My wife ordered the turkey original style sandwich and although I didn't get to try it it must have been great because she actually finished it. Lady Matilda and I picked this place for a sit-down before an event at the Hershey Theater and happened to hit at a time where we could be seated immediately in the clean, well-lit dining room and served by a friendly young woman who was knowledgeable about the menu to the point she helped with recommendations. I ordered a burger, and Lady Matilda dared to order "The Capone" (capicola, salami, hot sausage, melted provolone cheese, sweet-and-sour coleslaw, fresh-cut fries, ripe tomatoes and our house recipe Italian bread) with the thought that she'd have something to eat after the show later on. Went there for the first time for food tonight, it was a beautiful night out so we asked to be seated outside where there was only 1 group sitting. The host was very flustered and said he wasnt able to sit outside. Not even 5 minutes later he sat 3 tables outside. We waited for 20 minutes before a server even came over to get us drinks. Keep in mind the place was not busy at all. After we had ordered the food was very mediocre and wasnt anything very special. Our waitress walked by us several times while our drinks were empty and never got us refills. After we finally got our refills and we were done eating we waited almost another 30 minutes and never received our check or checked up on us at all, i had to approach the manager and ask for our check and when i had asked he was very bothered that i approached him for our check. Pieces of salad were wilted and slimy, with black specks of the least fresh parts scattered around the main salad. My salad also came with fries, which were cold. Prices were extremely reasonable, and they had a great selection of craft beers, many of them local to the area and the state. Service was outstanding, and overall this was a great experience in casual dining, and I highly recommend it if you're in the area. Unfortunately, they started opening the garage doors so despite opting to eat indoors, we basically ate outdoors because, well, there went the air conditioning. There also went my comfort and I hate eating when I'm uncomfortable. By that time, we'd already ordered our wings & drinks. We got the Korean BBQ and Honey Buffalo Wings. The Honey Buffalo weren't sauced enough so we asked for extra. But my Korean BBQ were perfect! Nice crunch and nice flavor! I MUST say, their wings are FIRE!!! Absolutely delicious! I had a party of 8 on a Saturday around 3:30 before a concert. We had no luck at some other places so we checked to see if they could seat us and they could! It didn't seem as busy as the other restaurants near by. Right off the bat, we walked in and there was a server just ranting and bad mouthing how she was not getting tables. With our luck that's who our server was. She did not have a great attitude. Almost everyone ordered bar drinks and apps. The apps came out immediately and we were still waiting on drinks. Once we got our drinks we placed our meal order. We waited around 45 minutes to get our meals. We didn't get any silverware, no extra sauces that we had to pay for, and our server didn't come back to check on us after we finally got our food. We all had pretty much finished our meals by the time someone (I believe a manger) brought out our extra sauces. The food was great, the service not so much. We asked for our check and the sever blamed the bar and kitchen for being behind but everything we ordered was correct. If you go I hope you get a tentative server with a good attitude! read more

Same people doing the check-in process AND waiting on the tables. Expect to wait no matter what time you come - both to be seated and for ordering. The meal was underwhelming, too. On Saturday night 6/22/2024 I chose this restaurant based on the positive reviews, but did not have a positive experience. We placed an online order after a day at Hershey Park for two cheese steaks, and 3 kids meals (a cheeseburger, 2 pizzas) which come with drinks. When I went in to pick up my order, I approached the front table to the left. The security staff were excellent, especially the gentleman with the beard. As I was walking out with my order, I realized I wasn't given the drinks for the kids meals. I returned to the security guard and asked about the kids drinks. The security guard asked a server (she had glasses and facial piercings) about the kids' drinks. She then approached me and said with a very negative attitude,"What do you want?" I replied, "I didn't receive the drinks for the kids meals." She abruptly said, "WE DON'T HAVE ICE TEA!" I calmly asked her why she was speaking to me with such an attitude. She replied "YOU WANT WATER? WHAT DO YOU WANT?" I again asked, "Why are you talking to me like that? Did I do something to you?" Despite my frustration, I maintained my composure and requested water. She walked away. I turned to the bearded security guard and asked if I had done or said something wrong to deserve such treatment. He, too, noticed the server's poor attitude. I then informed the security guard that I no longer wanted the water, as I didn't want any negative energy associated with it and left. I was also extremely disappointed in the cheesesteaks--it was more bread than meat and cheese, and what little meat there was seemed like scraps from the grill.
