I got hurt at work lifting heavy boxes. I have been there 8 times over the past 5 months. My condition has worsened. they have 3 PA's which is usually who i see, everytime i go in i see someone different. This is a walk in only facility and you cannot request a dr. The first PA i had dealt with was very good but she is no longer there. On my work restriction she was very detailed and checked off all of the boxes relevant to my injury. these last 2 times i went first dealing with Joiner he was very rude and acted like there was nothing wrong with me. I was flat on my back in pain the entire week and almost drove off the road driving there. he did not check off the appropriate boxes. he had set an appointment with dr Badolato and had the same bad experience. once i hired a workmans comp attorney is when they treated me neglectfully. do not go to this place, even if you are dying, they don't care about the patient. when i told them they missed some of the important restrictions "you have to follow the dr's orders" This isn't over. because of their neglect, my injury will continue to worsen. I will be reporting this to other agencies as well read more

Called to see if they were open after a hurricane and was treated so rude. I simply asked if they were busy and the receptionist gave me a very poor attitude, not something an ill person needs to deal with or hear while trying to seek medical attention. read more

Went in Friday, Front staff rude and unprofessional. She truly made it hard to be kind to her. My hubby was in and I did most of the paperwork, sign in etc but the lady at the front desk, well, she needs another job and not dealing with the general public. Then when it was time to leave, they take you to another desk to pay etc waited about 5-7 minutes, same rude lady, I did my best to be friendly, but she was rude and making comments about the nurse to do his job. They need a new front desk greeter, the PA was very nice and the nurse. read more

I came in here in middle of January around 1:00 in the afternoon. There was a significant crowd already watering. The receptionist was friendly enough but provided no wait time estimate when I checked in. I ended up waiting for about 45 minutes and only one patient was taken back to be examined. I decided waiting wasn't worth it and just left. Again, the receptionist didn't seem fazed when I asked for my cards back so I assume this happens a lot. read more

Despite all these negative reviews, I decided to go there anyway because they had the ability to perform some tests that I would probably need. I arrived and was properly greeted, and given the paperwork to fill out. After turning in my paperwork, I waited less than 30 minutes before being admitted to the back despite 8 or 9 people who were there before me and had already gone back. After about 10 minutes, Dr Galloway came in, introduced himself, and listened to my symptoms without any interruptions. Instead of doing a whole battery of expensive tests, he explained that I would be given the first one and a positive outcome on that one would negate the need for the rest. The test DID show positive and I was given a prescription and sent on my way. I could not ask for any better treatment than what I received at this clinic. The rude, inconsiderate, apathetic employees mentioned in the other reviews must have had the day off, because the 6 people I interacted with were polite, considerate and above all 100% professional. read more

We have used their services on several occasions. Both the Doctors are great but we had a real problem with the staff on Saturday. My husband went in for a stye in his eye and they wanted $100 co pay. He thought that was really high and he asked the girl at the front if they would accept $50 instead. She went to billing, came back up front and said yes. He goes into see the Doctor, who basically was in the room with him for less than 5 minutes and when he came out to pay, the girl in billing said they would take $50 now and would bill him for the other $50. He said that wasn't what the deal was and she got super rude and snatched the prescription from his hand and said if he didn't pay the full $100 he couldn't have his prescription. He has called and left a message for the doctor, who has not called back and spoke to the Office Manager today and she was horrid and rude. The scary thing is they can screw over your credit now and they honestly just do not care. An awful experience all around. read more

I I entered this clinic and was greeted by a really nice lady. once I signed in and sat down and took 25 minutes to get into the back of the clinic and brought to a room. I was noticing that there is no other patients back there and the nurses are sitting at the nurses station. once the nurse brought me to the room asking if you questions and did my vitals she exited the room and shutting the door. the walls were so thin that I can hear the nurses talking bad about other nurses and other doctors and even mentioning clients information. I was greeted by a Doctor Who clearly did not want to be at work due to her being kind of rude and trying to rush me out of the room. When she was done talking to me she went and said I will do the paperwork and bring you back. She then told nurses at the nurses station while the door was shut about my condition and such she was also talking about gossip with the nurses about the other patients and other nurses and even the doctors that she works with. They were making fun of a particular nurse who was talking certain way. Once the paperwork was completed a nurse open the door without coming in shouted OK let's get you out of here. How rude is that did you at least have the doctor come in or even you come in and be actually polite. Normally the line is very short and fast but these nurses and doctor really wanted to not see us. I heard one nurse say something negative about a patients weight and how she walked. Do they know once the door is shut patients can still hear them? read more

