I love pressed juicery juices and cleanses but this location is just terrible in terms of fulfilling online orders. It seems they never have stock of the popular juices/cleanses. The last three times I've ordered here for a local delivery, my order was either missing juices or things have been substituted for something I didn't want. There was no proactive communication to let you know they're substituting things for your order or that things will be missing and you'll be reimbursed. I have to call to get the information on what they'll do. read more

Repeatedly this company makes special offers and then hides in tiny print or even on another page the limitations of it. When you write to them they don't respond to what you said. They just send you an email saying this ticket is closed if you don't feel it should be then right to us again. I wrote to them three times over one issue twice over another and again last week twice again. No response other than the automated system. It seems this company does not care to be responsible to its clients. Since they're supposed to be feeding us healthy food this worries me. In my last pick up I bought to let basil lemonade and it has glop floating around in it and it' Tastes funny. I've written to them again but I doubt they will care at all. Ordered an acai bowl on Doordash from this place (showed they sold acai bowls). I waited about 30 mins for the order. Once it arrived it seemed lighter than I would assume for it to be. I opened the bag to find there was no acai bowls. Only 4 substitution vouchers (valid online only). I was so disappointed that the store didn't call me to tell me then no longer had it. Instead I was waiting for my food and got nothing got vouchers I most likely won't use. I'm not going to blame Doordash or the driver, this store is the one to blame. The gal who picked up said she would try her best to bring my order outside. I noticed there was a line outside the door (due to social distancing) that was getting longer. 15 minutes had passed so I went inside to ask if I could just pick up my order. There was only one gal at the counter, & my order wasn't ready. In fact, they hadn't even started it. I felt bad for the employee. I should not have been sent an email that my order was ready. Love this location. I'm new to the juice game. My girlfriends and I usually go every weekend to stock up after our work out class. I normally get the Watermelon for hydration and Greens 2 for the weekday mornings. I love the endless samples, knowledgable and helpful employees and of course the juices! This is my first time trying the lemonades and I am obsessed. Kristine is always there and she is so sweet. She recommended the membership which I am really enjoying! She also complimented my new clear tote where I put my juices. She said it was Instagram worthy and well she wasn't wrong haha. We tried this place because we really wanted to find a healthy alternative to the high sugar smoothie options out there. This is the place. We tried the freeze--chocolate--and it was delicious and amazingly so since it was also Vegan. We also tried the cold pressed juice--greens #4--and it was really good. Firs time at this location and aesthetically, very cute. Unfortunately the experience was not. Walked in a little after 8:30, hours on Yelp say that they open at 8. We anticipated ordering bowls and were told that the machines had not yet been started and it would be about 15 minutes. All good. I bought a shot and my friend was going to get some juices as well. So we decided to go for a brief walk and then come back to check on the machine. We came back 10-15 minutes later and the employee said that it would still be another 5 minutes or so but we could "sip it" to check the flavor. The consistency that it was, there's no way it would have been ready in 5 minutes. My friend got her juices and we left. I've worked in customer service a long time, and as an "opener", we come in 30-40 minutes before opening for setup. Just wondering when the standard became so low. read more

I started cleansing beginning of January 2018. That's means I'm a regular coming to pressed Juicery. This is a first time I came to this location. Every time I stop by, I get a total of 18 bottles for myself (3 day cleanse.) DRINKS - I get six greens one, three greens three, three greens two, three citrus two, four vanilla almond, and one chocolate almond. An extra vanilla almond and the chocolate almond is for my brother. CALCULATION/TOTAL - With that being said, my total was $99 before tax and CRV with my membership. Came out to be $100.30. Remember, EACH bottle should be $4.95 + CRV ( I have receipts to prove that from the Walnut Creek location.) I guess they charge for bags here too, but not too worried about that. He even forgot to give me my receipt. I come home and as I'm putting my juices away, he messed up my order. How? You have labels in front that tell you what they are. Seriously, how do you mess that up? I got two orders of citrus 1 when I asked for all citrus 2. When I asked for that drink, he even walked to the back for something because he probably thought he had more. He comes back out within 30 seconds and says "what else can I get for you?" I wasn't gonna drive back either. I just wanted my order to be correct. Also, as I'm drinking some of the drinks, some taste kind of weird. Like it's been in the fridge for a few days. Behind each bottle it says "Shake away separation. FLAVOR IS BEST WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE." This is now the end of my 2nd day and drinks taste awful. QUESTION - To all the pressed Juicery locations, do you keep juice that's past the 3 day mark? I'll continue to go to the Walnut Creek location for now. Service: Some of the employers are nice, some are not. The last time I went, the woman who was working there seemed pissed off. But, sometimes people have their bad days, so it's understandable! Food: Their ice cream is SO GOOD! It's so healthy yet tastes so yummy. However, the reason why I give this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are really spotty with the toppings that they have available. I'm lactose intolerant so I love coming here to get yummy ice cream that doesn't make my stomach hurt. Price: The price is pretty reasonable for what you're getting. I can only talk about the ice cream, but it's vegan and gluten-free and everything, which can be expensive to make, which is why it's expensive to buy. I think my ice cream was $6, but it was totally worth it! Seating: None Parking: The location is in downtown Danville, so parking is tricky to find. I ended up getting the larger size freeze with half chocolate and half strawberry almond. I also got the three toppings for the add on price. Unfortunately I feel like there freeze sizes keep getting smaller and smaller and the prices just keep increasing. $7.50 for basically a very small sundae seems slightly overpriced. read more

