The neighbor behind us is having a pool installed by Premier pool and Spas. Last week when the concrete was being poured, something happened and concrete was blown onto my recently painted house and pool apron. The PM, Nate was present when it happened but did not follow up as to the damage done to my house. I have dried concrete on my stucco as well as the concrete pepples in the pool. A week later Nate or anyone from the company have contacted me to discuss the repairs needed on my house. They told the homeowner when asked that I am going have to wait awhile to fix it. I ended up having to file a claim with my insurance company. Update, No one from Premier Pools has come by to look at the damage. I got a phone call from the COO stating they don't care about yelp reviews and they are not "accepting responsibility per se, but will try to make it right", exact quote. This is turning out to be a joke and looks like the homeowner will have to pay for the damage and go back to Premier and try to get the money back. read more

If it was possible to leave ZERO stars I would. This would be my second review on this Company. We began the process June 2020. We signed the contract Sept 22nd, 2020, paid the initial deposit. About two months go by and no communication. I blamed the sales person Erik L. Then finally some progress, we thought it was progress. Finally they begin the excavation, only to be stopped due to wrong equipment being sent after we contracted for a mini excavator. Again some progress, then we are told the coping we had picked we we signed the contract was on back order and to move our project along they would UPGRADE us at no charge to pour in place coping. Fine we agreed, concrete guy arrives and it can't be done due to the slope. Solution, we had to pay extra for a mistake or misinformation on their part. June 2nd coping and part of tile was completed. Then it goes back to no communication. Weeks go by and nothing, no updates. Finally after emails some communication only to be false. This company has no respect for a customer, and they do not believe in customer service. I understand that many things have been behind or on back order Due to covid but customer service and communication have nothing to do with it. So unsatisfied with our choice of This company. Also, I understand the company continues to contract new business, they have lost two customers from us. At first I blamed our salesperson but it was probably not him, it's management. The project manager and Jon who still has not returned a phone call. No attention to detail, when the trenches were dug for gas and electrical lines out dryer vent was covered, I had to clean it up. Project manager said he would send someone glad I didn't wait, I would probably still be waiting. Not to mention the safety hazard Of the vent being covered. One way you can make it right is by having your company complete the project. We have kept our word and have paid as soon as a payment is required. We also subcontracted the concrete company, paid in full cash to be at the front of the line, also the job has not been done. My spouse and I were very excited about getting our pool and with this company having such great Ratings at the time we believed we were making a great decision. The salesmen, RJ, sold us the dream pool with a company that would take care of everything! We had no doubts. We signed the paperwork in October and they assured us that our excavation would begin the following month. The pool did not get dug until January. After excavation was completed, we then learned how slow premiere pools actually was. They came up with excuse after excuse that COVID had started a pool frenzy but after talking to other customers who received excuses that the scheduling department had changed and they were extremely behind. Our friends who we recommended to this company started months after us and they experienced even slower completion times. We were lied to about dates. My spouse started to take days off work to ensure quality control and THANK GOD HE DID because if he had not have been there, they would've forgot the ledge on our pool by the spa that was clearly on the plans and to shotcrete the grotto that my spouse had made. They also had concrete over pour to remove and I had to send pictures to them just to get them out to see it. When they did finally see it they wanted me to remove it because we were pouring our own concrete deck and tried to pass on there fuck up on us. My spouse said that he would remove it if they credited our contract but they didn't want to. They ended up paying one of there subs 8 hours to remove it all day. We had to constantly remind them to do yard clean ups. My spouse had to redo all of the electrical conduits. They looked crooked and unacceptable: When he confronted the sub contractor they were rude and said it was completely fine the way it was even though my spouse does it for a living. We could go on but in short it took two months after shockrete to do tile and stone. Materials from coping sub left material at our house. Premier did not pick up nor did contractor pick up materials. We were told that our pool vacuum would be installed and the pool would be clean yesterday. They failed to clean it and now there are GREEN spots of algae on the bottom of our pool. They told us that they "heard" we found a pool cleaner and would not need them. THIS WAS COMPLETELY UNTRUE! We can no longer get a hold of anyone to clean it . We will not be recommending this pool company to any of our friends moving to the area. read more

