Better experience at the Avon location! Car was clear and the secondary checks/ quality checks were followed. The Manager really taken the extra time to ensure the interior and exterior was clean. I had a good conversation regarding my experience at the other location. Hopefully, the manager at the Avon location can host some training sessions for the under performing locations. read more

Although my wife and I traditionally use a different full service car wash, we were very pleased with the $25 interior and exterior clean we received here. The employees were kind and attentive to detail. I especially appreciated the time given for me to inspect their work and insure my satisfaction before leaving. read more

Ever since day 1 with Prime, this location has been a pain in the backside. I went on the very first day Prime opened at this location and tried to sign up for a membership, only to be dismissed by outdoor staff and told that I cannot enroll due to my roof rack (from the start this detail is crucial, just keep reading). Having been to CREW many times and never having a problem, I went inside to get a second opinion where I found a manager who stated that my vehicle and roof rack are just fine and that I could become a member, and he would add a comment to my file about the roof rack. I washed many times for several months with no issues, until another employee on a normal run through again interrogated me about my roof rack. Even after the first attempt to tell him that it is fine and that I had been over this with a manager, he called out another manager who was incredibly rude and a big waste of time. Against my better judgement, I kept my membership still at this point (I was unaware that a CREW location was just down the road, my mistake). Fast forward again several months to a THIRD incident where I greeted the employee, opened my door for my membership barcode to be scanned, and was immediately met with interrogation and a smart mouthed few comments from the attendant. He called for a manager (not me), and they kept me waiting and waiting. Keep in mind, I have been a member at this location since day 1, with "supposedly" a notation regarding my vehicle being ok, and I just consistently have been treated and spoken to literally like a criminal and they think they are the car wash police force! Employees even go so far as to accuse you of, and I quote, "break their wash machines"... okay. After this incident, I declined the wash, parked, went inside, and cancelled. Wash quality is poor, gas station automated comparable at best. Customer service has almost always been very poor, minus one great employee who hasn't been seen in months. It's no wonder all of the recent comments are consistent 1-star reviews. I'll never return, ever. Do yourself a favor and go to CREW. read more

Love this place! I used to go to a competitor, but they offer a much better value and for a better price! A subscription for an all around wash, windows, and everything else is about the same price as a basic subscription elsewhere. The staff is always friendly, and they take good care of me! Grace at the counter is especially nice! I just had a 360 wash...I now regret having gotten the subscription only for a 180...the 180 is a great value, but the 360 is mind boggling! They didn't detail the car, but it's not alk that far short of it! I'm upgrading! A+! read more

Don't bother. Get your local neighborhood kid, a few $ store cleaning wipes and cheap shop vac , and you will get a better result. Gave them a 2nd chance and still...find elsewhere for detailing services. read more

This was a wash on my 2019 Acura TLX at the avon location. This is a review on the 180 outside only wash. The was does a good job, even on the back end of the car. The kids drying did an ok job, thus the 3 star. The back end seemed as if it had not been dried at all, or juat a quick wipe. I had to wash the back end when i got home. Since it had dried while driving home, it now had water spots on it so i washed the back again then dried myself. Prime needs to teach them how to dry the entire car, not just run a rag over it. The quality is in the detail. The 360 may be better and will review it next time. read more

A senior executive colleague at work was buying my 2013 Ford Edge company auto for his daughter and with Covid it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment with Benjamin. I dropped off the car at the scheduled time on a weekday just after after lunch and it was busy, so I was glad I called. I went for the super deluxe with hard wax and was told it would be a few hours and they would call. I called after 3 hrs and they said they had tried to reach me and it was done. (I believe they got busy or had my number wrong). I was able to pick up the vehicle without waiting in line and was introduced to the detail specialist that cleaned the vehicle. The car wasn't in horrible shape but after Prime's work when I picked it up it looked completely different. It looked better than new. The exterior shine, crystal clear windows, tires & hub caps plus fully shampoo'd seats floor matts and interior were the big difference. I picked my colleague up at the airport and he said it looked like a new car. He texted me a big thanks later and said his daughter loved it. My wife had her vehicle detailed about a year ago at a different place for about half the price, but it was only about half as clean. Prime still seemed a little expensive but it did look like a new car and at the end of the day was worth the expense. read more

