When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was the views over Bryan/College Station, they are truly amazing. We were there not only for a birthday but to watch Texas A&M kick off their season. They had the game on several TVs around the rooftop and with lots of comfortable seating, watching the game was almost like watching it at home. Credit here goes not just to the setting, but to the exceptional team on duty Mattie, Georgia, and Jordan. Their service struck the perfect balance: attentive without hovering, genuinely enthusiastic, and clearly invested in making sure guests felt welcome. It's rare to find staff whose energy elevates a night just as much as the food or drinks, but they pulled it off effortlessly. Speaking of drinks: Reveille's bar program is worth lingering over. We sampled a variety of their specialty cocktails alongside the classics, and not a glass disappointed. The food followed through with equal strength. Chef Keith Snook deserves applause for a menu that blends Texas heartiness with elevated execution. The Short Rib plate was rich and tender, the Texas Charcuterie board felt both rustic and refined, and the Pork Belly Burnt Ends were smoky, indulgent, and perfectly caramelized and were the kind of dish that lingers in memory. It's 2 stories tall, including a sweeping terrace overlooking Kyle Field. The place is probably packed on game day, versus my visit on a sleepy early Thursday evening when the Aggies were at Notre Dame that Saturday. I was here for a Class of 1980 reunion reception, so maybe you could say that with a room of folks in their mid to upper 60s, this place was hopping? This was primarily a drink-only event, and I thought that the service was very good considering the "demands" of our crowd. There wasn't much on the inside TVs to watch, so we did do a good job actually talking to each other and staying off our screens. All in all, it was a good venue for what turned out to be a great reunion weekend.

Parking was super easy - right across the street - and was FREE!!! Yup - that is right - NO FEE for parking for a show you are seeing on campus and literally right across the street! There is NO BEER OR BOOZE here so be forewarned. I understand it's a university campus so that might be the reason. Booze up before you head down to your show (or sneak some in, you ninja!). Also only vending machines reside on the first floor with no options for appetizers or wining & dining time. If sitting in the balcony (any of them) you may notice the sound not carrying all the way to your seats. We had a hard time hearing Jerry and the comedian who opened up for him. I wasn't sure if it was the sound system or if it was how far back we were in the top balcony. Either way, it was a struggle to hear some of the jokes in between the audience laughs and any commotion happening near our seats.
