They even remove that ridiculous wiper bag from SUV and Minivan drivers too 'busy' to step out of their car and/or wear the baggie like a badge of carwash honor. Prime is the best wash in Noblesville and West Carmel and offers inside service, hand wax and mat cleaning to monthly members at a reduced rate as well. I went to Prime today (02/03/2019) and I paid for 2 elite car washes and evenpaid for the leather conditioning. I thought everyhjjng looked great, until I went to Target and opened my trunk to put in my purchases. The trunk was still filthy!! They never vacummed the trunk or the back of the car. I was extremely upset being that I paid for 2 cars and for their most expensive package. I don't have my receipt because you hand it to them to get your vehicle. My cars were #430 and #670. For $54 a month, I expect better service. Last time I went to the Michigan Rd location, no one was out at stand to check me or the other cars in....I have had so many different bad experiences...bottom line is, they obviously do not monitor what is going on each day thoroughly. Always something, always a problem.....They need to reduce the monthly price for what you actually pay for. I would never write a review like this unless, it happened more than three times. It has. If only I could give zero stars! When I got to this location, I explicitly asked for the ONLY the service that could be completed in no more than an hour. It is currently 1 hour and 45 minutes later and I still do not have my car. This was vacuuming and surface wipedown. I asked multiple times for a status update starting at 60 minutes and was always told "a few minutes". I was late picking my kids up from school because of their ineptitude. Poor job. When I got in car, noticed immediately that dashboard hadn't been cleaned, crumbs still on floor, and some stains hadn't been wiped off gear shift. I mean, you'd at least clean more on the drivers side? one of the women who worked there saw me and asked if it was ok & I showed her what was up. She apologized and offered to clean but I wiped it down myself. She acknowledged it should have been done and apologized but offered no discount, no option to go back in line, or anything. They do a terrible work! They clean your whole car in about 10 minutes, so you imagine what quality of work they do... They leave your car super wet and duty because they clean it with wet and duty towels... we paid $50 to get it super clean and it's about half clean I think... Not going back! read more

This is the ultimate car wash! Wayyyy better than that chain place around the Midwest. When I first pulled in, it looked like I was going into a car wash disco. Lots of fun lights. The price was very reasonable for all you get with a simple car wash. After going through the wash, you pull off to the side and 2 crew members dress and scrub your Tires, dry the car off so there are no water spots. Honestly my car has never looked better! Other places you just go through the wash, pull out and leave but are always left with spots and I'm always dissatisfied. The staff I interacted with were very nice. I chose the 360 elite service and I will not be back after today. They cleaned the mats but didn't replace them all correctly, when I went to adjust them after pulling out of the parking lot I noticed the amount of dirt left under them. I looked further and I honestly don't think they vacuumed the floor of my car and a significant amount of dirt still on the console. Now I have three car seats and lots of crumbs and by no means expected miracles but the bare minimum would've been nice. read more

After I just spent part of my afternoon cleaning the inside of my car myself AFTER going to Prime, I will never trust anyone to detail the inside of my car again. Don't waste your money here. My car is always completely clear of trash, clutter etc but my back seat had plenty of dog fur on the cloth seats which creeps up to the front seats along with swipes on the windows. So I was expecting that my car would be vacuumed, the door jams would be wiped down, windows cleaned etc. I got the 360 interior cleaning deal and they tried to upsell me their premium detailing which included a hot wax. I turned that down because I was focused on the inside of my car. Went through the car wash and got into the waiting room then only sat down for about 5 minutes. How were they done already? And all I was left with were shiny tires and cleaned windows. I'm not even sure if they vacuumed for more than 10 seconds. The interior looked the same and the door jams were not wiped. I'll never go here again for interior detailing services. read more

