On our way from Sacramento to Yosemite National Park, we got hungry and an across this cute little place! I'm happy we decided to stop. Easy to park. We were able to eat outside on the patio! It was great and beautiful. The workers were very nice and attentive. A group of 4 of us were able to be seated immediately. The menu was pretty large with lots of options and the prices were very reasonable. I ordered the Falafel for ~$13. I really enjoyed it! The avocado was very fresh and everything was tasty. This place is amazing!! My boyfriend and I took our 13month old up for breakfast and arrived to a cute, quaint, building with the most amazing view from their outdoor seating option. We went inside and were greeted by the sweetest of servers. The inside is hand painted murals and they have a little gift shop inside! We were made to feel extremely comfortable, even with a crazy little one. The food TOP 3 out of any breakfast spots we've ever tried. The carnitas omelet is TO DIE FOR!! 10/10 recommend and will be making this a regular spot from now on! read more

Priest Station Cafe is the perfect brunch/lunch spot after a camping trip in Yosemite. Place is ideal with a gorgeous view of the highway and beautiful mountains. We wanted to sit outside due to Covid and the views but it was way too hot and uncomfortable, despite the shaded umbrella tables. We went inside eventually and enjoyed the AC and cool art that surrounds the walls. I ordered a Cobb Salad and it was gigantic and yummy. It came with fresh bread. This is the perfect getaway spot. The cabin was perfect, very clean and comfortable. The toiletries was very nice and there is a mini fridge with ice compartment to store your ice. There is a hot water kettle to make your coffee in the morning with Starbucks coffee to start your morning. The service at the cafe is remarkable, all the waitresses were thoughtful and kind. We timed our trip out to Yosemite just right! Got to lunch at this amazing cafe. Our 2nd time here. We read the entire menu. We wanted to try 6 six things. Then because of our love of avocados we settled on a repeat from last time with a slight twist. Meet the Chicken-Beef California Burger! Just another encounter with getting to enjoy two tastes when traveling with your bestie. The fries here are fantastic or "to die for" if I'm to quote myself from my previous photo. The service is exceptional. The owner served us. At least, I'm 99.9999% sure she is the owner. We were just too caught up in our sandwiches to talk. How exceptional you ask? We started cutting our meats in half with the butter knives and before we made much progress she came running (safely) to our aid with a steak knife. Good tip to know. They don't charge extra for the Incredi Burger which is incredible. Those patties are pricier than chicken (perhaps not beef in recent days). We were very much tempted cause it's one of our favorite things to make at home. The price for value is fantastic. Someday we hope to arrive early enough to catch their breakfast menu which looks amazing. I'm eyeing one of their egg omelettes. read more

This place was so wonderful! We came by for dinner back in September and had the pleasure of sitting on the porch and watching the sunset over the mountains. It was just so peaceful. We were hungry after a long day of hiking in Yosemite, and were eager for a warm meal that was not the restaurant attached to our hotel, and wouldn't require us driving through the switchbacks at night. Enter Priest Station Cafe. The food was excellent, and the service was even better. Since it was chilly with the sun going down, my partner ordered a hot tea, and the server came out with this adorable little tray with the tea pot, tea options, sugar, etc. She made it look so good that I ordered one too. We had a good back and forth with her about it. They have *so many* good options on the menu. I ended up getting the farm fresh vegan sandwich and my partner got the bratwurst dinner plate. Both were generous portions and neither of us could finish them. The server was honest about the menu and gave her seal of approval for our choices. We would have absolutely returned for every other meal while we were in town, but the timing didn't work out again. Next time I'm in Yosemite, I'm stopping here. read more

There's a nice view from the patio which was perfect after a long day of hiking. My husband and I both got burgers and they were okay but nothing to rave about. I think it's one of the better restaurants in the area, but overall it was just so-so. read more

Dog friendly, but must sit further inside away from the balcony. Service - Only 1 waiter managing everyone so it was a little slow. Food and drinks were good but was slightly bothered how lukewarm to cold that everything was. No dairy-free creamer substitutes. Prices were very reasonable. Vegan stir fry (country potatoes, crimini mushrooms, spinach, bell peppers, onion, tomato, avocado, salsa, pita) - I love that it's just a mesh of vegetables being fried together. Probably needed more salt but I probably don't need more of that in my life. Not sure what the pita does because all of the food items were too big for the pita. 2 egg breakfast, 2 slices of sausage, toast, hash browns - Good for an isolated brunch spot in the middle of nature. read more

If you ever find yourself hungry near Old Priest Grade and Highway 21 stop here. Now. Priest Station is in the middle of some amazing motorcycle roads and is a great stop to rest and refuel the body with some great food. The burgers are big, juicy and tasty. The fries are nice and crispy. The staff is very friendly. They're currently only open for to-go orders so I had to eat off my bike in the parking lot. All social distancing protocols are observed and hand sanitizer is available. I'll be back again soon read more

We first try them 2 days ago, service was super fast, we tried them again today. I just ordered something more special ( French quiche ) . The taste was phenomenon. The pie ,which everything was inside of it, was super fresh. The view is magnificent, you basically sit with the whole view of the valley underneath your foot. It was so fun to finally go out to eat! It is a scary time these days, but we braved it because the shelter in place thing has become a challenge. We heard they were open and could NOT resist. Because of the location we thought it was as safe as we could get because Priest Station is in an area that is really on the way to Yosemite, so...it was fairly empty. And the waitress was wearing a mask, and we sat on the deck outside with no one nearby. Now, the food, burgers all around because that is what they are known for. According to my sister, who lives in the area. My brother in law and I ordered the cowboy burgers, which had onion rings, bacon, and bbq sauce. My sister ordered the CA burger. Now, the burger itself was a good quality beef, but cooked a bit too well done for me. The french fries were hot and crispy, the bbq sauce was delicous. My sister's burger was cooked less than mine. My brother in law was very happy with his burger, and honestly, we all were so happy to be out we would have eaten anything, lol. The service was a bit slow. The waitress was nice, but once we got our food she sort of disappeared. And I wanted more bbq sauce. My sister said for the area it was actually good service, and at least the waitress was nice, lol. I just wish she would have come back, the burger was a tad dry and I could have used more bbq sauce. Marina, the best in California. I stopped in for breakfast. I was telling her how I needed a place to stay because I was sleeping in my converted Honda Element along the road. I just needed a bed and to do some laundry. After checking, the last cabin had been reserved . Went here with family who live locally in Groveland. This is a cool location, because if you sit outside, you get to look out at a breathtaking view of the mountains. Our breakfast was good, no complaints. Staff were kind. I ordered the veggie eggs benedict and a cup of hot water. My family and I were heading up there to see a camping resort. On the way up I noticed this little restaurant on the side of a cliff. I obviously yelped it to see the reviews. It had great reviews and the day was very sunny so I though we could go there for lunch. I ordered the priest au poivre burger. My sister had the pulled pork sandwich and that was very good as well. The fries were very crispy and not oily at all and not over salted. The service was not as good as I thought it would be considering there's only a handful of tables inside (where we were seated) and they had many employees working.
