I had nothing but very negative reviews in the past because I was being honest about my past…read moreexperiences with this dealership. I just wanted to come back on here after our most recent service and leave a better review. They got rid of a lot of the people I had problems with and it honestly feels like things here improved a lot! I'm also writing this review to say that Jocelyn Nava is our go to service agent. Working with her is always pleasant because she truly displays great customer service skills. I'm glad to see that she still works here and a lot of the people who exuded bad energy are gone. It was also nice that they washed my Rav 4. I appreciate that a lot. Service has improved immensely.

I already have some reservations with this place because of their owners questionable political leanings (feel free to google him), but the thing that kept me in the contract was the service work that they did. That ended today. I came in and somehow left with over $400 in charges to fix up my car. While this might be small potatoes to most, I do have a service contract. On top of that, they charge for "shop supplies" and have a 3% credit card fee. I asked them to explain "shop supplies" and they really couldn't. Since I had to get to work and didn't want to argue over $38, I accepted it this time. They used to be really hands on with the customers and really walk them through the process so that everybody felt valued. I saw the Rep once when I walked in and she just went through the motions. No more updates, texts, anything. From now on, I will be bringing my car in for oil changes only. I will not be spending another cent more. If the will refund me the remaining part of my contract, I will go to the Toyota dealership a little closer to my house that is not part of this group.

I'm really glad I did--those reviews accurately reflected my experience. Carlos provided a fair and straightforward diagnosis of my car issues and gave honest, practical input about what actually needed to be prioritized within my budget. I really appreciated how transparent and reasonable he was throughout the process. He was also very patient and kind when I asked to loop in a family member who is more knowledgeable about cars. He took the time to speak with them, which helped reassure me that I was making the right decisions. On top of that, he went above and beyond by having my car cleaned inside and out. Since I was picking it up on the last possible day to complete my emissions test, he even arranged for someone at the dealership to take care of the emissions test for me. The service felt thoughtful, honest, and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend

Got there and was told that the only thing they had was a routine maintenance and oil change. I wondered aloud what kind of supposedly professional service place would forget to annotate the services the customer requested. The guys said he fixed it and I was on my way. When I came back to pick it up I paid for the punctured tires only which didn't surprise me because I get free maintenance and oils change with my car purchase. Cool. This morning I turned my car on and it said, "Maintance is required." WTF?!!' Searched my service receipts. These incompetent beings didn't do an oil change! Half of my Saturday wasted get my car in the shop without the actual maintenance being done! I will drive farther from now on to go to a better Toyota than this joke of a service department!
