Large Jasmine milk tea and Medium Buckwheat Milk Tea with Boba.
    Christine D.

My favorite boba place located at Stanford Mall. I always order the buckwheat (caffeine-free) with boba of course. The place is small but lots of outdoor seating available.

I went to Rabbit Rabbit Cream during a Palo Alto outing on the weekend with my husband and my sister. The parking lot looked crowded while we were driving past the Stanford Shopping Center but we were able to find a small corner of the parking lot that had a lot of empty spaces for parking. I hadn't intended on visiting Rabbit Rabbit Cream when we first arrived at the shopping center, but I asked my sister if she wanted a snack and she reminded me that there was a Rabbit Rabbit Cream that we could visit. The store is small inside and there was an employee in the back that came out to greet us when we walked inside. There is a kiosk at the side of the store for ordering and my sister and I opted to share a matcha and earl grey oolong swirl. Because the store was small and only had two stools for sitting, my party and I went outside to sit and wait for our order. My husband went inside to pick up our ice cream and we enjoyed the soft serve despite the cold weather. The price is good for the amount of ice cream you get. I enjoyed the matcha flavor a lot, but the earl grey oolong was a little too bitter and didn't mesh well with the matcha flavor, which was a little disappointing. The ice cream itself was nice and creamy, which I did like a lot. While we were enjoying our ice cream, someone who was strolling around the Stanford Shopping Center saw us and said "ooh" before going to the store to order some for herself. The store quickly became busy inside, but not so busy that there was a long line forming. It was a good place to stop for a snack and I enjoyed going here, although I probably wouldn't get the earl grey oolong next time.

The Pink Bunny Boba Parfait (~$10) was disappointing for the price. The soft serve quality isn't amazing, and the toppings were fine but the description said strawberry jelly but it was moreso just a sauce drizzled on top. Also the photo of it in the kiosk menu showed traditional dark boba, but the boba we got was super light-colored and almost clear. I thought it could be crystal boba but it still had a chewy texture. Just seems like there are some discrepancies with the menu advertising and the actual desserts. The employee working there was kind though, and we had a good time eating inside at their one table by the window, but I wouldn't come back here for the dessert.

(Overall: B) - Reasonable quality teas at fair prices given the Stanford mall location. Curious to try their rest of the menu! (Hula Black Tea: B) - Love the intensity of the tea coming through without any sandpaper afterfeel, though I wish the tropical notes of guava, mango, and passionfruit were more individually distinguishable. (Grapefruit Jasmine Green Tea: B) - Unassuming drink with pleasant citrus forward notes without being overtly sweet and overpowering. I accidentally stumbled upon Rabbit Rabbit Cream when walking through Stanford Shopping Center and I am glad I did. Rabbit Rabbit is a very small desert location tucked away in a corner of the shopping center and it has quite a bit to offer. There was cute decor and everything was very vibrant. They offer unique items such as Tea Floats. I ordered the English Earl Grey Vanilla Tea Float and I wish I had ordered more. I like tea and this had to be the best tasting tea I have had in a long time. The vanilla ice cream was smooth and creamy as it slowly melted into the tea. The tea itself was sweet and refreshing after a long day of walking. The float itself was light and I continued on with my day afterwards. The prices are reasonable and the customer service was fast and great. Overall, I wish I could have tried more, but for my first time I had an amazing experience. Rabbit Rabbit Cream stands out the most to me when it comes to floats and deserts. I will definitely be coming back when I get the chance.

Not gonna lie, I didn't have high expectations after seeing some of the other reviews but this is one of those places I wanted to try anyways for the 'gram. I really liked their aesthetic and how they offer tea flavored ice cream, so here I am. I got the Iron Buddha Milk Tea x Vanilla soft serve in a cone ($6.25). Saw the unpleasant surprise of a convenience fee again, unfortunately. The cone was a lot thinner and smaller than I expected. Flavorwise, I feel like I mostly tasted the tea flavor, and not so much the vanilla. On that note, I did think that the ice cream overall lacked a good creaminess to it and tasted more thin and icy. Definitely far from the best ice creams I've had elsewhere. I don't think I have some super strong tonguing skills or anything, but after just a few licks of my cone, half of it just fell off. I saw that the inside looked rather hollow, so maybe that's why it lacked the structure to hold. Very unfortunate I couldn't enjoy the entire thing. I took a sip from my husband's Japanese Buckwheat Milk Tea as well. Similar comments to the ice cream, I definitely tasted the tea flavor, but the drink just seemed so watery rather than milky.

