Brown Sugar Fresh Milk in holiday cup design

This Presotea location is in a well sized food plaza in Irvine by the entrance, which is a good spot to put their shop. We only had the option of ordering by kiosk, and there was a wide variety of drinks to choose from. We got the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk as well as a Thai Milk Tea. I don't get drinks like the brown sugar fresh milk often, but it was a nice change of pace. I'm into sweetness in my drinks, and this was the right amount at 120%, granted this is way sweeter than normal, and balanced the, purely just, milk I ordered. The Thai milk tea was a bit different in taste compared to normal. It was good, but not what we expected in a Thai milk tea's taste profile compared to other places. Overall I'd recommend Presotea if you're in the area. Their drinks are good and pretty affordable in this economy, big thumbs up :)

I've been here a few times in the past. It's located in a small outdoor but indoor food court area off Michaelson. The ordering doesn't take too long and they have a kiosk you can order from or the person at the register if he's not busy. I have been here when the order has taken 10 min and also when it's been a few minutes. But it's usually not too long. Today I got the Slate Grey Milk tea and subbed organic fresh milk for an addl .70 or so. The drink included boba and grass jelly. It was a black tea and had a great flavor. The boba and jelly both had great textures and imo cooked perfectly. I ordered with less ice and the still filled it to the top.

I try this place almost on a whim while I was visiting another store in this food court where this Presto tea is located. I went with the A-li Shan milk tea with boba and 30% sweetness and less ice. Overall, it didnt necessarily wow me but the drink was solid none the less. The drink had a good tea flavor which I always appreciate and not overly sweet. The boba itself was actually very delicious. It was warm and chewy like it was just made fresh, which I think was the highlight. Overall, I think this place is worth a try as they also have a large selection of drinks that is sure to please a lot of tea fans.

Completely random, but wow! I'm so happy to get the pink one!!! My cousin told me it's the My Melody.. so it matches my name, but im so happy for pink! The cashier was very kind too. And it's sort of an outdoor place. I got the slate gray milk tea and it's amazing! Very very happy with my visit :). I'm just really excited for the pink Sanrio My Melody!!!

My friend and I got a drink here to go with our dinner from a different stall in this food hall. I ordered the strawberry matcha, and I was very good! The drink was made in a timely manner. It helped that this was on the earlier side of dinner, and it wasn't crowded at all here. I definitely would come back again!

Decent drinks but could use some work. The menu is the same as other locations with various options. They also offer food items like acai bowls and bubble waffles which I don't think other locations do. There are mobile kiosks to order from which makes it very easy as well as a cashier. The drinks are good, but the workers don't read the comments that we add to the order. I asked for no orange slices and my sister got black pearls, but they added the slices to my drink yet no black pearls to my sister's. They also barely give you a full scoop of toppings when they charge nearly $1 for it. * Lychee Fruit Tea: 10/10 - fruity and sweet * Mango Green Tea: 6/10 - bitter, too much mango, and not enough tea * Black Pearls (Topping): 9/10 - soft and chewy The boba shop is located in Trade Marketplace along with other restaurants which is nice to hang out at. The parking lot is pretty spacious with easy parking but can get crowded at peak times. Compared to their Westminster location, this one lacks in many aspects. Not the best, but also not the worst.

I visited Presotea in August 2024 after having ramen at Hiro Nori, which is just a few stores down. I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba, and it was pretty good! The staff was quick, and I liked the convenience of ordering from the touch screen pad. The shop is small and cute, with seating shared with other nearby eateries. It's located next to several small businesses, making it a great spot to grab a drink on the go. Definitely recommend! My go-to pre-airport treat. I had a few extra minutes to spare while on pick up duty at John Wayne, so I panicked and stopped for boba. Trade is a food hall-esque shopping center that houses a number of bites and sips under one roof. You'll also find a communal area for lunch or to grab a beer after work. The parking lot can get a bit packed mid-day with the nearby corporate offices, but at night, you're gucci. I ordered the oolong peach tea with 75% sugar and light ice + the boba and cheese foam add on. The balance of sweet and salty in this drink was absolutely incredible. This might be my new favorite combination! My drinks were ready in under 10 minutes. Plus, what better way to greet your friend than with their favorite boba in hand?