When we started the process of looking for a reliable pool contractor, we looked around and found Joel of Premier Pool and Spa Temecula. Joel met with us and listened to our ideas. After a week, we went to their office for Joel's presentation of our pool design and options. It was nice to see all the ideas we had in a cohesive design. During the duration of the project, we were working with Matt and Adrian on the construction side. We are very fortunate that we got email updates on what will be the next step. Understandably there were some delays to our project due staffing shortage and weather but just glad that communication was never an issue because that was one concern we had and voiced it to Joel before signing with them. We believe our project went smoothly because we were constantly communicating with Joel and Matt. I have been trying so hard to figure out the words to say on this review. with all the ones I have typed in the past. This is on my experience specifically. I read some comments and feel it is best to address some stuff based on our family experience. I booked on Black Friday this last year. We had a general timeline but as they said when we sat down many factors can change that. The main part starts with the permit approval. Now the only reason I know it was correct on everything that was happening was I took 3 permits out at the same time with 3 different companies and 3 different projects. only one completed and done so far is premier. during that time frame you do have no communication, however what is do they have to communicate? your permits are still waiting? So yes during the first steps you will not hear much but that was also explained on the day we signed papers. We had Austin which I recommend getting again and Adrian was our onsite manager. Both made sure that we were taken care of and the project was smooth. They came out and did the dig and cleaned up really well. Then the process continued. only one time did they have some trash on the side (note it is a construction zone) he said no worries will have someone over tomorrow to pick it all up. You will have a small pile for a bit during the 2 weeks of all form settings and rebar and all that again its a construction zone. However every worker was super nice. the concrete guys shock our hands introduced themselves all were really awesome. They washed our concrete down after jobs and they took care of lot of the clean up after each day. We have little kids so that was important to us too. We had some adjustments to plans which all worked out and pool came out perfect. We have been in it for 2 weeks now 20 feet wide by 33 feet long and a infinity jacuzzi. Biggest take away I can say is be patient. be respectful and ask questions. usually are very quick to respond. I got messages at 10 pm I got them on Saturdays they are human. They do care about your project and if you treat them with respect like anyone you will get it in return. Also remember covid shortages are still happening. They happen to the most random things. I work in consumer package goods industry and you would be shocked what is on back order. most seems like for no reason or untrue. Trust me it is not. so if you get told they can't get a part or pipe or whatever, it is probably true. this is where patience is a big part and trust me I know it is hard we wanted to be done asap. We had our pool built by this company and the customer service was poor. Communication was lacking and so many things went wrong with our project. I submitted my survey via email as requested upon completion of our project and no one ever took the time to respond to my very detailed survey. There is so much that went wrong, coping, pebble tech, poor acid wash. We paid for them to back fill the trenches and even that was done poorly. Being in a similar industry I wanted so badly to avoid Yelp because I know the impact negative reviews can have on a company. We specifically chose Premier because of the size and reputation and when you are making an investment of this size we wanted the best. With that said, the entire process has been exceptionally painful. The communication has been non existent. Often times we were informing the project managers (yes, plural) of things going on with the subcontractors or building inspectors. Rarely were there answers to our questions about status, next visit, etc... Here we are five weeks post "completion" and our pool still does not have the auto fill hooked up. The service team questioned us as to why there is no water going to the pool. Upon inspection, it appears no one from Premier hooked a water line up to our pool. We have a salt water fusion hooked up to a chlorine pool and despite having been out here several times over the past few weeks, it still hasn't been corrected. We have been told for several weeks that the ozone's are in stock now (having been back ordered) and will be