They were able to repair and repaint a few dents on the door and scrapes on the front fender quickly and beautifully. I brought the car in early in the morning and it was ready that same afternoon. Prestigue Auto Body San Rafael, CA Re: Letter of strong recommendation I have used Prestigue for the past 10 years and have always had exceptional service and highly recommend them. About 3 weeks ago my 16 year old daughter was in a car accident - luckily she was ok! Prestigue worked with the insurance company to determine if the car should be totaled or fixed. Prestigue determined the car should be totaled and recommended that to the insurance company. Prestigue could have elected to do the job for about $12,000 but did the right thing and helped me prove to the insurance company the car should have been total. It's hard to find a shop like Prestigue. They are good people, honest, ethical and do great auto body work. I rarely write recommendations but this one is done with great pleasure. The front end of my bmw 328i is just too low for me - I am always scraping the underside on the concrete curbs on parking spots, etc. After much abuse, the front end just finally fell apart. It was a Saturday, and I trusted the tow truck driver to bring my car to a decent body shop and hope for the best on Monday. The reviews looked good. The owners were great! I took my car there after receiving a bid for the whole side of my car from the "big guys" who were going to charge me alot more, over the covered insurance amount, to fix the tiny door dings. They threw them in complimentary and completed the work within my short time frame for no extra money, as promised. The paint match was perfect and they were very diligent on fixing all the picky little things I pointed out. The office staff kept me up on the status and the owner even drove me to the car rental place. I have been recommending them to all my friends as a quality business.
