I stopped by to use their restroom, and ended up treating myself to a refreshing soft drink and some tasty finger food as a way of saying thank you for letting me use their facilities. Although I noticed I was the only non-white person in the bar, I felt completely at ease and welcomed by the friendly atmosphere. The bar had a warm and inviting vibe, reminiscent of the TV show CHEERS, where everyone seems to know each other's name. Even though I was a newcomer, I still felt a sense of belonging. I particularly enjoyed how they served their Coke in a large, frozen mug - such a nice touch! The wings I ordered were absolutely delicious as well. I would give this place a higher rating, but they got rid of half their pool tables. They are trying to get a new crowd of dart players to come in. This place used to be a cool dive bar. They don't really have food, but most of the bartenders are cool. read more

Yesterday I went to a bar the female bartender refused me the service I got was terrible she was racist towards my race and asked to see my ID when in fact I came to drink they should have only looked at my age but she kicked me out with rude words and I felt very bad. We are regulars with Dart league and blind draws. I came in to pay a tab that was $146 that someone else skated on. I took accountability and came in to pay the tab... and as soon as I sat at the bar, RACHEL looked at me and yelled in front of everyone... "I'm not serving you, you owe me a lot of money" as if we don't come and pay this bar hundreds of dollars on the regular multiple times a week. That automatically set me off as I was there to take care of mine and another persons charges willingly with a hefty tip but with that attitude I decided to leave a $0 tip. Had it been Amber I would have left a $40 tip cause she would have never been that abrasive for no reason. Treat your regular dart players like you do your biker boyfriend and his friends. RACHEL is never standing behind the bar or making rounds like Amber does. She sits at the bar and smokes her vape. We were there at 8pm to throw darts and pay whatever was owed but after the awful interaction with RACHEL, she chased us, harassing us into the dart room AFTER PAYING THE TAB... she was solely upset for not receiving a tip... Threatening to call the cops on us unless we leave?! We were there to throw in a dart tournament with our friends and her manic personality kicked us out for paying dues and not leaving her a tip after her grim version of service. To kick us out AFTER we paid what was owed and decided not to drink anything or order anything from her due to her rudeness. She then chased us to the back and kicked us out "of her bar". I've been in customer service for 17yr and this woman is going to run ppl away. Treat everyone kindly, and promptly, not just the ppl you're sleeping with. Check your bill they like to give themselves an extra tip. Was charged an extra 15 tip on a bill for 19. When I left 8 bucks cash, wrote cash on the receipt and they still gave themselves an extra 15. So caution when visiting.. read more

I've driven by this well-hidden bar countless times without investigating it. It is located in a shopping center (I tend to steer away from the word "strip mall") on the northeast corner of North Alma School Road and West Elliot Road next to a liquor store and a salon. There is no way to tell from the one-door entrance what mysteries lie within. Basically, it's a sports bar with a central oval-shaped bar, with a decent number of flat screen televisions surrounding it. A separate room houses four pool tables and darts. Surprisingly spacious and appropriately divey, this place had a smattering of afternoon clients including one or two loud drunks engaged in what appeared to be a friendly back-and-forth about sports and personal hygiene. The thing I liked best was that the place has two pinball machines, including one featuring The Family Guy. With no windows to let the outside world in, I may "dive" in here during another visit to kill time and meet the vocal local yokels. read more

The first bar I went ti when I moved to Arizona. 35 years ago there were a lot if farmers from the orange groves and dairy farms that came in...characters. The place looks almost the same today. No kitchen so patrons bring crock pots and stuff. Great Dive Bar! read more