Stopped by Prime today and did the $39 elite 360. This was the inside and outside. The car wash portion is nice. I do not like the touchless car wash so these make me happy. Then they hand dry our car. If you are doing anything interior they tell you which bay to pull into. You then go inside to the Coffeeshop area to wait. Here they try to Upsell you to the monthly plan. They also have free coffee and comfy chairs. When your car is ready they call you on a microphone our car looked pretty good. Not perfect but for $39 it was better than I could have done. read more

Beware of Prime Car Wash!!!! I went to the Avon, Indiana Location, November 14th. This was my first time using this company. As I pulled in, I was offered one price, $60. I was told that it was good for 30 days and I could come as many times as I want in that time period. They did a terrible job for that amount of money BTW dirt on the seats didn't even bother to move the seatbelts buckles. I ended up going back on November 20th to have it redone. They seemed to have an issue with my return, stating that they could not find any information in the system, and that I needed a barcode on the door to use the rest of the month. I give them my information and they gave me a barcode. I specifically asked him if this is signing me up for a membership, because I DO NOT want a membership. He stated NO. That it would allow me to finish out the 30 days. I have not returned since. I was then charged $69 this morning!! I was completely surprised to see the charge and immediately called the Avon location and spoke to Trent. He put me on hold for 15 minutes and came back to tell me that I would not be able to have my money refunded, but that he would cancel my membership now. I asked him if he was the manager and he stated no. I asked to speak to someone higher up. He told me his manager "just stepped into a meeting", just after telling me that he got his reply to me, directly from his manager. He would not give me any corporate information. I had to call another store to speak to someone for corporate information. Come to find out Trent couldn't cancel my membership after all. I have to come into the store or do it online myself (which I immediately did). Leading me to believe that he was going to charge my card again! I feel scammed and robbed. The car wash is great they do a great job cleaning the vehicle. DO NOT GET a membership. Mine is on autorenewal and they will not stop billing me even though I went into the Avon location and cancelled it. No one answers the phone at the billing dispute call center. Fortunately my bank is rebating the charges but I'm going to have get a new ATM card to stop getting billed. I repeat do not get a membership. read more

Not only stopped My car from leaving but also gave me some info on what is the best product to truly get those bugs off. That's why I go to this location. Why pay $70 a month for the terrible service? When you can go to ANY other car wash that will ACTUALLY clean your car like it's worth.

So my fiance decided he was gonna surprise me with getting my car detailed at Prime while I was at work last Saturday. It turned into a curse more so than a blessing because of the unspeakable service that we received. Mind you I was at this point a new customer to Prime and had high expectations from the good things I had heard before. He hurried my car back to my work so I could see it, and call it an "eye for detail" but it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to see that he paid 55$ to have the interior wiped down with a wet wipe. The cup holders, the outside of the center console, and the running boards were untouched, there was trash in the door, and dust still on the air vents. Overall, as for cleaning, there were some pretty obvious things that were just missed. I also noticed getting into the passenger side of the car, that my seat was pushed all the way forward and wasn't moving backwards. On top of that, I also noticed that the "Taurus" emblem on my passenger dash was missing the letter "A". I've already looked high and low for the missing letter. I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt that it may have just been removed by accident when wiping the dash down, but the punk kid wiping it down must have made sure to toss it out. Mind you, I do usually have patience with people, especially when they're providing me a service but in this case I am applying the "three strikes and you're out rule". So my fiance tried calling the store about seven different times before anyone answered. When someone finally picked up we explained what we had received and said we'd be back for a refund. Personally I didn't find this unreasonable because I was about to spend just as much as the service cost for a new seat motor. I sent my fiance back up to Prime only so he could be dismissed by the manager. The manager explained that he got what he paid for, and that the level of cleanliness is based on the level of service purchased. I just generally found that to be unprofessional. Instead of this guy explaining what each service included we got a rundown of the "whole-assed", "half-assed", and "quarter-assed" jobs they could offer ranking from most expensive to most affordable. As for the broken seat and the missing letter, the guy said he'd make note of it and that we'd hear from a corporate manager within the next 3-5 days. And to put the cherry on top, he ensured us that we couldn't get a refund because he "would get in trouble". Personally I have never found poor work to be excusable, but only fixable. But this guy was clearly only looking out for his ass so whatever happened to my car didn't matter in light of his concern for getting in trouble. My fiance left, no refund, no service "do-over", and not even a damn apology. So just to recap, I've had a bad service experience, I'm going to have to fix the items that the employee(s) had broken, and we were shorted the $55 just to get to this point. I think I'll stick to cleaning my car myself or finding a Crew Car wash. And be sure I wont let anyone I know waste time, money, or the effort to get any services from Prime. read more

