an extra charge ofcourse. After everything I believe we spent over $200 but it's better to go somewhere you trust the job is done correctly rather than jiffy lube and take a chance on them not refilling your oil after they drain it. Last couple times I went through at the end of the car wash you have the vacuum or blower that is supposed to dry the car off, recently when I drive out it leaves actually some soap on the car and quite a bit of water is still there. So it seems like your vacuum/blower is not working properly. Is that the case? I've been going to Premier for years. The only time I ever had an issue, they took care of it immediately. (My oil plug failed and caused me to leak oil all over my driveway--they replaced the plug, gave me more oil, and provided supplies to clean up the oil on my driveway.) I'm also a big fan of the car wash service. I drive 25k a year and need to wash the car regularly. Their monthly service has saved me a lot of money. read more

This if for the car wash, it's happened time and time before. I pay a little extra for the rainbow soap and all the extra that comes with that and it's a hit and miss with it. This time it didn't happen a few months ago it did without me paying for it so that was a bonus. Also this time hardly any soap came out. The tire wax seems to work, was my first time doing it. I've been here before for the oil change and they're super friendly with that process, free beverages and all. Over all I think I'm done with the car wash. I pay monthly for the $35 Premier car wash. After many washes I realized that I was not getting the Premier wash. I was getting the Lake at 21.99 and the Shasta at 27.99. Not once did I receive what I was paying for. This car wash is a scam. There is a screen to the left hand side, before entering the car wash, that says what wash is qued for your car. I brought this to the attention of an employee outside. He said to tell the kid guiding my car into the wash that I pay for the Premier. I have done this twice now and I am questioned as to if I really pay for the Premier wash. They are stealing from people and it needs to stop. read more

When this place first opened, I was really excited and a big fan of quality of the car wash. As time goes on the quality of the carwash deteriorates. Today, I went and got the basic wash and drove out, the hood of my truck was dirty, and I don't feel I got very good value out of my experience there. Just drove down from Burney today and decided to go to the car wash. When I was in line one of the oil change guys flagged me down down. Came up to my truck and asked me if I knew there was a cat in my engine compartment. I said I had no idea. They told me they could hear it meowing. They told me to pull into one of the bays and they would get it out. They had to remove the plastic cover underneath the engine to get to it. They got the cat out and it was safe talk about going the extra mile. Good job guys. One of the guys was going to take it home and name it Chevy. So nice to have people like that. Really disappointed to be leaving this place a poor review. I've used them once before for a car interior detail. The entire process took about an hour and they did a great job. Unfortunately today's experience was not the same. My fiancé and I purchased a used truck this week and wanted to get the inside detailed. We were told it would take just under 2 hours for the truck to have the interior cleaned. Long story short, it took almost 3 full hours and the cleaning was incredibly disappointing. They also lost a cover to a piece of the car's radio area. I've included pictures of what the car looked like immediately after getting back into it after the cleaning. I'm not sure if it was just the staff that was working today that was less than thorough or if I should just have lower expectations for an "express" car detailing. read more

These people are blatant scam artists. I came in driving a Prius and the guy tried to pull the transmission fluid truck to me he showed me a dirty fluid that was supposedly from my car and said I need to pay $80 to replace it or I would risk burning out my transmission. But if you know anything about a Prius transmission it is a closed loop system and you do neither have access or the need to ever replace the transmission fluid. These people literally keep dirty fluid sitting around that they pull out and use to trick people like this. I'm not sure how they get away with it without being fined or investigated. read more

The guys working on my car were friendly, explained everything and asked me a bunch of questions but were not push at all. Cheap, I never have to wait long (if at all), and gets most of the dirt off. I like to go here when I'm in a pinch for time. For a more detailed wash (same price), I like to support the smaller businesses who hand brush the outside of your vehicle before they machine wash it. read more

Today was the first time I have left feeling a bit disappointed in the car wash facility here. I've been coming here since they opened. I usually just get the basic package- around $12 ish. Today I decided to splurge and get the $20 wash since it's been a while. Very disappointed. Still has bug guts on my windshield. Still had bird poop on my door. The back of my car was still super dusty and the tires were not polished as promised by this package. I give three stars only because it's the first bummer but also because the lady next to me also had the same issues and paid for the same package. I might come back in the future. My husband thought he would try out premier since he was in that neck of the woods and the free car wash was a plus. Initially he was very pleased with the service. Enjoyed the experience and impressed that they "show you your fluids" next to an example of what it would look like with new fluid. They found several things that needed to be changed and my husband agreed to 2 of them. Then it dawned on him that he had these things checked and/or changed pretty recently and they shouldn't be "bad" yet. So he opted out of the other services and took our vehicle back to our previous shop thinking they hadn't done their job. They checked the fluid with my husbands presence and the fluid wasn't even similar to what was shown to him at Premier. His initial review would have 4/5 or even 5/5 but now 2/5 for the dishonesty and leaving us to wonder if we even needed the 2 services we did pay for. read more

