When scheduling an appointment for pest prevention please be aware that the scheduled appointment means absolutely NOTHING because the service tech, Angel, shows up anytime he wants. I specifically had Angel as my tech numerous times. He is constantly on his cell phone, shows up too early or late everytime. He's condescending in the manner he speaks to customers and states that "spiders" aren't considered pests so they refuse to come inside the home to spray for them, even though I had a scheduledappointmentfor him to do just that Not only was he late, he stepped one foot in my front door and immediately advised that spraying inside the home is not "standard protocol" for pest prevention. What? So why allow customers to make appointments for that? He blamed the office for not telling me that. Huh? Its interesting that initially they were beyond eager to spray inside and outside, but now its no longer "standard protocol" to spray inside. Seems a bit contradictory to what PEST CONTROL is all about. Angel said that because he didnt see any "active movement " where bugs were crawling around, he couldn't spray. And spraying for spiders wouldn't do any good. He said the spiders werent poisonous. My question is HOW would you know if there were any bugs in my bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc if you havent looked in the home and youre standing at the front door telling me this? Poor customer service, condescending interactions with Angel, refusal to uphold the terms of the contract to spray inside and out for pests, showing up super early or late and being on his cell phone,. The pesticides they're using doesnt seem effective anymore. I'd recommend spending your money where they appreciate you AND they uphold their end of the contract.