installed but no ozone still. Lastly, the pool filter was installed upside down. Had we not hired an independent pool vendor to service our pool we would have had no clue. We've fulfilled our obligations. We paid our contracted amounts, on time, with no issue. Please just finish fixing the issues with our plumbing and system. We have called and been told a work order is in but weeks go by and nothing is done. We just want to be done with this whole fiasco. If I could give zero stars I would. I waited as long as I could not to write anything negative, but at this point we got nothing to lose. Starting with actual project that took 9 months instead of promised 90 days and through phone calls and messages and emails. Finally when the pool was done, we thought it would be fine. However, pool has issues on a weekly bases, water levels go waay down or pretty much overflow causing enormous water waste and damage to everything around. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone, constant run arounds and promises to fix. Right now our water is leaking all the way to the street and we are not able to get a hold for f anyone for 3 days. 3rd update 3/4/2019: They sent someone to look at the pool pump issue. They never left us any paperwork or note or message letting us know what they discovered or if they did anything. It worked for about a week, then stopped working again. My pool guy fixed it. Said it was an issue with the installation. Water from our sprinklers was getting something wet that shouldn't have been able to get wet. It's an outside pump, so it is exposed to weather. Now today, got a message from my pool guy saying our pump gears are frozen and it killed the motor. We have to pay $1600 to replace a 3 year old pump. If you are considering this pool company, run for the hills!!! 2nd update 12/16/18: After my last update a month ago, when my pool sweep died, now our pump is broken. Exactly 2 months after the 3 year warranty. After my last update, Jake said I should have contacted them to see how they could help me. My question is, why did he not contact me?? My husband called and left them a message almost 10 days ago, and NO ONE HAS CALLED HIM BACK! Do you see why I didn't bother reaching out to them?? Honestly, the WORST customer service after the pool is built. I will not contact them again, and if they choose to do what's right and contact us, then I'll be happy to update that information. After a year of them building my pool, my entire concrete patio is discolorated. I have chunks of cement breaking out of the deck, cracks in my plaster, rust on my stone tiles, and it all looks like a disaster. I have attempted to get them to look at it for a month and a half, and Rachel and Jake keep making promises, but so far nothing has happened. Rachel promised me that they would "make it right," but nothing. They clearly don't care. I'm posting pictures. If you colorize your deck, beware of your contact. They think these pictures are normal "slight variations." Update: October 24, 2018 They fixed the rusted tile. Said they'd have concrete guy call me to look into acid washing the deck. If you want delays and no answers when calling after leaving messages and texts then by all means. This is after several weeks. Our pool is finally done but it was started in August and was not complete until February. And very expensive. I should have read the reviews and searched other pool companies. Ok. More to say after the owner says he cares about the customers. Excavation was done on 8/24. Eric, after saying he would take care of the homeowners end, did not and we had to go thru the process of getting approval ourselves. The day of excavation, our beloved dog of 14 years was dug up after telling them not to touch that area (which by the way was no where near the pool was being dug out) and then being laughed at by the construction crew and them saying "your dog is dead anyway". Then a 16 year old tree that our salesman Eric said they can move and transplant for us never happened and the tree died. The dump truck hit my daughters car and the damage was $3,500. (The dump truck people have since paid). The shotcrete was put in on 10/8 and we chose the tile on 10-7 because we were told to hurry up. Nothing happened. Text the project manager on 11/1. No response. Again on 11/16. Responded with I am in a meeting will get back to you. Ever did. We wanted pebble bottom and paid an extra $2400 and was told to hurry up and make that payment. Again pebble was put on until January. The pool was finally completed by February. We have called twice because we smelled gas. Never returned our calls. Finally called Southern California gas company and they had to replace something on our gas line that had been damaged due to the construction. Then we called and text again asking when they were coming to tell us when we could use the swimming pool vacuum and that was 2 weeks ago. No response. We just finished our pool and I am so happy! It turned out beautiful! Better than I ever imagined. Quality of work that was done is top notch. During initial design I was nervous about picking our materials, but Duvall helped us out, designed a beautiful pool, kept inline with our budget, and helped us with