We had an emergency electrical issue with aged wires and So Cal Edison doing major repairs. Alvaro and team replaced all the electrical boxes and made sure all outlets worked safely. He also added an additional outlet so I could more easily use a small space heater. He explained everything very clearly, gave a fair price, and fit us in last minute. We were happy Premier Power was available during such a busy time right before Christmas. We had a breaker trip randomly and it wouldn't stay on. Turned out we had a short in an old light switch. The electrician that came out had to take apart every outlet and switch on the loop to find it - very grateful for his grit to keep searching. Only downside was we had to do some clean up as he left paint and drywall chips at each of the locations. Overall, great service and would recommend. read more

Really a class act. Blake came over and I was so impressed I signed the contract and paid a deposit right away even though he said I was welcome to think about it. Unfortunately for me I realized a couple of days later that I was not quite ready to have the job done. When I contacted them to cancel, they let me know that they would refund my deposit even though they had already paid for the permits and also if I wanted to restart the project, the permit would still be be good for 90 days. I think that says a lot about the company. read more

It was quick and efficient and got the job done, but charging $375 for what amounted to just swapping a blown circuit breaker port seems pretty steep. You end up signing an agreement even before a diagnosis so not exactly much room to ask questions after and negotiate. If you can afford to wait, you're probably better off getting some quotes and shopping around. read more