Complete waist of time, argued with both "managers" who were teenage kids about the poor job they did on my car and charged me extra to clean inside cup holders, etc. and vacuumed wasn't even done! Dirt still on my car and spent 45 mins there trying to get some of my money back because I paid $74 for car wash, interior cleaning, etc. Never going back. Went to this Carwash today for the very first time! It was TERRIBLE! Had to go through the Carwash twice. The back hatch wasn't even clean, back quarter panel dirty, bugs still on the front. Paid for it all and when we went back through the 2nd time, the guy supposed to be spraying the bug coat and spray the other part half assed it and seemed super annoyed that we went back through. We PAID for the tire and wheel shine and neither the first or second time did they wipe the wheels. The guy drying off our vehicle was on his phone and half assing it. Is this really the impression you want to give someone their first time there? Is this the pride this generation really has in their job? What a joke!!!! I paid the 39 for the elite when they were done in the bay they called me didn't ask if everything was ok didn't even give me my keys back! I had to get back out of my car to get them! Definitely missed several spots inside the car. Then didn't fasten my floor mats back down this was my second time there and for $39 I should have gotten more. My first experience was much different I should've turned around and went back when I saw all that was missed. Very disappointed and felt I wasn't given the service I paid for! Sadly this was the worst experience we have had at Prime. I realize it's hot out but one of the least enthusiastic groups of employees I have ever encountered at a car wash with the exception of the greeter. We go to Prime because they normally hand dry the auto; however we had to get a rag from an employee to finish their job. No effort at all to correct their error. read more

Don't fall for their membership scam. When you go to cancel, they will bill you for an additional month. Nowhere on their website is anything listed for a time frame to cancel. When I received an email from them offering to "pause" my membership there was no mention of a 7 day cancellation period. Stay with Crew or Scott's Finishing Touch. They do a much better job and customer service is top notch compared to Prime. Brian Kimberlin could use a refresher course in customer service. read more

Saturday was my first visit to this Car Wash. The greeter was having trouble with his machine (as he told me) and the wait to order services was very long and extensive. I ordered the Elite package with 'hard surface' cleaning, total of $59 after a $10 coupon. After the car left the wash tunnel and was hand dried, I was told to pull into bay 4. A few minutes later, the employees moved my car to another bay. I observed probably 20 - 25 employees in this area, and nobody was working on my car. I asked for the Manager to see what was going on, he never came, but the cashier told me they would get right on it. After a few minutes more, with nobody working on my car, I stepped over to the area they had put my car. A gentleman asked me what I had paid for, I showed him my receipt, there was a copy of it attached to the car. Finally they began working on my car, after probably a 30 minute delay. Again, many employees in this area, but hardly none working or being productive. They were visiting with each other, messing with their cell phones, etc. When I returned to the waiting lobby, I asked the cashier what was the delay. Her reply to me was the greeter had punched in the wrong codes for the work I had paid for. After nearly 1 1/2 hours, the service tech came to me and told me that my car was finished. I will admit that it looked great, the interior was very clean. Not sure what the problem is other than not good management to lead the team to successful productivity. And, not certain I will return based on this excessive delay and 'not customer or service satisfaction'. I should add that there was a steady flow of employees in and out of the Managers office and what appeared to be the break room. Some of them would start on a car, then just walk off without being complete. read more
