Pressed Juicery is a great juice shop. Their selection is phenomenal, they even have cold brew coffee! Their juices are all fresh and bottled, that's about all they serve. There are lots of bottles to choose from. It is the first juice shop of its kind I have been that will offer to open a bottle and let you taste the juice first. I thought that was really cool, especially since some of the combos of juices can take on a much different flavor than you might think based on the ingredients. Also, the staff are very helpful and friendly in helping choose a juice. I highly reccomend, and even though I live an hour away, I'll come back. read more

I really love pressed Juicery! I did a 3 day cleanse here last week and it was really great! The juices taste so fresh and delicious I keep coming back for more! The freezes are also awesome. I always get the vanilla freeze with almond butter and cacao drizzle with strawberries and it's soooo good. Also the staff was so great! They let you sample anything you want and Sydney and Diana were extremely helpful and so sweet. They were so patient with us and helped us figure out our orders and answer all of our questions! This was my first time at pressed juicery and I am officially hooked! Andrew was super helpful and took the time to explain the benefits of each juice to my friends and I . He also let us try a ton of the juices ! These juices are cold pressed which means they retain nutrients for up to three days . I am in love with their chocolate almond milk, the charcoal lavender lemonade , and citrus 2 . Also, their greens 1 juice is all veggies and tastes so clean!, with no bitter taste. I recently had oral surgery and was restricted to a liquid diet for a few days. I researched and sampled some of the available juice bars in town and was very happily surprised when I came to Pressed Juicery. Not only were their juices all really tasty but the juice cleanses were more affordable than some of the competition I had checked out. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they will let you sample any bottle they have in the store. I chose the 2 day cleanse and was very happy with it. There is a set selection of juices for the day but you can choose to customize your options if there is a flavor you're not crazy about. I didn't feel like I was starving, in fact there were only a couple times I had twinges of hunger. Overall a very satisfying experience. I was traveling and my group was at the mall a little early for lunch, waiting on Javier's to open. I was craving something with veggie nutrients and pleased to find a juice shop... A little bummed that they didn't have smoothies, but juice would do the trick! The gals were sweet and when I was reviewing the many options, they offered me samples of some of their juices to help me decide. I settled on a root juice... I think #2. There were so many for my hungover indecisiveness. The almond ones were great too. The prices seemed fair at around $5-6, being that I've seen some places charge $9-10 for a simple juice. They also have yummy pre-packaged healthy snacks for just $2-3. I bought the chocolate cocoa bites, and the granola bites. Both were clutch to have in my purse while bopping around town that weekend. Exceptional customer service! The gentleman took the time to help me plan my cleanse and organize to get the best deal. The juices taste wonderful but I'm am used to cleansing and feeling great after it. The store is bright and clean. The female who was there is also very nice. First time members (membership is free) get 25% off of their first purchase. I was told it was 95% organic and they can't always get organic produce if it's not in season. So convenient that they are there for immediate purchase so you don't have to wait. The juices are made daily. I really felt a positive energy and that the people there really believed in what they were selling. Definitely will be back! I grabbed 5 juices and inquired about the student discount I received at some of the LA stores, and they honored it through a different discount, which I was pleasantly surprised about. When I asked her about it she then pulled out a scale to measure how much was in the largest cup. Really, I have never seen that before? The cup was 3/4 full for $5.50, come on. Awful customer service. Came in with a friend and mentioned that I had seen their Instagram ad for any item for $2 dollars. I thought they would have been excited that they're social media marketing efforts were paying dividends, but instead I was met with a snarky response from a young girl in a smock who insists that I must provide a screenshot of said coupon. Weird. Embarrassed and annoyed, I frantically scrolled through my Instagram trying to find the coupon while I stood awkwardly in the front of the line. Unsuccessful, I hoped some common business sense would prevail in this young employee and she would honor the coupon in order to win our business. Unfortunately, she had succumbed to the very stereotype a juice bar in Orange County, CA demands...a pretentious and prickly unwillingness to put the customer first. I paid full price (which is fine, I'm not poor...heck, I'm buying stupid juice drinks in Orange County), but I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth which would have been otherwise been occupied by a well made juice drink. read more

Went to nekter instead. Went in to the spectrum location of PJ on 10-7-17 around 7pm. We will typically go in and buy at least 5 juices at a time but this time it was not to be. When we entered we noticed two employees, one a late 30'ish guy and a 20'ish female. No one else was in there when we walked in and yet they couldn't muster up a simple "hello" or " what can we get you". So our group was looking at the menu trying to decide what to get when I see the female employee start to roll her eyes. The male employee started to do the same. Honestly they looked insane. The whole time we were deciding what to get neither of the employees said a single thing. We all noticed their strange behavior and decided to go elsewhere. For a place that sells over priced bottled juice they should really work on their sales approach. The store looked dirty and the counters were filthy. I'll go during the times I usually go and get my juice from the employees I'm accustomed to buying from. Also, I've found some competitors like nekter have really great juices and their "ice cream" is so much better. We ended up going to nekter and spent about $50 on juices and "ice cream". Their freeze is great. However, the first time I had an issue with their product the customer service was unbelievably poor. Based on a recommendation of a person working there, I purchased their coffee drink. The drink was just awful. It was really sweet and I could barely taste coffee. I was not in the area until five days later so I could not return it any earlier. I did not know their return policy so I just took the drink back to the store. I was first informed that I could not return it because only purchases made within one week could be returned. I explained that I bought it 5 days ago. Then the person helping me changed the return policy rules and told me that since their products have only four-day shelf life I could no longer return it. She offered me 15% off on a different purchase. A few dollars that this coffee cost is really not the problem; rather, it is the poor customer service that I received. read more