When I started to eat it, I noticed that she basically outlined the cup with the freeze which left a big hallow gap in the middle. I have tried to give this place many chances by coming different days and different times yet I'm so dumbfounded because everything single time the freezes machines are down. They almost always have ONLY strawberry and nothing else. They always say "yeah we're out of that" or "we're out of all smoothies", I mean it's kind of hilarious how little they have for the insane price they offer. Also for having all but one flavor available, you would think they would compensate for this by adding some more toppings, but they're still so stingy(as if they're running out of it too). Remembered seeing this place on an outing a few days ago & wanted to get it a shot, I'm so glad we did. It tasted very clean but yummy! Wow the service I received tonight was unreal. Omar, one of the workers was very rude. My friend and I waited in line for at least 15 min because they were very VERY slow. When we finally got into the store he said they were closed and they couldn't help us, we said we had waited for 20 min and he then said "you did not wait 20 min" Which was so rude. This review is for the service only. Normally I love Pressed and go the Walnut Creek one often but stopped by the Danville one this time. 2 very young kids (maybe 18) were running the store. So here we go- I wanted a vanilla freeze. Out of vanilla. Okay chocolate. Out of chocolate. Turns out they forgot to refill the machine so all they had was strawberry and matcha. I joked it should be half price since I didn't have an option. No comment from them. Cool. Okay so they fill it with strawberry and ask about toppings. Almond butter please! Out of almond butter. I laughed thinking it was a twisted joke. I then asked if they could get some from the supply room. No, they said, we have to heat it up so it drizzles they said. Okay so heat it? I walked out I was so mad and left the several juices I was purchasing as well. One of the worst service experiences ever. Of course they get paid any way so no use putting in effort I suppose. Been there twice. Both times I called in a juice cleanse order well in advance for pick up. The first time 5 hours prior, the second time 1 hour prior. Each time they said they would have it ready. The first time I went in for pick up, 2 young ladies were working , and they said someone didnt show up for work so they didnt have time to get my order ready. The second time, a very friendly gentleman was working and he for some reason didnt get around to preparing my order. This time, he said an employee didnt show up. That's two times in a row I called in an order early because i know it takes time to get it prepared and i dont want to sit in the store for 10 minutes waiting while they bag my order. Mind you, it consists of putting 24 bottles into 3 bags. Not that hard. Both times the same excuse and the same lack of preparing my pre called in order. The guy at pressed was very nice however, he did help me take my juices to the car and gave me a freeze after I had spent 240$ i'n their store. I'll probably go to the pressed in Santana Row in the future. The young lady there had a broken arm and my order was ready before I got there. As far as the juices go... it's a cleanse, dont expect much, but it does work. I feel pretty good after 3 days, down 8 lbs. read more

After purchasing 6 juices, at what I have to say was a better price than my normal Urban Remedy Brand, I got home and realized that the ingredient list, on the front of the bottle and on the signage in the store, does not coincide with the ingredient list on the back of the bottle. I feel this is VERY misleading packaging and that it implies more nutrient dense juice than what I actually received which is basically water dense cucumber/celery juice. I will not return, I feel duped, and wonder why they would want to mislead customers. read more