finishes. Duvall also came out often to check on progress. Nate was our project manager and he did a great job keeping me calm a few times I felt a lot of stress. Especially during excavation I might of been a little annoyed after Gunite was poured because we did have a few weeks of no action. But I understand that we are living in a very BUSY time of building pools. I did communicate my frustration and I feel like I was heard and kept in the loop from that point. Nate also came out often to check on progress and also to answer any questions we had. Everyone I dealt with during the process was always kind and friendly. I will even go as far as to say they were fun to work with! Subs included in this. Let me start by saying, this review is in no way a review on Premier Pools as a Corporation but a review on the franchise operated in Temecula. I've never met the owner and was frankly surprised he never came to the house to see how the project was coming along or interact with his project manager Nick. We had sought out other pool companies before we went with Premier. TJ was our salesman and from the get go we seemed to click which made the jump to have them do our pool easy. He is a great attribution to their sales team and should be recognized for his interpersonal communications skills and customer service. From the first time he came to our house to our experience on the showroom looking at his rendition of our vision... he was spot on and we knew this is who we want to build our pool. We used Lyon Financial and they were easy to work with. Before you sign on the dotted line, I encourage you to get estimates for landscape and any additional concrete you may want. This makes it easy when doing the loan and you can figure out what you want to finance vs. what you don't want. We came out of pocket more than $20k to complete. DISCLAIMER: If you think they are making a ton of money off your pool you are wrong on every level! There is margin built in for profit, but it's in the thousands of dollars and no business's will survive for pennies on the dollar. In order to make money and survive, they probably do approximately 270+ pools a year. Don't feel like you're being ripped off, YOUR NOT! Nick was our Project Manager for the process. He was very professional and upfront the whole time. I recognized day one he's going to tell you like it is and it's up to you to pull your big boy pants up and digest what he's telling you or walk away crying and worrying your hurt feelings. I manage multi-million dollar contracts for the Government and I would want this guy on my team... I can't say enough good things about Nick. Things to recognize before you pull the trigger: THIS IS MAJOR CONSTRUCTION. The franchise finds the lowest bidder to do the subcontracting work (this is how you build in profit margin), your Project Manager has little control over the workers employed by the Subcontractors; so when they tear your yard up during the dig, over cut concrete during cutting, sloppy with the broom finish on new concrete or leaving your yard looking like the county dump with all of the contractors trash (we are talking monster cans, empty coffee cups or burrito wrappers etc.).... There's nothing he can do but tell the owner of the subcontractor to police his people and have them practice good housekeeping on the job site. You're not building Condo's or Home's here, these folks are not getting kicked off the job site unless they are violating safety issues, but even then I don't think your Project Manager has that kind of authority. In my opinion, just remember you're dealing with the lowest common denominator and common sense is not always a given with these laborers. Our pool was slated for a 13 week build time and it was completed in 10 weeks... that was with several days of bad weather. Do yourself a favor, don't complain if there are delays due to weather... they are doing you a favor letting the mud dry out. If they poured when it was raining many of you would bitch about the concrete finish or if the ground is still wet complain when the concrete sank causing big cracks. The concrete guy Gary (wished I knew the company name because I would drop that like it was hot) and his guys suck! He used no road base for aggregate and absolutely no thought went into the flow of concrete when it came to me possibly doing more slabs in the future. This is important, the elevation on the slab was willy-nilly and no Bueno. Good thing I know how to do concrete and was able to convey that to my concrete guy. Do yourself a favor, if you have a concrete guy use him during the build, Premier is OK with it and I'm sure they're always looking for quality subs. I want to give a shout to the electricians (AR Electric) they used, GREAT guys and GREAT customer service. I would have them come back for my own projects if I needed electrical in the future. In the end, we are very happy with our pool and how it came out. The success of this build is not a reflection of the owner of the franchise, but is indicative of his Salesman TJ and Project Manager Nick. I would recommend to folks to go to Premier in Temecula and have them build your pool because of these great humans. I'm only giving four stars because I