I have been coming to this urgent care for years. My entire family has been seen one time or another. All the doctor's and p.a. have been professional, compassionate and we have left with a treatment plan that has been highly effective. Front staff were efficient as well as check out. read more

The doctor was friendly, quick and to the point, speedy visit. The members of the front office staff were unprofessional and definitely not trained in customer service. Billing office had NO IDEA what they were talking about, so expect some delays and miscommunication from that department. read more

NEVER. Go here. By far the WORST medical office that you could ask for. So terrible you will walk out before even seeing the doctor. When going here you have to keep in mind that NOTHING you tell the nurse or who ever sees you before the doctor remains private. Instead, whatever condition you tell to the assistant will be gossiped about in a common area that nurses AND patients are walking around. So loud that they can be heard through the doors of the private rooms. Not only do they discuss private information but they also blatantly stereotype people, and laugh/judge whatever problem they are having. Not to mention when you address the situation with them, the one talking simply can only mutter the word "okay" when caught, and the other will sit in the corner smirking and laughing. SO, if this is not the experience you hope to have STAY AWAY from this place. Also, decline help from the nurse/assistant who is a tan old woman, with graying brown hair. And the small blonde with a long bob styled hair cut. It's honestly incredible that they are even employed at a medical office. read more

The name Premier Urgent Care implies top notch service quickly and I have to say, it is not the case here. I have very bad asthma and had been laboring for a decent breath for while when I decided that I needed more help than my rescue inhaler could provide. When I went into the clinic, I told the receptionist I was having breathing problems, and then sat in the waiting room for half hour before I was called in. I was then taken into the room, only to wait another 15 minutes for a nurse to come in. I told the nurse I was having trouble breathing, but she proceeded to take my temperature and my blood pressure, and then leave me in the room alone for another 30 minutes. After listening to the doctors and nurses outside my door laughing and carrying on about their kids, jobs, houses, tans etc, I finally went out and asked when I was going to be seen, reiterating that I WAS HAVING TROUBLE BREATHING. At this point it was getting worse, feeling lightheaded, woozy etc. As any asthmatic knows, when you are stressed, it exacerbates the problem. I was told I was up next, and went back in the room to wait another 15 minutes for a doctor to come in. Once I was seen, I was medicated and released within about 10 minutes, but if I had been in a worse condition, or not able to manage my attacks a little better, I WOULD HAVE DIED while waiting. I have never had a clinic, hospital, or any other medical facility pay LESS attention to a breathing problem than this place. I would not suggest going here with more than a paper cut, and even then, you may bleed out before you get a band-aid. read more

Not even 1 star is even deserved for this Suntree Walk-in Clinic but unfortunately this site will not allow me to post my review if I don't. So the 1 star I select is false on my behalf. The clinic has very, very rude staff including Dr Christopher Galloway who give a rats you know what about the patients. His demeanor when he walks in the room is like a "here we go again look and I can't wait to get out of here look and makes expressions that explain his real thoughts with out saying it verbally". There's a techician that is very short, wears very black eyeliner on her eyes and wears scrubs that don't even fit her (which I'm shocked that appearance is allowed in her profession). She is very, very hateful and even states her opinions aloud and doesn't think anyone would speak up towards her. Well I did speak up in my defense and let her know that her comments were not appreciated and she needs to keep her opinions to herself. She began to become even more upset and I think she was also taken back that I spoke up for myself which made her even more mad. I will not be going to this Walk-in clinic longer and do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I work in customer service and will make sure to let as many people as I can to reconsider going to another walk-in clinic. I did some reviews on other walk-in clinics too and unfortunately they got bad reviews also except "Medfast Urgent Care in Melbourne, FL. I'll be going to that one from now on because they do have good reviews. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUNTREE WALK-IN CLINIC TO ANYONE".