I came here on a whim when I wanted some bubble tea at the end of a long day. It was past 8pm so there wasn't any line to be found. I went straight to the self-order machine and got a taro milk tea with boba. In truth I don't think I have the highest standards when it comes to boba tea. Mostly I want it to have good flavor (of course), not be too sweet, and want the boba balls to soft. Thankfully, my milk tea met all of this criteria! The location of the place is nice since it was easy to find parking and is neighbored by other small businesses. This is actually how I found it, by visiting other businesses nearby. On a different visit, I tried a plain bubble waffle with strawberries & cream on top. It was really delicious! Everything was balanced well and the waffle was soft. My only complaint about this place is that it was a bit pricey. My taro milk tea with boba was around $7. Other than that I think it's a nice place that is worth giving a try.

Amazing, savory and delicious Pandan Milk Tea and original waffle with strawberry and cream. Located in an open-air food court is perfect ambiance for a place to gather with friends and family for a great dessert or dinner. Staff were friendly and personable, while their service is quick as we got our desserts in less than five minutes. Highly recommended and I look forward to trying other items on their menu at our next visit.

If you want to experience authentic tea-based drinks and sweets of freshness, variety, customization, great price, friendly staff and atmosphere, Presotea Irvine is the place. You can really taste the high quality of tea, along with well balanced and wide range of complementary flavors. Their bubble tea tasted like Taiwan (originated), and bubble waffle like Hong Kong (top street food), that I want to keep coming back and try all the varieties that I can! I've been to the Westminster location a few times and it's pretty good so I was excited when the Irvine location was opening because it's so close to me now. Since they just opened very recently I'm giving an extra star because I know things can still be improved on. On Sunday I got the Roasted Oolong Pearl Milk Tea 50% sweet with oat milk. It was a pretty typical milk tea, nothing too special, but still enjoyable. I was just glad they had milk substitutes. I work in the same plaza in the evening and I was scared my bladder wouldn't have handled regular milk, so a plus for non-dairy options! Today I came in with my bf and got the Strawberry Cloud and Supreme Jasmine Green Tea (both 100% sweet). I expected the 'cloud' to be more like foam but it turned out to be more like a cream (I don't really know what it's called but it was thicker and much sweeter than foam). I wish I had adjusted the sweetness on this one because it was too sweet for my liking, but the strawberry flavor was still good (I'm not sure if all the fruits they use are fresh so I won't say anything on that). As for the Supreme Jasmine Tea, it was a little more disappointing, to be honest. It was just a basic Jasmine Green tea, I don't really think it was worth its price, especially given the name. In terms of customer service, I understand that the employees are still under training. I wasn't disappointed but I expected more... friendliness? I'm not sure if that's the word but the cashier wasn't really the best at advertising but I think it's just a matter of time before she gets used to talking to people. I feel like usually the cashiers are supposed to lead the conversation but when I was ordering it did not feel that way. The menu is pretty big so it always helps for the cashier to introduce any items or just give suggestions so hopefully, in the future, the cashiers will be more outspoken to help customers with their order rather than just listening to what the customers want. read more

The worst bubble tea I've had since moving out to the west coast... my usual order is matcha slush, extra matcha, less sugar. When my drink arrived, it was so devoid of flavor, I double checked the label to see if they accidentally gave me their avo slush instead. My fiancé got mango green tea which is so difficult to mess up... but they did... had no flavor whatsoever. So disappointing for Irvine! read more

My go-to drink is the A-Li Shan Milk Tea with boba 50% or 70% sweet. I prefer my milk teas to have a smooth and distinct tea flavor, which boba places in OC seem to lack now (most seem to be trending towards the milkier/sweet side), so this option hits the spot for me. The Westminster location has a stronger tea flavor, which I like more, but this location is a good option for me when I don't want to travel as far to satisfy some cravings. read more

Came here after dinner thinking this was like the one in Westminster. We ordered a a brown sugar pearl milk tea and a strawberry fruit tea. We were told 100% sweet was too sweet so my girlfriend opted to get 50% sweetness for her strawberry fruit tea. Being a sweet tooth myself I opted for 100% sweetness on brown sugar milk tea. Low and behold both drinks tasted terrible :( the fruit tea tasted overly sweet (like it had wayyy too much syrup ) even though it was orders at 50% while my brown sugar drink tasted like straight up milk with no sugar added. I'm super disappointed in this spot. Never had issues when I went to he bolsa location. They need to get their QC better before serving their drinks. I'm willing to give it another chance but I have to be as honest as possible. read more

