Oh yes. Just what the doctor ordered. Press is a super clean, modern coffee shop located off of McQueen in Chandler. The inside is welcoming, albeit a bit small, but ready for you to pop a squat and get some work done. My personal preference just moving here from IL, though, is to sit outside and enjoy the palm trees, sunshine, and fountain. As for the coffee, it's about as good as you will find anywhere. They're already winning awards for this stuff. They have about 5 different roasts at any given time, as well as offering Cold Brew and Nitro Cold Brew (and even Kombucha, if you're willing to spend some $$) on tap. They also sell some food. I tried the breakfast burrito and loved it. They sell some pretty sweet merch, as well, like Healthy Human bottles and T-Shirts. The service is great, attentive, and kind. Love this coffee house. Not only do they have delicious espresso and coffees, add to it a killer menu. The only down side is the kitchen closes at 2:30. I am lucky enough to work very close so I can enjoy the different food and drinks anytime. The different types of avocado are all good! I'm not a fancy drink kind of guy, so I usually stick to regular brew coffee. And this place is the right place to do so. Their Early Edition coffee is spectacular, son! And on top of that, they give free refills! My girlfriend got the dirty chai latte. She sucked it down and made sweet, sweet love to it. We almost got kicked out If regular sugar isn't your thing, not to worry playa. They got a big bottle of simple syrup and other sugar substitutes to fill your needs and sweeten up your coffee game something PROPER. I also tried their Southwest breakfast burrito. It had eggs, bacon, peppers, onions, cheese and corn, which gave a sweet edge to it. The side of mild salsa came with it. It was good. Sexy even. Loved this place! I am visiting from out of town and used Yelp to track down a coffee place. This didn't disappoint! The ambiance is fantastic, it's so nice and open, and I loved the drip coffee! The first time I went, I had a concern with my experience and let the manager know. They were so receptive and kind when it came to feedback and went out of their way to make my experience better. I felt like they really value their customers. This is our first time here and we got a macchiato, a cappaccino and a pour over to see how well balanced the drinks are as well as a cinnamon roll. The cappaccino was excellent with perfect ratios of espresso and milk and the perfect foam consistency. The macchiato was quite good it was the traditional macchiato meaning espresso marked with milk foam; they serve it in a 3.5 ounce cup. Oddly the milk in the macchiato was over steamed. Less important when in such small amounts but a bit disappointing. The pour over was robust and they give you an option of pour over carafes depending upon how intense you want the flavor which was a nice touch. Pastry left something to be desired a bit try and tough. Definitely worth a return trip when in the area. Very aesthetic decor, clean and bright inside with natural wood and tile. Staff are friendly and helpful though it can get a bit loud inside. read more

This cafe is located in a cute plaza -very southern feel. Met up with friends for brunch at the healthy vegan place across the street and came over here for coffee afterwards. I had a nitro cold brew and it was pretty good. The place is quiet enough and moderately spacious enough to meet here with people or get some work done. I was in town for the day and stopped by after lunch for a cortado. I had wanted to try this place for a while now. The place was clean, staff friendly, and most importantly the cortado was spot on. I went with the cortado instead of the cappuccino because they seem to offer different sizes with the capp and I would not expect that from a coffee shop of this caliber. read more

It's a cute little coffee ship with lots of seats and space to meet up with friends. The employees are very friendly and were eager to take my order. However being it was the first time here I felt rushed trying to decide when she was just staring at me. This looks like more of a social place instead of just a coffee spot; something like in FRIENDS. Like you should expect to see Ross or Joey there and that might be just what you are looking for; except I just wanted a good cup of coffee. I ended up getting the cappuccino because I didn't like the taste of the nitro cold coffee. The cappuccino seemed very strong and overpowering. Stopped here on the way to Peoria from Tucson I would drive an hour and a half to come here everyday if I could. Nitro was poured into a chilled glass - dope. A little watery but still awesome. Solid coffee shop. Prices were average, but they had a lot of options. I gave it the tried and true test of ordering a hot black coffee. The verdict was......very tasty. YUM. Incredible coffee and espresso, and a solid menu, too! I had a vanilla latte, my go-to at new places, and a peach scone. Everything I hoped it to be! The scone was gluten free by coincidence and you would have never been able to tell, so don't shy away from the scones if you're a gluten lover like myself. Didn't have the coffee but my daughter wanted to try the Caprese avocado toast. It was delicious! Loads of smashed avocado, tomatoes, mozzarella and balsamic. Yum. Press has some of the best coffee that I have had in the Phoenix area, and they have good food, too! The staff makes you feel welcome, and they do a good job of explaining all that they offer. I have been to both this location and the one in Tempe. Neither one is too quiet, but enough to get some work done. There is plenty of natural light coming from the huge windows. It is a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. read more

Nothing better than an iced tea with lemonade on a hot day (it's 108 degrees btw) However, I personally wasn't a fan of this specific drink. They reject orders, constantly, they make you wait for 40+ minutes before coming out to tell you they are out of stock of the item you ordered (or they don't tell you until you ask what's taking so long)... they have extremely poor customer service, communication, quality of the drinks/product with the new management and staff. Really disappointing to see such a great place slowly change for the worse. Ive been a customer for 2 years and will never come back to this location ever again. Thank goodness they have opened up new locations within the last few months. Would NOT recommend. read more

Four of us arrived around 11am on a Saturday. We were interested in pour over coffee and they had a selection 5 beans to choose from. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the beans. They had beans from Africa and South America. We also got a blueberry muffin to share. They didn't have many goodies at this time a day. The blueberry muffin was wrapped in plastic wrap and not in the case with the other remaining muffins. It was good, but a little dry; maybe yesterday's muffin. The coffee was quite good and the coffee shop was nice and located in a pretty area. We look forward to returning on our next visit. read more

Friendly staff and the drinks are typically very good, but at times can be inconsistent and mediocre at best. I quit going back after two visits in a row where the avocado toast was burnt and ruined the meal. The avocado is typically fresh, but not always. At the time, I could not follow up as the phone was never answered. I may go back again, but prefer driving the extra miles for a consistent drink at Coffee Bean. read more