feel the franchise owner should have come to the job at least once and introduced himself. Southern California is not that big (especially since there are 4 Premier Pool Franchises in SoCal...) and it's not too much to ask to see the man responsible for these life changing transformations. I rarely write reviews but my experience with Premier Pools has been horrible, and I do not want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. I have waited three years to write this review to be as thorough as possible and as fair as possible. My review is not meant to bad mouth the business but rather help other homeowners choose the right contractors. In July of 2017, we decided to hire Premier Pools to build our dream pool. The first issue came up when they scheduled concrete pouring (or shooting, unsure what technical term might be). The concrete guys were late, so they were at my property until past 7 pm, and even then, they did not finish. The concrete guys came back the following day to complete the work. This issue was of concern to me since it was two pours rather than a single one. I saved all communication in case structural issues come up at some point. The same day that concrete was finished, I noticed that the spa did not resemble the design. The spa was supposed to spill into the pool. Instead, there were just two holes that drained into the pool (see pictures for comparison). I brought the discrepancy up to the project manager and our sales rep. After going back and forward, Jeff (the owner) agreed to make things up by upgrading our finish material selections. We decided to move forward, given the owner's goodwill. However, his goodwill was short-lived. After I dropped the scheduled payment, I received an email stating that they will not honor their promise. This action was such a low blow that shows their lack of integrity. I was ready to go to mediation, but my wife was reluctant because she had just given birth to our second child, so we decided to keep going. Issues didn't stop here. The tile and the pebble on the spa had to be redone due to the poor craftsmanship (see pictures). The coping also had to be redone in some sections of the pool for the same poor craftsmanship. I had to ask for trash to be removed several times. About a month after the pool was finished, the ozone system had to be replaced because it failed. The ozone system was replaced once again in January 2020 for the same reason. Once again, the ozone system has failed, and this time, Premier has refused to replace the system arguing that the warranty has expired. However, the contract stated that the warranty for equipment is three years. Furthermore, it's evident that there is an issue with the ozone system that is not being addressed. At the very least, I assume that this business would want to maintain its reputation by making things right and get the equipment working for more than a year. I emailed several people at Premier Pools, including the owner, to see if there was anything they could do for me given the continuous issue with the ozone system, but I'm yet to hear from anyone. From my perspective, as long as things work out well, this business is on your side, but as soon as issues start to surface, the whole story changes. This attitude is very apparent in all other home owners' comments that also had problems with their build. I can not and will not recommend Premier Pools to anyone due to their lack of moral character, professionalism, and ethics. read more

They didn't mention the demo liability until the day of demo. They said they "had" to take down my wall, but for another home of similar specs they didn't (I had pay for the new wall material/labor and it doesn't match). I found they did it cause it made the job easier for them but at my expense. They ordered way too much tile for the job( money out of my pocket). When I mentioned it to site project guy, he said oh ya they ordered to much , but hey maybe you can use it make something that's matches. They left out parts of the filtration systems, I message the people whom I was working with ( no response). So then I gotta go buy the filtration screen. They forgot the stamp the concrete of the entire backyard. It can be extremely frustrating to see your yard looking like a war zone, then having sub contractors not showing up for a week. Joey and Brent and crew did amazing work on our new pool. Our pool construction started after all the other pool in my neighborhood and finished way before everyone else's. I feel like there was no waiting period. From dig to finish was in a blink of an eye. Brent was there the whole step of the way. Always answered my questions and always gave me a heads up when a new phase was about to happen. I'm super glad I chose premier pools and spa. I'd recommend them every time. The only complaint I have is with the pool service which is a separate company from premier pool(has the same name). They say your pool is balance but you need to double check cause my pool wasn't close. Their initial startup is only to clear up your pool for you and not to fully balance it. There pool school was great gave me some good info. They really need to work on the pool Chem side for sure. I'm still giving a five