Great new boba spot for post-ramen runs and lunch escapes from the office. Lots of customizations and flavors and they were happy to offer samples in case you haven't tried something. Top it off they had fast service and cap had a nostalgic picture of Taipei 101 tower. I miss Taiwan. read more

mid drink i got the matcha milk tea and it just tasted like straight tea no matcha no milk missing 2/3 of the flavor?? my friend got the taro milk tea and he couldnt even finish it cus of how garbage it was about 5 other people ik also said it was mid the service was acceptable unlike SONIC (fast food chain) the worst fast food place with the absolute worst service but this place's service was not bad for the most part ill give it to them BUT the drinks were horrible another friend's drink tasted like straight syrup the boba was also very small and not good this boba place sucks another friend got sea cream and it was 75 cents but covered like 0.2% of the drink lol read more

Super friendly and safe service. I was new to their menu and asked what teas they recommended. They actually have sealed looseleaf tea samples of their teas available for you to smell for your liking. This was really helpful in me picking the Hojicha milk tea. I now have a new favorite and hope to come back soon. :) read more

It's now more of a pick up kind of place now with a line out the door and people waiting inside together their dreams. We sat inside for a couple hours to work with free Wi-Fi. The store gets very rowdy and very loud with a lot of people trying to fit into the tables. I couldn't wait til it died down so i left. I think it'd be nice to see more tables like before and to make it more of a sit down café. 5/5 loudness 5/5 matcha. I think it's still worth picking up my matcha.

I loved the large painting on the wall depicting the rugged old west with a cow boy having a cup of coffee by the fire in the mountains. They have Different types of seating arrangements. The interior is modern with a comfortable lighting scene and wrap around floor to ceiling windows. They also have a large patio with more seating. I also noticed a fire place and a Television outside. Aside from their great coffee and Tea menu, they offer daily pastries, refreshments, small bites and coffee bean bags to go. I had the Horchata Latté with oat milk (available hot or cold). It was really good. It is made with 2 shots of their signature espresso with a house-made horchata syrup or base, steamed or iced milk, and a dusting of cinnamon. You could taste the quality of the coffee. It was really good. The coffee was a little strong. The service was great and prices are average. I really enjoyed hanging out in their shop with friends. They have several locations. I highly recommend Moon Goat Coffee Roasters.

For espresso drinkers, you can never go wrong with the iced flat white. The beans they use are phenomenal and the deep espresso taste is perfect. For latte drinkers, you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. The service is great, they are always happy to offer recommendations and have a conversation. There's plenty of seating on the first floor of the industrial building.

I've caught myself daydreaming about it during meetings. If they figured out a way to let me inject it straight into my veins I would sign the consent form immediately, no questions asked. Small spot, big flavor. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back.

I see them make drinks, show demonstrations for their pour overs, as well as sit down with patrons to simply share knowledge about their coffee/teas. i thought that was very personable as it shows how much they care about their craft.

Due to there being 3 kids in the party, I didn't get to eat a lot of it, so from what little I was able to eat, it was good and significantly different than Meet Fresh texture and taste wise. However, since more people in my immediate social/tourist circle know the brand of Meet Fresh better, this place doesn't provide the same bragging rights for them. After we were done and stood up, the next customer sat down immediately in the seats we were not finished vacating. We had 3 purses left over and had not finished picking them up before they just jumped in, so you have to be fast to vacate. This experience just made me prefer takeout more, but I think my tourists wanted air conditioning and there was not enough outdoor seating for our party. Maybe next time I can eat a quantity more befitting of a smaller party.

Quick and easy check out with touch screen kiosks was so convenient!! Icing on the cake was the staff and owner who are super friendly and very helpful. I had a lot of questions and they helped make a great recommendation based on my dietary restrictions. I also learned that they brew each tea individually so it's extra fresh every time! I don't know any other brand that does this. The drink was so good and refreshing, the perfect treat for a hot summer day. I will definitely be back for more read more

One star this place has been found to have roaches don't recommend them also the business is covering up the reviews with positive ones. Don't approve of them doing something shady instead of taking responsibility and holding themselves accountable. You'll need to do better. read more

Got the State Grey Milk Tea for $6.35, which is pretty pricey for what I think is regular milk tea with tapioca and some grass jelly. 70% sugar also tasted pretty watered down on top of the less ice. read more