Assam milk tea soft serve with crumbled Oreo topping

I walked by this location not knowing a thing about it.. It looked like another boba tea spot but I got curious as soon as I saw soft serve. Soft serve on a cold blistery day? Great idea. They had a huge iPad out front for you to order but I was happy to see a gal inside working the counter. When I approached her and asked if I could just place my order with her, she was accommodating and said "yes." I inquired about the soft serve and asked if it was any good. She immediately comes back and says "I can sample you on all of the flavors so you can try them first." I was already sold. For service alone, this place already had 5 stars from me. *Matcha flavor: Didn't taste too much Matcha in here so I passed. *Earl Grey Milk Tea: I could definitely taste the tea flavor but I didn't like it enough to pick it. *Assam Milk Tea: The clear winner. Not overly sweet and I was told I picked the least popular flavor which was totally fine by me. This one tasted just as the name states. All of the soft serves had the same creaminess to them. You could tell that this was the good stuff. I would definitely come back here, but I'd probably wait for warmer weather.

Left to right: Kyoto Matcha Latte, Brown Sugar QQ Jelly w/ Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Passion Fruit Kyoto Matcha Latte with Lychee Jelly
    Christine L.

Got to order: Passion Fruit Kyoto Matcha Latte with lychee jelly. Most notably, they typically use non-dairy creamer while also having oat milk, milk, and organic milk options. No restrooms, so you will need to use the shopping center's. It's not really a sit-down café kind of situation. It's very small inside, mainly for ordering and pickup with little to no seating. They have a couple of outdoor chairs and tables outside with umbrellas you can grab if available, but this area is convenient in that there are plenty of benches and sitting areas around. Parking is absolutely atrocious on the weekend, especially around lunch and dinner. They're also one of the only places in the Stanford shopping center to serve ice cream/soft serve besides McDonald's and Pinkberry with their frozen yogurt. So if you're looking for a frozen dessert that isn't a baked good, Rabbit Rabbit Cream has milk tea, fruit tea, tea, smoothies, soft serve, and parfaits. Of tea-flavored soft serve, I like the assam the best. This is the best place I know that does passion fruit matcha lattes and does it well! They are owned by the same group that opened Rabbit Rabbit Tea at Westfield Valley Fair (that kiosk being their first location). This Stanford location is very convenient in that they serve as another boba/dessert place in the Stanford Shopping Plaza. I love Wanpo, but they seem to have a long, slow line no matter what time of the day or week it is. Mind you, Rabbit Rabbit Cream does tend to have a crowd as well, but they move along a bit faster. They also have a bit more variety than Zero&. It's all about what kind of mood you're in. Overall, this is my go-to for after when we have lunch or dinner at the Stanford shopping plaza. Since we have Wanpo in Cupertino, Rabbit Rabbit Cream is a bit of a rarer treat. so

It's clean, it's quick, it's easy to order, it's unique, it's cute, it's tasty. What else do you need in a drink? Rabbit squared is a unique and cute drink boutique in the Stanford Shopping Center. You order at one of the kiosks, enter into the very white shop, pickup and leave (because there is no place to drink inside the store)! Prices are what you'd expect in Palo Alto, and decor is modern and chic, just like what you'd expect at Stanford. There are some fun flavors to try!

Jasmine green tea, matcha ice cream and boba.

I want ice cream in my drink but I can't order any drink and add ice cream to it. I can only order it from their "float" section which they only have 2 options. I ended up having green tea with matcha ice cream and boba. It's not bad but it's not very memorable. Service is nice and quick. There are a few tables and chairs outside the store in the courtyard that you can sit and relax to enjoy your drink in the nice weather. I may not come here all the time or dream about it every day. However, I enjoy my experience today.

Wanted a little sweet treat while walking around the mall so I decided to get boba here! They seem to have a solid selection of soft serve desserts and drinks but also a pretty big tea menu. I ended up ordering a Lavender Earl Grey Milk Tea w/ boba and it was great! The flavor was a good mix of both lavender and earl grey. Lavender notes were really strong and floral and the boba was soft. Overall good spot to stop at for a drink or bite if you're shopping! It's cute inside but there isn't too much seating so better to walk around the shopping center with your dessert/drink afterwards.

Assam Black Milk Tea Soft Serve w the cutest decor
    Christine L.

The cutest rabbit-themed spot offering soft serve with Asian-inspired flavors and yummy boba drinks! You can order and pay at the kiosks inside and outside. The shop itself is so cute with the little rabbit window and wall of ice cream! No seating though. So many flavors but I was debating between the Assam Black Milk Tea ice cream and the Earl Grey one, but ended up going with the Assam. My friend got the other which was nice to try! The Assam has a stronger tea flavor, while the earl grey was more floral. The boba was good too, tried a sip of my friend's creme brûlée one. Overall a welcome addition to Stanford shopping center, i just wish it was around 4 years ago!

Is their soft serve more on the milky side or more icy/watery? Thank!

I ordered the swirl Matcha green tea and Iron Buddha. While the tea flavors definitely came out and the soft serve wasn't overly sweet, it was on the icy side. It's refreshing and not too heavy cream wise.