star cause the main company premier pools and spa was more then a five star. ( I give premier pools service " the separate company" a zero star). When the time came for that dream to finally become a reality we naturally consulted several pool builders. Premier set themselves apart from the very beginning! Our designer Tim Brown made an immediate connection with our vision and was able to put our ideas into an amazing design. Because of the attention to detail given on the building process , the showroom and presentation , and Tim's detailed follow up to all of our questions; we decided to go with Tim & Premier. At this point it is important to note that while comparing 5 bids together and making all things equal there was only a difference of less than $1,000; allowing us to trust our gut and go with the builder that we wanted which was Premier. From start to finish the whole building process has been a blast with Tim and the premier team. Working with great people makes it a lot of fun, but I must say the best part is having an end product that is absolutely gorgeous! Well, it's been 9 months and everything with the pool has been awesome. My wife and I finished the landscaping which came out very nice. It's not a completed project but I am happy with the progress so far, we plan on adding a few more tropical tress. We have been maintaining the pool ourselves which has been pretty easy. I test the water with an at home kit weekly, and I take water samples to Leslie's about once a month. Two months ago one of the LED lights went out, I contacted Premier and they notified me that they had received a batch of lights that were defective. They sent a guy out about a week later and he replaced the light with no problems, easy deal. Since I purchased all of the equipment through Premier, it has a 3 year warranty. The pool has been great, I have been in it almost every weekend since February. My pool was completed in November, we cranked up the heater to 96 degrees for a week and a half during the winter. We were literally in the pool on Christmas and New Year's Day. The gas bill was almost $380 that month, but we didn't care, it was worth it. Like any other home project, there are a few things that I wish we had done differently, but overall, I am happy with the way that everything came out. We just started up our pool from Premier Pools a couple days ago. It looks fantastic. We can't wait for the warmer weather to jump in and enjoy it. Danny and the entire team did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. They were super timely on every step of the way. If we hadn't had so much rain, we'd have probably been done months ago. But even with the weather, ever crew that worked on our pool was prompt and very professional. The even tolerated a pest like me that asked lots of questions. The sales cycle was a breeze, Danny had us pretty much sold on day 1. We actually didn't even look elsewhere. The price was well below what we were expecting, having had friends recently put in pools and pay much more. And the process that was explained to use at the beginning, from the size of rebar used and specific plumbing fittings that impact the flow of water, was amazing. Even with all of our little changes he had them updated in the system and able to send images right away. Unlike a lot of sales folks, Danny was involved throughout the project. Again, any request we had he right there to help us get it in place. As with any project, things didn't always go as planned, buy Danny and team made sure to work with us to get the issues resolved quickly. I can't thank Premier Pools and Spas enough for creating our little backyard oasis. As other have mentioned, if I had to build another pool, I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to go with PPAS again. read more

Update: 11/5/18 Samantha was able to get us our Premier thank you goodies. She thanked us for our business and she seemed very sincere. We received our referral bonus check quickly. I still feel Premier takes on too many jobs. Maybe hire them during the off season. My neighbor referred us to Premier Pools. We had Eric as our sales person. He was helpful and knowledgeable but he's there to sell you, so he did leave out some specifics. Nathan was our project manager and I do have to say that he definitely needs more project management training. Premier subcontracts with other companies which Eric never told us about. Some of the subcontractors were great, others left their trash behind such as pizza boxes and water bottles, they barely cleaned up the mess they left. My driveway and street were left with dirt, rocks and nails. The shotcrete crew had to ask my neighbors who are senior citizens for their water hose , they never asked me as the homeowner if that was okay. Although my neighbors are super sweet, they're on a fixed income. When I told Nathan about it, he said there was nothing he could do for them. So I ended up reimbursing them. We had to continually ask Nathan for updates. He always had excuses and was sometimes unprofessional by telling me their scheduler quit or the owner has him managing 31 projects and can't keep up. We had to keep on top of him to get the next step moving. When the pool was finished, no one thanked us, nothing. I've seen on their IG page families getting thank you gifts such as towels, etc. I've even seen houses getting pressured washed. We were left with some trash, dirt and tire marks on our driveway. We ended up cleaning our yard ourselves. My pool did come out nice. Chad with pool school is awesome and very knowledgeable and attentive. I wouldn't recommend Premier to another family. We did initially refer our neighbors to them and they too are not too happy. Side note: concrete work was done off contract by our friend who is in the concrete business. read more