I purchased the $25 exterior and interior wash. The car wash was mediocre and not worth the cost. There was little to no attention paid on the interior. My front passenger area and console were the main dirty areas. I specifically asked for special attention to be paid on the console. I was disappointed to see there was no attention paid to the console. For all of that, it still took almost 30 min for me to get my car. Which was frustrating since there were hardly any customers. I even went outside and waited for my car and could see that it was just sitting there. Staff was working on other cars that pulled in after mine. I wish I could say this was a rare occasion but this is the third time I tried them and had similar results. The last time I had to ask for them to redo it. Save your money and try somewhere else. Prime Carwash's owners and people simply don't understand the car cleaning and detailing business. I constantly have to watch one or two employees run around and keep this operationally failing carwash and detail location moving at a crawl. Not to mention the turn over, obvious lack of training, and interest in customer satisfaction. I constantly have to remind employees wipe my rims down, dry large water spots, and use clean towels to wipe down my interior screens and center area. But yesterday, June 26 was a new experience. After pulling out of the car wash through the dryers I noticed black fluid all over my car, without even mentioning anything the employees in the interior area started wiping oil from the dryers all over my car. And reassured me that it was no big deal. We took the car back through the wash again, and this time it had more visible oil. It turns out that whoever they hire to service the dryers did not clean out the excess oil. And I sat there while they try to wipe the oil off of the exterior of my brand new car as they continued shuffle other car through the wash without even mentioning the issue. There is a clear lack of interest in the business from the top down. And that is evident by the service, by the mediocre results of a full detail, and by the lack of interest or the lack of care regarding the exterior look at the property. The rock beds are overgrown with weeds, the bushes are not trimmed, the bathrooms are filthy. It is a real shame, But it starts at the top, and it works its way down. And it's obvious that the owners of prime car wash have no real passion for cars, car detailing, or customer service. read more

After car wash my son noticed floor mats were missing.. front and back. He asked the guy about missing mats but the guy refused to listen and told him that there were no mats. Later on my son called the manager and told him about it. Manager told him they do have the mats and he can pick them. When he went there to get the mats, he was told they don't have any mats. They stole the mats .. Please check your cars thoroughly..if they can steal mats then they can steal anything from the car. read more

If you just need an outside car wash it's fine. If you spend more to pay for the inside have low expectations. I've gone a few times now only to get my car back and find there are areas they didn't even touch with their clothes. I always go back and make them finish but seriously I could do a better job myself...but that's the point. I don't want to do it myself so that's why I paid you!!! Honestly if I could give this place a 0, I would. First it's way overpriced. 39 dollars for something that would cost 25 at sparkling image and 16 at Kopetsky's. I stopped here because I was close by and wanted to try for the first time. It was honestly such a waste of money. First the machine car wash was so rough on my car you can hear it slamming against the car on the inside. The one nice thing is that they are someone outside cleaning off the excess water. Then the interior job was horrendous. They used the same stuff they clean window with to clean EVERYTHING else inside the car. My trunk was never open to be vacuum. So please save your money and don't go here. Ever. Even if you want to waste your money, spare your poor car. read more

Extremely unimpressed. I bought the most expensive wash ($39) and had to have the interior cleaned twice and the exterior three times. The first time the interior was done, everything was soaking wet. However, the center console and driver's side door were barely touched. For the exterior, I kept having to point out where the mud was I wanted removed, which I feel like a $39 wash should cover without me having to explain. There are plenty of car washes in town, I would recommend using another one. read more

I have been to this location many times. The last few times they have done a terrible job. The last 2 times I blew it off because they seemed to be very busy and short staffed however I went today and there were only 6 cars with more than enough workers, some had 2 to a car. My car sat there while they worked on cars that came in after mine. In addition, they did not vaccum the back trunk area (its a minivan. they are always supposed to vacuum. I specifically took note of what was on the floor to see if it would be vacuumed and it wasn't). They never ever wipe down the 3rd row windows inside. I have complained about this numerous times. There are always fingerprints on the windows. They did not wipe down the front console (the radio screen, the navigation screen, the screen that shows gas and mileage) even though i specifically requested they do it (although that should be done anyway as they are supposed to wipe inside) Because my car sat and they worked on cars that came in after mine, there were dry water spots all over the side mirrors which they never wiped down. and more. This location has no attention to detail, they took my Cherokee through the wash, while it had an overhead roof rack. The wash then wrecked the rack and pulled it off the roof. They then proceeded to tell my girlfriend who took it through that she should've told them to deactivate the overhead scrub roller, to account for the roof rack. Apparently she is supposed to be knowledgeable in car wash operations. It left a dent in the hood of my car, which they basically told her that corporate wouldn't accept liability for, because the roof rack is an after market item. Amd somehow free detailing vouchers are supposed to make for a) the damage to the rack, and b) the damage to the hood. Thanks a lot, Prime. Super job dodging responsibility and making sure your employees are trained up. Maybe next time ensure that she doesn't take it through without notifying her of the potential hazard first? I've been to this location a few times, seems I've always had to ask them to "finish" the job in one way or another. This time, my wheels were still filthy, while they dried off the car, there we still dirt in the some door jams including where the trunk lid comes down, they couldn't have opened the doors to wipe them down... there was still dust / dirt on the dashboard and instrument panel as well... my car wasn't even that dirty, and I paid for the $25 360 (interior/exterior). unfortunately, 3 mediocre experiences, so that will be the last. Really dissapointed. I paid $39 for the elite which was a carwash and all of inside. Everything looked the exact same as it came there except for my floor mats which they shampooed. And the tire shine is horrible they only spent a second per tire. And the carwash was like any other carwash. The only good thing about this place is the cafe and seating inside in the ac. Did the full-service Elite wash. Our windshield was full of bug splats. While most of them were gone after the wash, a dozen remnants of bug splats remained, even after I saw them hand spray and hand clean the windshield. The interior clean looks good overall, but they left towel streaks on the interior windshield. And they didn't touch the display screen on the dash - it's still full of dust. The car looks better than it did, but we definitely feel a bit shortchanged. read more

