After all the work they did, the crew cleaned up and did not leave a trace of evidence that they were there. The work is solid, and my yard is looking good. Doug and his entire…read moreteam were exemplary in every phase of the project, including 1) requesting for visit to scope the work for an estimate, 2) guidance and suggestions during the quote process to ensure we got the results for which we were hoping 3) delivering the a VERY REASONBALE estimate, 4) scheduling us in his queue of projects, 5) the actual execution of the work and 5) follow up. Their planning and execution was phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend Doug and his team for any size job, small medium or large. We will have them do all future landscaping for us and will have them do seasonal refreshes. During the scoping phase Doug respectively offered suggestions based on his vast experience (all which we took by the way). When they did do the work they didn't do it right and refused to come back out until my builder had Scott meet me at my home. My builder made it clear what was to be completed, but they didn't do what they said they would do the second time. My builder ended up getting another landscaping company to come out and this company is still working to finish the job after I have just moved into my home. I can't believe this company has been in business this long providing this kind of poor service. I'm going to end up spending twice the amount of money to get my property looking nice than I would if I had used a landscaping company that does good work and do what they promise.