Still waiting on completion of drainage pipes and a few other things. Honestly have been patiently waiting as asked of every paying customer. Received a call weeks ago that someone would be over to complete our project but nothing. I have no words and I'm completely upset with myself for going against all the reviews prior to this company starting my project. I'm also upset that no matter what is posted in their reviews they still manage to blame all of their shortcomings on the pandemic. True the pandemic has created a shortage in materials among other things but there should be no justification of poor communication, adding onto an already hectic and dissatisfied client load, poor work when something is done and continued lack of ownership when Premier is at fault! Where there is smoke there is fire meaning maybe it's time to restructure the way business is running and stop pushing a narrative that customers are being inpatient and unappreciated of work you were hired to do. read more

Prior to getting our pool, communication was nice. Joey was very helpful. But towards the final phase and monies paid, communication shutdown, equipment boxes were left behind for us to throw away. Service came out the first 2 weeks after the fill date, then silence. Once you've paid for your pool it seems like you're on your own. This company is Literally the worst! They don't return your calls, they don't show up for the construction when they say they are going to. And I have had a problem since OCTOBER 2021, and I have called everyday and keep being told I will get a callback and they NEVER CALL BACK... Trying to get someone on the phone when they say they will have a crew out to your house then they don't show up is impossible. They take your money then disappear like a fart in the wind. Three people on my street went with premier pools and they have all had problems... this is ridiculous. If I could give zero stars.... I would. I have asked for Jeff to call me, but of course no calls. I can't complain about this company enough. Guess I will have to go to the sales office on a busy weekend and make a scene. UPDATE UPDATE: After a plethora of issues including forgetting to build a water feature, (that still saddens me) & my spa not heating & completely draining itself, Jeff (the owner)finally came out to our home on Monday & fixed all the wrong programming that was done. Our spa is finally heating & the in ground cleaning seems to be working. We're finally enjoying our beautiful pool. Thank you Jeff! We're having a pool built by Premiere that we started back in August. We were originally told that the pool would be finished prior to Thanksgiving. But here we are practically New Year's Eve and we're still not finished. There were 29 days in which no one showed up or checked on the build. There were numerous mistakes during construction. For example: Of the three water features included in our pool design, we only ended up with two. One of the water features was not able to be added after the mistake was made; this water feature was paid for & very important to the look of the pool. They had to jackhammer open part of the concreted swimming pool afterwards to add the other two water features, without giving any financial credit. Premiere said they would compensate for this by helping with closing the open trenches in the backyard and haphazardly leveling the yard, which was done so we could lay pavers. They didn't even give my husband the chance to put down a weed barrier, before they came and dumped the sand all over the backyard. Coordinating with Premiere is non existent. Before filling our pool, we informed Premiere that one of the umbrella stands and one of the inground pool cleaners stick out and are not level with the pebble tech. In knowing this, the project manager advised us to fill the pool anyway and said that they would fix it in the retro. Now they want the final full payment without fixing the issues first. To fix what needs to be done, we are told now that at least 1000 gallons of water have to be pumped out of the pool we just were told to fill!! Another cost that we have to incur as the client!! Premiere will not fix the problems they call for a final inspection without being paid first. We await an end to this stressful project. I suggest you steer clear of Premiere Pools. UPDATE!! We have leaks that have created lake in the backyard and still getting the run around from Premier to finish the pool. Jeff Boyer you respond on social media with all the right things but I'm yet to see you follow it up with any action. You as the need to come out here and visit the property yourself.
