We came in to get a luggage unlocked because our luggage lock malfunctioned and the owner wanted to charge us $75. $75 for a couple minutes worth of work. We eventually got it down to $40. Avi is very helpful. Today he fixed garage openers for my client's property. When I called them ask multiple service, they said they would try to fix garage openers. It has been for a long time, the garage opener could not open the complex gate. I asked neighbors they had the same problem. This winter it rained quite a lot. DONT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THEM, save yourself the trouble and head aces. Choosing this lock smith has been the worst thing I have ever done. The guy Ben met me up because my keys were inside my purse that were stolen Monday night. This morning he came to make my car a new key for $300, first of all he tried giving me a used key so I asked for a different one and even though he claimed it wasn't used, you were able to see all the dirt and scratches. Now it's 9:50 pm and I am stuck on Nordhoff and Van Nuys, because after locking my car and coming back to it, the remote key Ben made me is no longer working or opening my car. I give him a call right away and he has no empathy about my situation! He says "why don't you call someone to pick you up, I'll come tomorrow to help you" I said ima give a bad review because your Yelp is false advertisement, what is the point of having it say open 24/7 if you can't help me tonight? Coming up with $300 for a college student was not easy, that's my hard work earned money, and I do not think it's right for me to have to call an Uber when the key he made me should have been working since the moment he made it. Because I told him his yelp showed wrong hours of operAtion, he changed it and also sent someone to come help me that night. However this happened again 3 more times and eAchh time Beni came to help, but never made me a new key. His suggestion was for me to go to his store and shave the silver part of my key so that I can manually open my door. HE WAS WRONG FOR THAT, because even though I went to his store to get that key shaved, he should have OFFERED me a new remote, knowing the one he originally gave me never worked from the first day. So a week later the shaved key he gave me STOPPED WORKING ON MY CAR, so this to me is FRAUD. He took my money and gave me a crappy remote and his solution to the DEFECTED remote was a lousy shaved key. That's already too much disrespect, instead of making me a shaved key so that I manually open my car his first offer should have been a NEW remote the day I came to his store. When I told him his shaved key did not work anymore, he told me there was nothing he can do for me, he advised me to go change the battery on my remote at auto zone. After I told him I wasn't going to do that because I had paid him ENOUGH money, he starts YELLING AT ME OVER THE PHONE. Oh my good ness the disrespect, I will never in my life do business with this company ever again. At the end of the day he offered to give me a full refund and I gave him back his DEFECTED key and remote. I called Franks lock smith and that man showed me true PROFESSIONALISM, and charged me $50 less then what Ben had charged me. read more

He did what I asked, I feel the price is a bit high but I wanted that key ASAP. If you can afford his services, I highly recommend Benji to get the job done. 4 stars is for him making the key and in a timely manner. It would be 5 stars if the pricing was lower.
