Enjoyed a quick pretty and perfectly frothy latte today while working with friends at Press coffee. There was plenty of indoor sitting and room to spread out if needed. But we chose to enjoy the balmy weather outside in the courtyard. This space is centrally located and an easy meeting place conducive to casual, productive team collaborations. I also shared a blueberry almond chia pudding from the onsite refrigerated section with was pleasantly tasty and guilt free! It always makes me happy and encourages me to return when I'm able to have something healthy. read more

I have enjoyed other press locations over the past year, so I was elated to see one opening up closer to my area! All the locations I have visited have been clean and well kept. The staff has been friendly and accommodating. As for the coffee, it is great, smooth and tasty! My favorite from this place is ironically not coffee, but the Dirty Chai latte. Most places make their Dirty Chai drinks too weak, where all you taste is milk with a hint of chai, but not here! They make it just right, with a good balance between coffee, milk and chai flavor! It's always very smooth, not too strong and is a fantastic treat that has a little coffee for that mid-day pick me up! Try the iced Dirty Chai Latte also because it tasts a little different, but is just as smooth and tasty! read more

My fiancé and I love coming here on weekends to grab a cup of coffee and plan our day out. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable and they have coffee options to suit both our preferences. I recommend their shakers, my favorite is the chai, while my fiancé gets a pour over. He enjoys trying their different types of coffee available and we have found the barista to be very knowledgeable. Parking is easily available right out front and the location has nice large windows so you can enjoy the AZ sunshine without the AZ heat. They also have games, such as connect four or uno, available so you can chill with friends or family or take a study break. Highly recommend! read more

I don't usually go to this part of town so finding the parking was a little difficult the first time, especially since it was during monsoon season and it was pouring. We wanted to try somewhere new since I'm fairly newer to this area. We came here to give it a try and did not like it. I personally loved the look of the place; but the barista I believe her name was Khylie was extremely rude and set the tone for the shop. I typically would give the benefit of the doubt because she was alone but she wasn't busy at all, she was just plain uninterested in helping us. Also to add, I'm not sure if the nitro comes in a bigger size but she didn't even ask us what size of drink we wanted just assumed we wanted a small and gave us that. She had a ton of attitude and horrible customer service, we will not be back. I don't recommend this place at all to start a morning off! To add since the reply from the owner: Yes my boyfriend was told to put his mask over his nose because it was only covering his mouth, which I understand the safety measures as I to work in customer service and do practice myself. But that clearly is the only reason he has to justify his employees horrible customer service. As a new customer it would've been nice to have gotten a better experience and to have been at least greeted but unfortunately this shop doesn't offer that. Again, I don't recommend this shop and the owners poor justification as to why it was okay for his employee to give bad customer service. Thanks! read more

Every once in a while you'll be having a bad day and then some stranger will totally reframe your negative outlook with warmth, positivity and helpfulness. One such gentleman at this location did exactly that for me. First off, I had called the shop from my car and inquired about parking, since the complex has a roundabout and is a little disorienting. He was patient and directed me to the underground lot, where I was able to park with relative ease. When I got inside, he made me feel as if my order mattered and suggested a good drip brew. (Delicious, btw). As I left he promptly validated my parking ticket, and then uttered a genuine 'goodbye and we'll see you again' . This seemingly simple act lifted my mood in a way where I felt much better than before I arrived. Press Biltmore is the spot! The most friendly staff!! I come in everyday and am greeted with a smile and "hello" "have a great day, Bailey!" They are so intentional and kind! I've specifically had amazing interactions with jimmy, Courtney and I forget his name but he has brown hair and a mustache and works almost everyday.. they are all amazing and really go out of there way to make customers feel welcomed. This was... Not my favorite. The environment was nice but the coffee was just mediocre. I had an iced chai latte, which is a usual for me. It was the sweetest, least flavorful one I've ever had. Even worse, there were still grains of turbinado sugar at the bottom of the cup. I ended up asking them to make me something else, which was more drinkable but still not impressive. A good chai latte is hard to find. They're always pre-made, too sweet or just plain wrong. I am SUPER excited that Press opened up in the Biltmore area. No shade to the other cafes in the area, but the hot tea is that I needed better chai tea! The baristas here are always so friendly and the quality of the coffee is top notch.