Shame seeing so many bad reviews, but I had a perfectly fine experience. I didn't have my oil changed, just used the car wash. The payment kiosks where really neat and easy to use! The car was itself did an acceptable job and I was very impressed with how clean the tires were (I did pay the upgrade to get "Tire Gloss"). Would have been 5 stars but I've been to other similar car wash places where someone hand rinses or hand dries the car at some point. But overall fine experience and I will gladly return! UPDATE: got my oil changed here today. I can't even explain what a great experience it was. The team seemed to really love working together and we're having fun doing their jobs. They have you stay in the car while they do their check. Not only do they change your oil but they walk through countless steps with you checking many parts of your vehicle. I typically took my car in to get a car wash and details which they did a really really good job. On the other hand I took my husband's brand new Mustang to get it car washed for him and when they asked would you like me to take the antenna off I said yes. When the boy took off my antenna I heard a loud thud but not knowing what it was but just thinking it was my tire locking in to the moving grate. When I went to go put back on my antenna the aerial was snapped inside where it twists and the threads are. I called multiple locations to try to get a hold of Matt Webb no response. Finally I got a hold of Matt Webb and he said talk to Justin. Justin claimed it was my fault and that there was just dirt inside of where the antenna goes. This was not the case they're making me pay for my own fixing on the car when it was their fault and they admitted it and then they said that they would fix it when they claimed that they cannot fix it now I am frustrated and irritated and will never be going back. read more

My buddy and I were road tripping from Tacoma, Washington to Los Angeles. We decided to get an oil change in Redding and found this spot on google. This place was incredible; almost felt like oil change fused with a spa. Every service member was attentive, provided free water bottles and canned soda, put an AC pipe through our window to keep us cool, and oiled up all the hinges on my buddy's old Jeep doors. Seriously wish we had this spot with the same service down in LA, but that's just wishful thinking. Don't hesitate to stop by this place and thank me later. read more

I was stuck( not allowed to leave) for 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change due to a Prius in front of me having a "unique " oil filter and they couldn't properly get it to fit back on once they removed it. Then finally after they got to my car they changed the oil and charged me full price knowing that their car wash wasn't working and not available until further notice. I explained to them that I lived an hour out of town and the least they could so is reimburse me for the car wash I wasn't able to receive and they said "come back within 90 days and use it, that's your only option" horrible customer service with Even worse pricing. I used the wash service only. The service people specifically the woman that helped me was most sweet and attentive. She is an asset as I'm sure is all others. But the wash system is horrible. Possibly not being serviced as it should be and just making money for the business. Yes my Tundra needed a good wash but that wasn't the issue. The issue was that my vehicle had allot of heavy blue cleaning liquid not washed off, that was then dried onto by the blowers. Many Areas were visibly not touched by the brushing system and so I had to run it thru " free of charge" a second time. This did not correct the problem as again heavy blue liquid was embedded into the crevices of the truck. I was not happy, my beautiful rims we're streaked with this stuff and dried it was very difficult to scrub scrub scrub and hand wash my entire white truck by hand this after driving 30 minutes home. I would not could not ever ever take my truck back even if it was free for a year. I do not recommend this service facilities vehicle automatic washing system. For the record I did not pay for the tire and wheel shine because I did not want some random bad liquid on my rims and still they were a mess.. made me wonder if they did it when I ran it the second time without my knowledge or consent. I don't have pics because I was to busy trying to get it all off and re doing my rims in hopes that they didn't damage. read more

I don't have experience with the oil change part of the business but the car wash was not good. The system itself is good, the staff is helpful and professional, but the blower/dryer at the end of the wash is horrible. The carwash was shutdown for several days recently to install new blowers but they're very inefficient, leaving lots of water on the car and windows. Having to stop after the wash and towel dry the car before leaving defeats the purpose of a 'drive thru' car wash in my opinion. Other washes have dryer issues as well but I expected much better performance at Premier with their reputation and the new equipment. read more
