1) I have to say my pedicure turned out great and the gal did a great job, so I'd give her 5 stars. Also, the price was very reasonable. 2) I'm giving this salon 3 stars because of how poor the ventilation system was in the salon from the moment I walked in the door. The toxic fumes from the chemicals were so strong that at one point I actually asked the gal whether I, too, could wear a mask on my face. Frankly I've read about the health risks for employees who work in nail salons and it's quite awful, so I feel bad for all of the employees there, but also the costumers! Some women had brought their children, and no one seemed to mind the smell as you get used to a smell once you're exposed to it for some time...I was very uncomfortable. 3) Also, I really value not being wasteful and polluting our planet, and I noticed the gal didn't even ask me but just automatically was giving me the styrofoam flip flop to wear, even though I came in with my own sandals. I refused it, and she seemed surprised. These are single use flip-flops that end up in the trash and ultimately the landfill. You cannot reuse them or recycle them. I wish she would have at least asked me or like many other salons, just helped me put my foot into my own sandal which had plenty of room (I've worn them to pedicures multiple times before). 4) I also like at least some selection of non-toxic nail polishes like Zoya, and they didn't have any. Fortunately, I brought my own this time. The gal was surprised to see I brought my own, so I guess people don't do that often. I did feel like an outsider health/environmental freak at this salon, but seriously people need some awareness. read more

I took my sister here to try something new it was her Birthday so I thought we could get pedicures and our nails done. I did a "Spa Pedicure" and on the sign outside it said pedicure $20 with "FREE DESIGN", I asked about it and immediately received negative vibes so I dismissed it and said well I'll just get a design on my fingers. Water was boiling hot and they did fix that to cold I was cut during my pedicure which sucked I hope they sanitize there tools because I would hope if the person before was cut the tool is clean or new. Well then we move to our nails I sat and a tech began to work on my nails shallac manicure and my sister sat there and was waiting a we had to be at her party sooner then later so I asked if she would be doing her nails to? She looked surprised that she was getting her nails done so she immediately told somebody and after 10 minutes somebody grabbed her and started working on her nails, I then noticed a lady watching over the nail tech doing my sisters nails so I figured she was probably new she kind of rushed through because she was finished before me and she got a full set. I asked my nail tech to put a flower design on my nails and the designs she put it did not look like a flower so I asked her if she could make a flower showed her a picture and she said no it's too late she then puts a yellow color on my nails which did not match and drives me crazy when it doesn't so I was going to break down in tears I will never return here!!!!! Side not my sisters nail complete broke and one is hurting her really bad! So sad! read more

What seems like the oldest lady there infuriates me. She cuts me and hurts me with every finger and the end result is disappointing. The nails are crooked and the nail polish, although she did two coats, are see through. I'm still poppin but not because of her. Made an appointment about 2 weeks ago for today at 10:45. I get there and the girl in the front asked what I was there for and if I had an appointment I tell her yes at 10:45 with Trinh. & she comes and tells me no you don't you're not on there. I have text messages and screenshots saying my appointment was confirmed and it was scheduled. She proceeds to tell me to go back at 630 or wait for someone to else to get me. If I made an appointment and it was confirmed why couldn't my nail tech take me at my scheduled time? Instead they wanted me to go back at 6:30 to get seen. Mind you I drove all the way from the DIA area to this nail shop. Never again will I try and give my money, time and gas to this nail shop. read more

I want to like this place... It is in my neighborhood and the people there were super nice. Got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. Mediocre job as I had a lot of clean up left to do when I got home. My biggest concern was the cleanliness - NOT GOOD in the eyebrow room. Dirty towels and sheets on the table you lay on. Unsure about disinfectant for tweezers she used. This place is super cheap and delivers excellent service. I got shellac on my nails last night and it's one of the best jobs I've had so far. I will definitely be coming back. If you ever find yourself wanting to get shellac here, ask for Mary! She was super sweet and made sure I was satisfied with my nails. I love pretty nails...not only are the prices reasonable but the designs they come up with are always unique and original..... I receive so many complements all the time!!!! My service is usually always fast,it also does not have a strong "nail" smell. It has a beautiful set up inside and they keep it very clean.They offer all services to anything from permanent make up,eyelashes,massage,waxing,and even hair cuts! Came here today and the chair wasn't working that I was put in for my pedicure. I said something and was just told sorry when there were at least 8 other empty chairs. When I walked in I was told I could have my mani and pedi at the same time, I asked twice and the gentlemen kept saying everyone was busy (at least 5 employees just sitting on their phone). I will never be back nor will I recommend. Also flys everywhere! read more

