Him and his team repaired and restored all our water damage in our unit. I live in a downtown high rise building. I had a small tile job that needed to be done and I had great difficulty finding any company willing to even come and look at it. Premier was here on the day I called, scheduled a tile man for 5 days later and the tile man completed the work on the scheduled day. The work was professional, the tile man was neat and clean, and he even asked me to inspect his work twice to make sure I was satisfied. I was very, very pleased with the work. Just had Premier Remodeling rehab a 21-year-old kitchen. I'm VERY pleased with the work. Roy was responsive, got back to me quickly with answers, and the work went quickly and smoothly. Once I signed the contract, he presented me with a daily schedule, and--believe it or not--he kept everything on schedule so that the kitchen was finished in under two weeks. I was skeptical to work with a GC that used subcontractors, as I had a really bad experience redoing our master bath a couple of years ago. I expressed my hesitation to Roy, and he assured me that the guys who work with him do so on a regular basis, and that he had the utmost confidence in their ability to keep to his schedule. He was right. The workmanship was excellent, the crew was nice and considerate, hard-working, and arrived everyday on time.