We did the inside and outside cleaning for our car. Generally, they did a good job vacuuming out the dog hairs, but the windows were horrendous. When the sun hit them you can see all of the streaks and film left on the windows, both front, back and passenger. I don't know if they tried to wash them with dirty cloths or what but they were worse after our wash than they were before our wash. Also, the dashboard still looked like it had fingerprints all over it. It was like they dusted it, but didn't actually wipe it down and try to clean it. Well I've taken my Ram 1500 to Prime twice now and I'm not happy with the results, the first time a kid working there spilled a 42 ounce Mountain Dew all over the front seats and middle console the managers there gave me a complete detail voucher for this kids mistake. I took the truck in Sunday for the complete detail and was there for close to three hours and my windows are streaky same with the mirrors. Wax on the black mud flaps, I guess if you allow kids to do this type of work then this is what you will get. Crew Carwash is so much nicer, I guess I'll have to hand dry my truck myself. Don't be fooled by the aesthetics and a free cup of coffee. The 360 car wash is overpriced and underdone. The interior cleaning is rarely done thoroughly and I always need to instruct someone to re-dry my vehicles. There is always a wait to be checked in even when there are no vehicles in line. On top of that, the in house management does not seem qualified to be in the customer service business. The response to a recent complaint I had about my monthly bill was "take it up with corporate." No thank you. I will just cancel this below average and over-priced service. read more

Buyer Beware!!! We've had nothing but good things to say about Prime Car Wash until now... They offered a free "month" of Prime Car Washes. I put the date on my calendar of when to cancel and did so in person the day before the month was up. I received a not so pleasant surprise when I received my credit card bill and they had charged us $69.99 the day after I cancelled. Thinking it was an honest mistake I reached out to get a refund. They said it was in small print on something I signed that you have to cancel 7 days before the free month was up. Not one word about it when they signed me up or when I cancelled. And they refused to refund the money. So buyer beware when they offer a "free" month. Very shady business practice. read more

By far THE best car wash in Indy! I was a monthly subscriber in Noblesville, but moved to Westfield. Luckily I got a job close to the Michigan Rd location! The quality of work, attention to detail, and very competitive pricing is what keeps me coming back! I love that they hire young kids to work, and can tell the management is good, because everyone looks happy to be there! The only way this place could possibly make me any happier would be a location near 32 and 31 in Westfield! I recommend Prime to everyone in driving distance! So I wrote this review a few months ago but didn't post it because I just blasted this car wash. I'm more calm now so I feel less emotional and taken advantage of. I took my car just to get it vacuumed. Nothing else, just a vacuum. The charge was $13. I could've done a better job at home I just didn't want to do it myself because I was being lazy. That'll teach me to be lazy. I'm not sure they even used a vacuum. Maybe just moved the crap around with their hand and shook off the floor mats. I will never go back to this place and waste my money. I felt bad for Not tipping but I feel weird tipping for something that cost so much. However, that feeling went away quickly when I inspected the job. I didn't take photos because I was just livid and I didn't go back because it would not have been a pretty site. My friend signed up for membership and wanted to cancel. His membership was about to end on 14th and he went on 13th to cancel it. They didnt cancel and charged him again. Again when he went in next month get his car washed and cancel the membership they did cancel it but put some additional charges $21 on his card. He did his all car washes when he was a member. I still dont get why they charged him. So basically he paid 120 bucks for 3 times of car washing. He had $49 membership with them. I would not recommend this to anyone.