I get my eyelashes done here and they do a great job! "Tammy" is who I prefer but the few girls that do lashes all do a decent job and the price is more than reasonable. I have heard people complain about lashes falling off but I personally have never experienced this, you need to know how to care for them...but either way if some fall off for whatever reason it's only five bucks for a touch up. I will tell you that the room where lashes are done is not the most appealing but try not to notice because you're going to love your lashes. I only got my nails done here once so can't really say much, as with all nail salons you either love them or hate them, I have yet to find my perfect nail technician in Denver, but as I mentioned as far as lashes they are FABULOUS :) read more

Would not recommend this place for eyelashes. I have gone to very elite salons and this place just does not compare at all. The lashes are four in one so by the time she was done my eyelashes were so extremely heavy and look super fake. The places I've gone to before make them look very natural. On my way home to try to get some of these off so my eye is not so weighed down. If you're close to lone tree I would try Magic nails by the target. $50 but worth it. read more

No set prices! Every nail tech set their own prices. Then you try to explain and show them how you want your nails to come out. But they totally come out the complete opposite!! I got over charged today. Tow weeks ago I went with a friend and got a simple full set and they charged me $25 but this time that I went they charged me $40 like whaaat the heck!! read more

I have been coming to this salon for my eyelashes extensions for two years. First, I loved Tammy and now I love Lee Lee. Definitely recommend Lee Lee because I hardly feel her taking my old eyelashes off whereas some of the other employees rip out my real eyelashes and its obviously very painful. I always tip her very good for being so caring and gentle. I drive all the way from Parker to see her and because they only charge 25.00 for extensions, which you can't find a price that good anywhere else. However, these lashes are more adhered to the skin above the eyelash line which I personally love because I don't have many lashes and I like them really thick. The only reason why I didn't give this place 5 stars is because I feel like their sanitation could be better. read more

Worst manicure in the history of manicures! I walked in and needed to remove my gel. I asked for a regular mani to be done after the gel was removed. She wouldn't use the acetone to remove it instead sanded my nails over and over. Barely cut cuticle and my nails were semi-slanted. I asked her to round them out a bit after giving me an attitude. Total price $23 with tip. NOT worth it -- I'm from NY and I've never paid that much for a regular mani. Shittiest job ever! read more

Worst experience ever. My daughter and I went in. First impression this place was messy. My daughter wanted mani/ shellac and I wanted mani/ dipped nails. For my daughter they used the filing machine to remove the shellac she already had on. She kept telling him that it was hurting her or burning and he would respond with sorry this is the way to remove shellac. He asked her if she needed her nails trimmed and she said no. He still grabbed a nail clipper and started clipping her nails. I had to stop him and told him she said no and he said well they are uneven now so it's to late. He didn't want to do a second coat and I had to point out all the spots that he had not done. My tech didn't do a mani just went straight to dipped nails but he didn't know how to do it even though I had asked him to make sure. There was a woman standing behind him telling him what to do. I have had my nails dipped before and there is a process well he didn't do the steps on dipped nails twice and tried to use the filing machine to make them even when that didn't work he added a regular polish top coat to the powder. when I pointed out how bad the nails were he said this is how they come out today but they will look better tomorrow. The whole experience was bad. The techs were not friendly at all they were talking amongst themselves in their language. When I went to pay the tech asked for cash tip I said I was not leaving a tip because the money I was going to leave I now have to use to go to a different salon and pay to redo my nails. Very rude. Made us feel very uncomfortable. I will not be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more
