I was worried as it was my first time using the service that I'd arrive to an empty lot with no attendant. When we arrived there were plenty of people around and the front attendant gave us our parking spot. As soon as a pulled into the spot the shuttle arrived behind us to help us load up which was amazing service. Now, here's where the half star is lost. Almost every spot in our row was completely covered in ice and barely shoveled out. We had six bags, a stroller, and two car seats we had to unload which became very difficult to navigate while making sure we didn't slip on ice. I really wish the lot had done a better job at cleaning the spots. In fact, when we parked I had to climb onto a small bank of snow and didn't know if I'd be able to get out when I returned in a week. The shuttle dropped us off at the airport and gave us detailed instructions on where to return when we got back. When we arrived back there was a shuttle waiting outside so we had no wait. Again, excellent customer service! I asked the driver if he could stick around and make sure we could get out of the spot which he agreed to. After a little slipping and sliding our car made it out and he helped us load up again. I will forever use this service as the cost was very affordable and service was flawless.

Before I left with my party, I also tried to find an attendant or ANYONE that could help prior to exiting. Again, no help was available. I was fully willing to pay the fee, but was deterred by multiple garage management systems. I frankly do not know how this is better for Annapolis denizens or visitors, seems more like a way for the Gott Company and the City to reduce labor costs again at the expense of the tax payer. The very next morning, my friend and I were again in Annapolis and parked in a garage further up West Street, she had to hit the portal over and over again to finally make a payment. We wasted 15 minutes dealing with the silly portal, do we get a refund for that time? Technology is great, IF it consistently works. I would hope that the City of Annapolis will collect the correct fee of $6.45 instead of attempting to extort a tax payer for $50.00 or more due to the City's poorly administered payment systems."

Pre-purchased a reservation…read more Main gate attendant was very courteous and cheerful. I had Premium parking and didn't park in that section. The attendant ran over and let me know. He had provided proper instructions at the gate, my bad. The driver, he is an Air Force Veteran, was also very professional. Helped us with loading and unloading our baggage. He wrote down our space number on a card, including we are Premium. And made sure we were informed on identifying the correct West bus on our return.

On this occasion, I had to call 3 times and when he finally went out to look at the plug, he just made sure it was plugged in and didn't do anything to ensure that power was flowing. But this has been way too frustrating and there's a decent chance I don't use them again.