If you want weak drinks & bad food this is the place to come! The wife and I wandered in this place as it is close to the house. We got a few drinks (very weak) also we hadn't eaten in a while so we asked for a menu. We should have known when the bartender looked uncomfortable & were told we have two options. Seriously, not handed a menu. Should have been an omen to go elsewhere. Wings or pizza. Those were the verbal options given to us. Sure, put in an order of mild wings. This was the bullet in a game of Russian Roulette you DON'T want to get. I have eaten in foreign countries that are still engulfed in civil war, and their food was better. Our basket of sadness came out with a side of what looked, and resembled jizz. They called it blue cheese. I think it was dick cheese. Or jizz from someone with dick cheese. You get the point. My wife takes a bite of a wing and gives the look, and slogan of "I'm done" I take a bite and commend her braveness for even swallowing the first bite. I give a good college effort to finish the basket of wings. My wife mentioned that on her trip to the bathroom she saw the bartender pull out a bag of frozen wings from some back room & look at the instructions quizzically before shrugging & setting them on the counter for awhile. I asked about the pizza and how big it is. I am told it is the size of a tombstone. Yeah, pass. The only tombstone needed is the one on top of your grave after eating that horrible basket of wings. A bit of honesty, my wife had a few before we came in. After two drinks from this place, she was sober. That is saying something. read more

I stopped by today and found for a pint of blue moon it's 6:50 which is outrageous. I can get the same beer for 4:25 right down the road. I've been here plenty of times and never paid that much before. Makes me feel like the bartender is over charging. When I asked the bartender blew me off. Another customer got his bill and agreed they overcharged him to. I hope the bar owner sees this and fixes it. Next time I stop in I'll have to check prices up front and walk out if there outrageous. read more

This is a great little dive bar in a shopping mall tucked away on the corner of Alma School and Elliot. But I think you should be aware when you walk in, you should expect a dive bar with sticky floors, funny karaoke on some nights, and generally good service. They have vodka soaked fruit most of the time for $1. The service is good, the beer is cheap, and the bathrooms are clean. A+ for a dive bar in my book. read more

We went here on a whim last weekend with a couple friends, since none of us had been before and we usually like dive bars. WHOA. It felt like we were in a bad, no make that terrible movie. We were there on a Friday, so it was an onslaught of awful karaoke. They were really raunchy songs, and creepy old people singing them, for the first few rounds. After that if just felt sad since it were younger 20-something year old girls trying really hard, but being really off key. We went to the pool table area, which wasn't too bad, and it was only 75 cents a game. The people in the pool room were friendly. One lady said she used to work there, and kind of gave us the lowdown on everything. The drinks were not good. I ordered a bay breeze ( cranberry, pineapple, and vodka-probably a horrid idea on my part.) Definitely don't do that, the juice was rancid. Literally rancid. The cup of water they gave me had weird chunky white things floating in it, was pretty gross. I'm glad I looked at it before I drank any. The boys were less picky than I am though. They didn't drink the water, but had no issues with the beer. So if you go, definitely stick to beer, bottle preferably, I personally would question how clean the taps and glasses are. I give it two stars for the entertainment value, the bad movie vibe is definitely something interesting to experience. read more

This bar has a nice cozy neighbor friends kind of bar. The bartenders here are really friend that they will learn your name and get to know when come back to bar as a regular. I love plat trivia while I am here and food is ok for a bar if you want a good side food. I find the bar very reason price for the service I get here. I really enjoy making friends here at this bar and it is close to my home too. Also they have karaoke night on Wednesday nights here at 9 pm but I wish I could use my own karaoke disc here to sing. I find it a little crowded for karaoke but a fun lively place to for karaoke. The jukebox music always great for listening to variety music and you can shoot pool here too. Tanner, the DJ, is full of energy and knows how to get the night going. The patrons are fun, friendly, and always happy to greet a new face. The bartender is always fun and hilarious to talk to. Not a bad little divey bar, including the db smell. beer is cheap, with big ice cold glasses. The locals are a great crowd, very friendly. One suggested the "bud" wings, which were very good, but the heat does sneak up on you. You can order a half dozen if you want. Lots of games from pool, darts and video poker. I really wasn't that interested in the swinging lifestyle until I started hanging around this place. Unlike clubs, this place doesn't have a membership fee and they serve alcohol. This place should be shut down. We ordered 4 shots of Tequila and we all noticed it was watered down. There was more water then tequila. There's a liquor store next to it and I decided to by a shot of tequila there. I told the guy at the store about the drinks being watered down and he said he hears that all the time.
