If you walk into the shop and hand them a checkbook and tell them to keep your used car in great condition and a preventative way so that you don't have to worry you would expect that they would know if there is a problem in your engine, particularly since they're the one that did the timing chain. One of the worst places you can go to. High price, bad service, lack of communication. Very unlikely to return.

If I could leave a half star I would. I took my car to this shop 2018. Risa said he could not find parts(1998BMW). I would bring him payments every couple of months. like other reviewers posted he never returned calls or got his wife to lie with a promise of a return call. Finally got a call December 2019 saying repairs were almost done. When I went to shop next day to pick up car was handed a bill for $4,000 worth of additional repairs. I was also told I could not test drive my car until I paid balance! REALLY? I then asked him about the sun damaged paint job, cracked bumper, broken tall light, missing parts, and other damage done to my car? Resa said that was not his problem nor was it his responsibility, and if he had to fix damages he was now going to charge me 2 years of storage fees! I called police and they said I had to sue civilly in court. Since I already put over $3,000 in deposits and owed another $4000 he's claiming, I decided car is not even worth the court cost and repair fees to get it back to how it looked when I first took it to him. If you care anything about your vehicle, DO NOT take it there. Resa is a cheat, and will swindle you if he gets the chance. Read other reviews and do your research. read more

I have been using this shop for over 5 years. It is owned by a great couple. The work is always great, and the price is always fair. Riza will tell you what needs to be fixed and what can wait. Couple of years ago my car was constantly giving me problems and Volkswagen kept charging me for all types of crazy stuff until they said I needed another engine. Volkswagen wanted to charge me almost 7k for an engine and no warranty, but Riza replaced it for 4k and a 12 month warranty. Prestige Auto has always gone above and beyond to take care of our car needs over tha past 10 years or so. They do great work and they are honest in evaluating what is needed on your car. My daughter got stuck at a QT 5 miles away once. Power steering no longer worked. Reese drove down to the QT and brought the car back to the shop at no extra charge as he knew it was dangerous for my daughter to drive. Another time my motorcyle broke down about 6 miles away and just needed to be towed home. Again they saved my bacon by getting me home. Again no charge. Just hardworing honest people. He said he would do extra work, but never gave my Dad a price (quote) for the extra work. Needless to say, 8 hours later, he charged him $1,780.00! BEWARE. Take your car there at your own risk. Riza and Jad are scammers. I brought my BMW there because the transmission was not shifting properly. I was informed that everything was fine and it would cost $1100 to fix a leak. It turns out that he knew that the transmission was bad, and he couldn't do nothing about it, but he wanted to get some money by fixing something else on the already broken transmission. He ended up holding my car hostage until I pay him. Wait there is more, It turned out that Riza did not know what he was doing, and he damaged my car to where I had to tow it from their shop to a different shop. Please this is a warning. Do not go here. He kept saying people with BMW should have more money to spend on there car.please please don't have the experience I had. I wished I read the review. We have taken our cars here for three years now and have always been very pleased with the work they have done. Once a national chain repair shop that rhymes with step toys wanted to charge me $1000 for a repair. Prestige diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it for about $200.00. They only fix what needs fixing. They don't try to up sell you like some places do. read more

Prestigue is a rip off! Resa is completely dishonest!!!! My car was supposed to have a $144 system upgrade which cost me $454 dollars! The first time I drove an hour pick up the truck, the repair was not done correctly so I left it. It was clear he didn't know what he was doing! Came back the next day and he charged me an additional 300, with plus dollars, WITH NO NOTIFICATION, because he didn't know what he was doing! THERE'S MORE...
