I have a leaking bath tub faucet over the weekend. Robert returns my call on Monday morning and comes in to fix the leaking faucet in less than 2 hours after the call. He is very professional. They discriminated against me based on my home insurance and I can't even get them to come out to take a look at my plumbing situation. Just because it's not profitable for you doesn't mean that I should have to wait a week to be contacted... only to be passed off onto someone else. You shouldn't take insurances then. Very rude. Robert was great to work with. Like others here, was sourced via working with my home warranty company. He contacted and came at quickly and on time. Assessed the garbage disposal issue and explained a fix I needed doing electrically in advance and how to go about doing so. Came back right away to resolve the disposal after I'd gotten the necessary electrical work done. He also took the time to check out a few other plumbing concerns I'd had since moving into our house and offered honest advice without upsetting me on unnecessary work. A different company was initially sent by the home insurance company after our bathtub drain clogged and they told us we'd need to replace the pipes. Thankfully they contracted Prestige Plumbing Services for a second opinion. Robert was absolutely fantastic - he returned my phone call promptly and came by the same day. He gave it a good effort with the snake and was able to successfully unclog the drain. He also checked the pipes and confirmed there were no leaks or any issues that would require a full replacement. Through my home insurance plan I was tentatively scheduled to have Prestige Plumbing come to my home for plumbing issues. Robert is great. Like others, we were referred by AHS for an initial problem with our toilet. Turned out the damage was not covered by insurance and the entire thing needed to be replaced. Robert advised me which brand and kind of toilet to buy given our space limitation and patiently answered a lot of questions. Then gave a quote to install which was substantially less than another local place I checked with. He came to install and discovered that the original installation 20 years ago of the damaged toilet was really poorly done and he went above and beyond to fix it and install the new one correctly. Cost turned out a bit more than the quote because of the complications and additional time, but would expect that and still far less than the other place.
